Gas Pressure Testing
To preserve heat exchanger, set ow rates above minimum (accounting
for a dirty lter). Maximum water ow = 125GPM

Using a Manometer, take a measurement at the inlet
port on the gas valve for both Static Pressure (heater o)
& Load Pressure (heater red); readings should be within
the values on the heater data plate. Then measure the
Manifold Pressure from the outlet port on the gas valve.
