INDUCTION
Models IR1-3000, IR2-3000, IRW1-3000, IRG15-3000, IRB1-3000, IRBR2-6200
Hatco Induction Range lets you cook foods
instantly and precisely with minimal heat
loss. Used with cooking pans containing
magnetic properties, these units heat food
products safely, more economically, and
attractively in all kitchen or display cooking
stations, such as omelet bars, made-to-order
stir-fry stations or for catering and buffet
services.
FLEXIBILITY
The Induction models come in a number of
choices: Portable HOBS with a single coil for
an induction-ready pan, grill or wok, and
double coils for two induction-ready pans.
Drop-In HOBS are available in single or
double coils with separate or attached
control plates.
Cooking relies on heat created by a magnetic
field between the generator coils below the
glass surface of the unit and an induction-
ready pan* sitting on top of the glass surface.
By turning the unit off or by removing the
pan, heat is instantly stopped.
Power to the unit is controlled by both a
glass touch control panel (infinite controls on
Model IRBR2-6200 only) and the placement
of an induction-ready pan on the surface.
Controls have power presets and/or manual
settings. An integrated timer with visual
alarm and power shut down mode on all
models except Models IRG15-3000 and
IRBR2-6200. All units come with a 1829 (6’)
mm cord.

*Induction-ready pans are enameled steel,
magnetic stainless steel, cast iron, or aluminum
with a ferrous base. Not for use with:
glass, earthware, ceramic, copper pans or
aluminum pans without a ferrous base.

glass top remaining cool to the touch and the

Induction
The Induction Range shall be a Hatco Model .... as manufactured by the
Hatco Corporation, Milwaukee, WI 53234 U.S.A.
The Induction Range shall be rated at ....watts, ....volts, and be ....
millimeters (inches) in overall width. It shall consist of a stainless steel
casing with single or double generator coil(s) and a glass-ceramic top
surface or grill surface. Glass touch control panels (except IRBR2-6200
which has infinite controls) with a 1829 mm (6') cord and plug (except
