Wichtiger Hinweis vor der
Montage:
Zunächst mit dem Einbetonieren der
Bodenhülsen (15) nach dem
Fundamentplan M-00016 beginnen.
Der Beton braucht ca. zwei Tage zum
Abbinden. Danach kann mit der Montage
der Tore begonnen werden.
Wichtig: Bodenhülsen müssen mit der
Schraube nach unten einbetoniert werden!
Important note before assembly:
Please begin first of all with the concreting
of the ground sleeves (15) to the
foundation plan M-00016.
The concrete needs to dry two days. Then
you can begin with the installation of the
goals.
Important: Ground sleeves must be
concreted with the screw down!

Arbeitsschritte zur Montage
1. Die Bauteile fürden Torrahmen auf dem
Boden platzieren.
Hinweis: Für eine angenehme
Arbeitshöhe bei der Montage des
Torrahmens können die Bauteile auf mind.
6 Klappböcke abgelegt werden
2. Für die Montage der Torlatte mit den
Torpfosten die Montageanleitung
M-00145 befolgen.
Working steps to assembly
1. Place the components for the goal
frame on the ground.
Note: For a comfortable working height
when assembling the goal frame, the
components can be placed on at least 6
folding trestles.
2. To assemble the crossbar with the goal
posts, follow the mounting
instructions M-00145.

Bei Torrahmen mit der Standard
Netzbefestigung:
3. Die Netzhaken (11) in die Profilnut
stecken und mit dem Netzhaken-
schlüssel (16) um 90° verdrehen.
Alternativ kann auch eine Zange
verwendet werden.
-an der Latte die Öffnung nach oben,
-am Pfosten die Öffnung abwechselnd
rechts und links
Hinweis: Wenn an dem Tor noch ein
Bodenrahmen montiert werden soll die
Montageanleitung M-00025 oder
Montageanleitung M-00073 befolgen.
4. Den montierten Torrahmen in die nach
dem Fundamentplan M-00016
einbetonierten Bodenhülsen einstellen.
Unsere Empfehlung: Je 1 Helfer hebt das
Tor an den Pfosten an. Die weiteren 2
Helfer halten die Pfosten über den
Bodenhülsen in Position.
For goal frames with the standard net
attachment:
3. The net hooks (11) put in the profile
groove and turn 90° with the net hook
key (16).
Alternatively, you can use a pipe tong.
-at the crossbar the openings upwards
-at the post the openings alternating
right and left
Note: If a ground frame is to be mounted
on the goal, follow the mounting
instructions M-00025 or mounting
instructions M-00073.
4. Set the mounted goal frame into the
ground sleeve on, which you have
concreted after the foundation plan
M-00016.
Our recommendation: 1 helper each lifts
the goal by the post. The other 2 helpers
hold the posts in position above the ground
sleeves.

5. Die Netzspannpfosten (5) ebenfalls in
die nach dem Fundamentplan
M-00016 einbetonierten Bodenhülsen
einstellen.
Die Aufwickler müssen nach hinten
zeigen und in einem Winkel von ca. 45°
zum Tor stehen.
6. Für die Montage des Tornetzes die
Montageanleitung M-00166 befolgen.
5. Set the net tensioning post (5) also in
the ground sleeves set in concrete
according to the foundation plan
M-00016.
The winders must point backwards and
stand to the goal at an angle of about
45 °.
6. To assemble the goal net, follow the
mounting instructions M-00166.

Wartungshinweise
•Einmal im Monat müssen die Schraub-
verbindungen überprüft werden und
eventuell wieder festgezogen werden.
•Vor jedem Gebrauch muss überprüft
werden, ob das Netz noch richtig in der
Netzbefestigung sitzt.
•Regelmäßige Kontrolle auf Beschädi-
gungen und Bruchstellen.
Bei gerissener Netzrandschnur oder
gerissenen Netzmaschen ist das Netz
durch ein neues Netz zu ersetzen.
Sollten Netzhaken oder -halter das Netz
nicht mehr halten oder fehlen, sind diese
durch Originalteile zu ersetzen.
Hält das Netz nicht mehr die Form, dann ist
es durch erneutes straffziehen der
Spannseile wieder in Form zu bringen.
Drehmoment:
Bei M6-Schrauben: 6Nm
Bei M8-Schrauben: 16Nm
Bei M10-Schrauben: 32Nm
Maintenance instructions
•Once a month the screws must be
checked and possibly tightened.
•Before each use, it must be checked
whether the net is still properly seated
in the net attachment.
•Regular checks on damage and
breaking points
If the net edge cord is torn or the net mesh
is torn, the net must be replaced with a new
one.
If the net hooks or holders no longer hold
the net or are missing, they must be
replaced with original parts.
If the net no longer holds its shape, it can
be brought back into shape by pulling the
tensioning ropes taut again.
Torque:
For M6-screws: 6Nm
For M8-screws: 16Nm
For M10-screws: 32Nm
