Arbeitsschritte zur Montage
1. Einen Nutenstein doppelt M8 (4) in die
kleine Nut des Torpfosten Elements
(1/2) schieben, so dass noch ca. die
Hälfte des Nutensteins aus dem Profile
schaut.
2. Zwei Verbinder (5) in die große Nut
schieben und die Bohrungen der Verbinder
(5) an den Bohrungen des Nutensteins M8
(4) ausrichten. Die Senkschraube M8x20
(6) durch die Verbinder in den Nutenstein
lose verschrauben.
Working steps to assembly
1. Slide a slot nut double M8 (3) in the
little groove of the goal post elements,
that a half of the slut nut look out.
2. Slide two connector (5) in the big
groove and align the bore holes of the
connector (5) to the slot nut (4). The
countersunk screw M8x20 (6) tighten
through the connector into the slut nut.

3. Die Torlatte (3) auf die herausschau-
enden Verbinder (5) und den
Nutenstein schieben. Die Senk-
schraube M8x16 (6) durch die
Verbinder in den Nutenstein lose
verschrauben.
4. Das Bodenrahmenrohr (7) in die
Öffnung des Torpfosten Elements
stecken (1).

5. An anderen Torpfosten Element die
Schritte 1 und 4 wiederholen.
6. Die Versteifungsstrebe (8) oben
zwischen die beiden Netzbügel
positionieren und mit den Linsen-
kopfschrauben M6x60 (10)
verschrauben.
7. Erst nach der Überprüfung, ob alles
passt, die alle Schrauben fest ab-
ziehen.

the top between the both net hanger
and tighten this with the lens head
screw M6x60 (10).
7. Only after checking if everything is
correct, screw down all screws.

8. Auf die Torpfosten Elemente die KU-
Kappen (11) mit einem Gummi-
Hammer einschlagen.
9. Den Netzhalter (12) in die Profilnut
stecken und mit dem Montage-
schlüssel (15) um 90° verdrehen.
Alternativ kann auch eine Zange
verwendet werden.
- an der Latte die Öffnung nach oben,
- am Pfosten die Öffnung abwech-
selnd rechts und links
10. Mit der PE-Schnur (16) das Netz am
Bodenrahmen befestigen. Dafür die
PE-Schnur (16) unten an einer
Torecke verknoten, umlaufend durch
die Netzmaschen führen und um den
Bodenrahmen schlingen bis zur
anderen Torecke.
8. Impact the KU caps (11) on the goal
post elements with a rubber hammer.
9. The net holder (12) put in the profile
groove and turn 90° with the mounting
key (15).
Alternatively, you can use a pipe tong.
- at the crossbar the openings upwards
- at the post the openings alternating
right and left
10. Fix the net to the ground frame with
the PE string (16). To do this, knot the
PE string (16) at the bottom of the
corner of the goal, pass it around the
net meshes and loop around the
ground frame to the other corner of the
goal.

11. Mit den Heringen (17) durch die
Bohrungen in den Torpfosten
Elementen (1/2), das Tor vor dem
Umkippen sichern
Wartungshinweise
Einmal im Monat müssen die Schraub-
verbindungen überprüft werden und
eventuell wieder festgezogen werden.
Regelmäßige Kontrolle auf Beschä-
digungen und Bruchstellen.
Drehmoment:
Bei M6-Schrauben: 6Nm
Bei M8-Schrauben: 16Nm
Bei M10-Schrauben: 32Nm
11. Using the tent pegs (17) through the
holes in the goal post elements (1/2),
secure the goal from tipping over
Maintenance instructions
Once a month the screws must be
checked and possibly tightened.
Regular checks on damage and
breaking points
Torque:
For M6-screws: 6Nm
For M8-screws: 16Nm
For M10-screws: 32Nm
