WARNING!
1.Donotworkwiththeappliancelonger than 40 hoursrunning.After finishing

cooldown.

USE OFTHEAPPLIANCE
ATTENTION!Before using thefirsttime:
Unpacktheappliance.
Before usemakesure thatthe electricparametersofyour kettle,indicate
on thetechnical characteristicstable,matchthecharacteristicsofyour local
electricnetwork.
Washlidsandsectionsofthe appliance.Washsectionsinwarmwater
adding asmall quantityofdetergentsforwashing dishes.Cleanthepower
basewiththehelpof wet rag (do notput itintoawater anddonotwashit).
FUNCTIONING
Drying products is an effectivewayfor itsconservation.
Warmairofafixed controllabletemperaturecirculatesfreelyinsidethe
appliancebetween upperandlowerlids, separatecontrollableremovable
sectionsand power base.Thatiswhythe productswhichare situated onthe
sectionsoftheappliancearedrying even and withminimumlossesof
health-giving vitamins.Soyou canenjoyfruits, vegetablesandmushrooms,
whichare preparedwithoutusing unhealthysubstances,the whole year.
You canalsodryflowers, medicinalplants,preparecerealswiththehelpof
thisappliance.

USE OFTHEAPPLIANCE
1.PutthepreparedinadvanceproductstoaLayersTrays. Sectionsfor
productsshouldbe placedinsuchwaytolettheaircirculatefreelybetween
them(theregulationofheightof the sectionsispossible).Thatiswhyyou
shouldnotputtoomanyproductstothe sectionsandputtheproductsonto
eachother.
NOTE: always begintoput productstolower section first.
2. Plug and turnonthe appliance.
3.Press ON/OFF :thedefaulttemperatureshow70 ℃,thetimeshow8
hours,after the 6second,itstarttoworkaccording tothe defaulttemperature
and time.
4. Press SET”: press SET”toswitchtemperatureortime
5.Timer function:press SET”,press +”or -”,toaddor reduce30 Min
eachtime,themin timeis30min,maxtimeis48 hours.
6.Temperatures:Press“SET ,then press“+or“-toadjusttemperatures
among “40°C,45°C,50°C, 55°C, 60°C, 65°C, 70°C.
Setthetemperatureof the dehydrator.
PuttheallLayersTrays on totheappliancebase.
7.Puttheupperlidon theappliance.Duringdrying the upperlidshould
always be ontheappliance.
8. Unplug theappliance.
NOTE:Itisrecommended toputall5sectionsontothe applianceduring
usingit, no matter howmanysectionsareempty.
Examples:
-The productsare onthe first upper section, other 4sections are empty. Make
surethattheupperlid is onthe appliance.
-The productsareon the first2sections,other3sectionsare empty.Make
surethattheupperlid is onthe appliance.

ATTENTION!Donot putsections withproducts ifthere is water in it.
Cutoffthe spoiledpartsofproducts. Slicetheproductsinsuchawayto
situateitfreelybetween thesections.Thedurationofdrying products
dependsonthe thicknessof piecesintowhichit isslicedetc.
You can changethepositionofthe sectionsifnotallproductsonitdriedwell.
You canputuppersectionsdown,closertopower base,andlower sections
you can putin placeofupper sections.Someofthe fruitscan be covered by
itsnaturalprotectivelayer andthatiswhythe durationofdrying mayincrease.
Toavoid thismatteritisbettertoboilproductsforabout1-2minutesandthan
put ittocold waterand rugdryafterthat.
NEEDTOKNOW:THEDURATIONOFDRYINGSTATEDINTHIS
INSTRUCTIONISAPPROXIMATE.
The durationofdrying dependsonthetemperatureandhumidityoftheroom,
the level of humidityof products,thickness ofthepiecesetc.
DRYINGFRUITS
•Washthefruits.
•Takeoutthepit and cutoffthespoiledparts.
•Sliceintopieceswhichyou can placefreelybetween thesections.
•You can putthe fruitsdowntonatural lemon or pine apple juicenottolet
themfade.
•Ifyou wantyour fruitstosmellpleasantly,you canaddcinnamon orcoconut
swift.
DRYINGVEGETABLES
•Washthevegetables.
•Takeoutthepitsand cutoffspoiledparts.
•Sliceintopieceswhichyou can placefreelybetween thesections.
•Itisbettertoboil vegetablesforabout1-5minutesandthen putittocold
water and thenrugdry.
DRYINGMEDICINALPLANTS
•Itisrecommendedtodrynewleafs, propagules.
•Afterdrying itisbetter toputmedicinal plantsinpaperbagsorglasscans
and placeitindarkcoolplace.

