Wichtiger Hinweis vor der
Montage:
Bitte beginnen Sie zunächst mit dem
Einbetonieren der Bodenhülsen nach dem
Fundamentplan M-00016.
Der Beton braucht ca. zwei Tage zum
Trocknen. Danach können Sie mit der
Montage der Tore beginnen.
Wichtig: Bodenhülsen müssen mit der
Schraube nach unten einbetoniert werden!
Arbeitsschritte zur Montage
1. Nehmen Sie bitte die Montage-
anleitung M-00047 und bauen Sie die
Torrahmen wie dort beschrieben
zusammen.
2. Die Torpfosten (1/2) auf die
herausstehenden Profilverbinder (4)
stecken. Dann die Profilverbinder (4)
mit je zwei Senkschrauben M8x20 (5)
lose anschrauben.
3. Erst nach der Überprüfung, ob alles
passt, die Senkschrauben M8x20 (5)
über Kreuz fest anschrauben
Important note before assembly:
Please begin first of all with the concreting
of the ground sockets to the foundation
plan M-00016.
The concrete needs to dry two days. Then
you can begin with the installation of the
goals.
Important: Ground sleeves must be
concreted with the screw down!
Working steps for the assembly
1. Take the mounting instruction M-00047
and you build the goal frame as
described there together.
2. Now insert the goal post (1/2) on the out
standing profile connector (4). Next,
screw the profile connector (4) with two
countersunk screw M8x20 (5) loosely!
3. Only after checking if everything is
correct, tighten the countersunk head
screws M8x20 (5) over cross.

Spannseilaufnahme

4. Schieben Sie den Karabinerhaken (8) in
die Spannseilaufnahme des Tores.
Stecken Sie die Sechskantschraube
M8x70 (6) durch die Spannseil-
aufnahme und den Karabinerhaken (8)
und verschrauben diese mit der
Sechskantmutter M8 (7).
5. Den montierten Torrahmen stellen Sie
in die nach dem Fundamentplan
M-00016 einbetonierten Bodenhülsen
auf.
6. Stellen Sie die Netzspannpfosten (9)
ebenfalls in die dafür einbetonierten
Bodenhülsen auf nach dem Funda-
mentplan M-00016.
Die Aufwickler müssen nach hinten
zeigen und in einem Winkel von ca. 45°
zum Tor stehen.
4. Slide the carabiner (8) in the tensioning
rope receiving the goal. Insert the
hexagonal screw M8x70 (6) through the
tensioning rope receiving and the
carabiner (8) and screw these with the
hexagon nut M10 (7).
5. Set the mounted goal frame into the
ground sleeve on, which you have
concreted after the foundation plan M-
00016.
6. Set the net tensioning post (9) into the
also for that concreted ground sleeves
after foundation plan M-00016.
The winders must point backwards and
stand to the goal at an angle of about
45 °.

7. Damit Ihr Netz gleichmäßig hängt,
gehen Sie bitte wie folgend vor.
[1] Ihr Netz hängen Sie zuerst in den
Torecken in die Netzhalter ein
[2] Jetzt hängen Sie ihr Netz ca. mittig
der Torlatte in die Netzhalter ein.
[3] Nun hängen Sie das Netz zwischen
den Punkten 1 und 2 ein.
[4] Nun noch einmal zwischen den
Punkten 1 und 3 sowie 2 und 3.
[5] Abschließend hängen Sie das Netz
in die übrigen Netzhalter ein.
An den Torpfosten gehen Sie bitte nach
dem gleichen Prinzip vor.
7. So that your net hang evenly, please
proceed as follows.
[1] Your net hang first in the goal corner
in the net holder.
[2] Now, you hang your net approx. in
centre of the crossbar into the net hook.
[3] Now, you hang the net between the
points. 1 and 2
[4] Now, again between points 1 and 3
and the points 2 and 3.
[5] Closing, hang the net in the rest of
the net holder.
At the goal post, please go to the same
principle before.

8. Zur Netzsicherung 6 Netzhalter (11) in
die SimplyFix-Nut befestigen.
Dazu die Netzhalter (11) in die Profilnut
drücken und mit dem Netzhaken-
schlüssel (12) um 90° drehen, alternativ
mit einem Schraubenschlüssel SW19.
8. Secure 6 net holders (11) in the
SimplyFix groove to secure.
To do this, press the net holder (11) in
the profile groove and turn it with the
net hook wrench (12) by 90°,
alternatively a wrench AF19.

9. Um eine Kastenform des Netzes zu
erhalten, teilen Sie die Schnur (10) auf:
- 1 Stück mit 11m und
- 2 Stücke mit 2m Länge pro Tor.
Das 11m-Seil mit den Karabinerhaken
(8) an der ToreckeA verknoten.
Führen es dann umlaufend oben durch
das ganze Netz und verknoten es auf
der anderen Seite mit dem
Karabinerhaken (8) an ToreckeB.
Das 2m-Seil an den NetzeckpunktenC
hinten oben verknoten.
Durch die Ösen der Netzspannpfosten
(9) fädeln.
Das Netz durch Zug spannen und an
dem Aufwickler sichern.
9. For the box shape of the net, you split

- 1 piece with 11m and
- 2 pieces with 2m length per goal.
Knot the 11m rope with the carabiner

Then run it all the way through the net
and knot it on the other side with the

Thread through the eyelets of the net

Tension the net by pulling and secure it

•Einmal im Monat müssen die Schraub-
verbindungen überprüft werden und
eventuell wieder festgezogen werden.
•Regelmäßige Kontrolle auf Schäden
und Bruchstellen.
Drehmoment:
Bei M6-Schrauben: 6Nm
Bei M8-Schrauben: 16Nm
Bei M10-Schrauben: 32Nm
