Thank you for purchasing this Haztec product. Before proceeding with installation, it is essential
to read and understand this instruction booklet.
▪This product must be installed by persons competent in vehicle installations
▪Care should be taken to ensure that water ingress cannot occur through mounting holes
▪Regularly inspect the product to confirm correct operation
▪Ensure that damage cannot occur to vehicle wiring or airbag systems. Refer to the vehicle
manufacturers manual to confirm the location of airbag systems
Overview:
Programming:
▪Ensure there is no power to the searchlight
▪Connect the searchlight to power and within 5 seconds press and hold
buttons at the same time, on the main remote
▪LED will flash once to confirm programming is complete
▪To connect a second remote, press and hold buttons simultaneously on the
second remote within 2 seconds of programming the first remote
▪LED will flash twice to confirm programming is complete
▪If programming fails, repeat all steps

Installation:
▪Insert a small flat bladed screwdriver into the slot in the remote (1), and carefully twist to
open the remote (2)
▪Place of the back of the remote in the required position and attach it using the screws
provided
▪Re-attach the front of the remote