STORAGE OFDRYINGFRUITS
•Containersfor storage the driedproductsshouldbecleananddry.
•For betterstorageofdriedfruitsuseglasscontainers withmetal lidsandput
it intoadarkdryplacewhere thetemperatureshouldbe5-20 degrees.
•Duringfirstweekafterdrying itisbettertocheck ifitisanymoisturein
container.If yes,itmeansthatproductsarenotdriedwell andyou shoulddry
it again.
ATTENTION!Donotplacehotand even warmproductsintocontainersforits
further storage.
PRELIMINARYPREPARINGOFTHEFRUITS
Preliminarypreparing ofthe fruits saves itsnaturalcolor,tasteandflavor.
Belowyou can see someusefulrecommendationshowisbetter toprepare
Fruitsfordrying:
Takeaglassofjuice(natural preferably).Remember thatthe juice,whichyou
take,should correspondtothefruitwhichyou prepare.Forexample for
preparing apples you shouldtakeapplejuice.
Mixthe juicewith2glassesofwater.Than immersepreliminaryprocessed
fruits(see tableofpreparingthefruitsfordrying”)intoprepared liquidfor2
hours.

1.It is recommendedtoboil green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus and
potato.Becausethosevegetablesoften are preparing for firstandsecond
dishes,itsaves its naturalcolor.
Howtoboil:putthepreliminaryprepared vegetablesintoasaucepanwith
boilingwater forabout3-5minutes.Thenpouroutthe waterandput
vegetables intotheappliance.
2.If you wanttoadd asmackoflemon togreen beans,asparagusetc.,just
put itintoalemonjuiceforabout2minutes.

GAMEANIMALS.
Preliminarypreparing ofthemeatisindispensableandnecessaryfor saving
healthofcustomer.Usemeatwithoutbonesforeffectivedrying.Itis
recommendedtopicklethe meatbeforedrying forsaving itsnatural tasteand
tomakethemeatsofter.It isnecessarytoaddsalttoapickle,ithelpsto
removethe water out ofthemeat andsaveitbetter.
Standard pickle:
-1/2glassof soybean sauce
-1 denticle ofgarlic,cuttoasmallpieces
-2 bigspoons ofsugar
-1 ¼dessertspoonofsalt
-½dessertspoonof dried pepper
All ingredientsshould bemixed carefully.
POULTRY
Beforethe beginningofdrying,poultryshouldbepreliminaryprepared.
Itisbetter toboilit or fryit.
Dryit forabout2-8 hoursortillallmoistureisgone.
FISH
Itisrecommendedtoboilorbakeitonastovebeforethebeginningofdrying
(bakeitforabout20minuteswithatemperature200 degreesor till the fish
becomefriable).
Dryit forabout2-8 hoursandtillallmoisture isgone.
MEATAND GAMEANIMALS
Prepare it,cutitintosmall piecesandputintothe appliancefor about2-8
hoursortillallmoistureisgone.
CLEANINGANDMAINTENANCE
•Beforecleaningcheck iftheapplianceisunpluggedandcooldown
•Clean thebodyofthe appliancewiththe helpofawetsponge and then rug
it dry
•Donotusemetal brushes, abrasiveand rigid purifier forcleaningthe
appliance,becauseitcan damage thesurface.
