5. Operations______________________________________________
Please choose a flat and firm mounting position. If your base is not level or unstable, it will dramatically
influence the Slushie machine’s function.
Please also check that the machine is fully assembled well before adding liquid, especially that the tank is
seated properly into the machine chassis (photo above). And that you have lubricated the seals.
Warnings; - Never add hot liquid to your Slushie machine
- Be careful not to exceed the Tank limit height
- Do not allow undiluted syrup or final mix to exceed 13% sugar content as this will jam
the motor of the slushie machine once the liquid cools
5.1 Drink Preparation
Lift the Tank Lid and pour in your water, syrup (and for cocktails, alcohol) taking note of the maximum
limit of the Tank.
Warning: Never leave syrup or high sugar content liquids to be used in raw form. Once they begin to
cool/freeze, they will solidify and jam the cylinder motor and cause damage to your
machine voiding your warranty. Always add water to your mix before the cooling process.

Wipe down metal cylinder and run warm water in the water flow found in the machine chassis. This will
clean the internal house that fills the waste tray. Clean the waste tray and grid separately with warm
water.
Wipe off old lubricant and re-seal with new lubricant (please review Section 6.3.1).
Once machine is fully assembled, fill the Tank with water and run for 5 minutes, remove all water, and fill
with your syrup and water.
6.3 Re-Assembl
Assembly instructions are the reverse order of 6.1 Disassembly.
Hint: Please lubricate seals for better efficiency.
Care should be taken with the following steps;
1. The seal ring (A) of the mixer shaft needs to be installed (please use Food Grade Silicon to lubricate
the seal). The lubricant is on the outside of the seal which then connects to the metal cylinder.
Always check the integrity of the seal ring. If the seal ring is broken, it should be replaced with a
new one.
2.
Install the mixer shaft as shown; install the head of the mixer shaft (C) to the shaft (D)
Rotate it into the first half of the Tank and push the Tank to the designated position in contact with
the seal ring (B)

sits well in place in the machine chassis. Please make sure the seal (B) is tight and well seated.
4. After assembly, perform a Rinse Cycle by filling the tank and running for 5 minutes. Empty the
water in the tank and fill with your syrup/water mix.
