Arbeitsschritte zur Montage
1. Wie in der Montageanleitung M-00032
beschrieben, die Torlatte (3) mit den
Profilverbinder (4) verschrauben.
2. Den Torpfosten (1/2) auf die
herausstehenden Profilverbinder (4)
stecken. Als nächstes die Profil-
verbinder (4) mit je zwei Senk-
schrauben M8x20 (5) lose an-
schrauben.
3. Erst nach der Überprüfung, ob alles
richtig ist, die äußeren Senkschrauben
M8x20 (5) über Kreuz fest schrauben
und danach die inneren Senk-
schrauben M8x20 (5) über Kreuz fest
anziehen!
Working steps to assembly
1. As described in the mounting instruc-
tion M-00032, screw the crossbar (3) to
the profile connector (4).
2. Now insert the crossbar (1/2) on the out
standing profile connector (4). Next,
screw the profile connector (4) with two
countersunk head screw M8x20 (5)
loosely!
3. Only after checking if everything is
correct, screw down the countersunk
head screws M8x20 (5) first over cross
and then tighten the inner countersunk
head screws M8x20 (5) over cross!

4. Die Verbindungsplatten (7) auf die
Unterplatte (8) stecken.
Die Oberplatte (9) auf die Verbin-
dungsplatten (7) legen und anschließ-
end hinunter drücken, sodass sich die
Oberplatte (9) mit den Verbindungs-
platten (7) verzahnt.
5. Den vorherigen Schritt ein zweites Mal
wiederholen.
6. An dem Verbinder mit je zwei
Zylinderschrauben M8x20 (6) die
Nutensteine (11/12) lose anschrauben

Lay the upper plate (9) on the
connector plate (7) and press this
down, so that the upper plate (9)
hooked the connector plate (7).
5. Repeat the previous step a second
time.
6. Loosely screw the sliding blocks

7. Die Verbinder von der Seite auf die
Gewichtsrohr (10) schieben.
Beide Verbinder soweit außen wie
möglich auf dem Gewichtsrohr (10)
platzieren.
8. Das Gewichtsrohr (10) vor dem Tor
platzieren.
7. Slide the connectors from the side onto
the weight tube (10).
Place both connectors on the weight
tube (10) as far outside as possible.
8. Place the weight tube (10) in front of the
goal.

9. Die Verbinder jeweils links und rechts in
die Bodenrahmenprofile des Pfostens
mit Netzbügel (1/2) führen.
Es ist darauf zu achten, dass die
Verbindungsplatten in den Führungen
des Bodenrahmenprofils (1/2) laufen.
10. Die Verbinder mit den Zylinder-
kopfschrauben M8x20 (6) mit Boden-
rahmenprofil (1/2) verschrauben.
Alle Schrauben der Verbindung
festziehen.
11. Achse (13) durch das Rad (14)
stecken und Teflonscheibe (15)
aufschieben. Zusammen mit
Linsenkopfschraube M6x25 (16) und
Unterlegscheibe M6 (17) in der Profilnut
des Gewichtsrohrs sichern.
9. Guide the connectors left and right into
the ground frame profiles of the post
with net hanger (1/2).
Make sure that the connection plates
run in the guides of the ground frame
profile (1/2).
10. Screw the connectors to the ground
frame profile (1/2) with the M8x20
cylinder head screws (6).
Tighten all screws of the connection.
11. Insert the axis (13) through the
wheel (14) and put off Teflon disk (15).
Together with the lens head screw
M6x25 (16) and washer M6 (17) secure
in the profile of the weight tube.

Achtung: Das Rad (14) möglichst dicht am
Profil, aber noch mit etwas Spiel platzieren!
12. Befüllt wird das Gewichtsrohr (10)
über die Einfüllöffnungen mit ca. 100kg
trockenem Quarzsand (z.B. Trichter):
Dazu das Tor leicht nach hinten kippen,
damit die Öffnungen genau nach oben
zeigen - nur vollständig gefüllt wird die
nach DIN EN 748 verlangte
Kippsicherheit erreicht! Die Öffnungen
danach mit den Verschlussstopfen (18)
verschließen.
13. Die Netzhalter ca. alle 20-25cm in
die Profilnut stecken.
14. Die Netzhalter um 90° verdrehen,
am besten mit dem Montage-schlüssel
(20) alternativ auch mit einem
Schraubenschlüssel SW19.
-an der Latte die Öffnung nach oben,
-am Pfosten immer als Paar, die
Öffnung jeweils rechts und links.
Caution: The wheel (14) as close to the
profile, but still with some play!
12. Fill the weight tube (10) over the
filling holes with about 100kilogram of
dry quartz sand (e.g. funnel):
Tilt the goal slightly backwards so that
the openings accurately point upward –
Only filled completely is reached the
DIN EN 748 tilt safety! Close the
openings then with the plug (18).
13. Insert the net holders into the profile
groove approx. every 20-25cm.
14. Turn the net holders supply 90°,
preferably with a montage key (20)
alternatively a wrench AF19.
-at the bar the opening up,
-the post always as a couple, the
opening on the right and left.

15. Über die Einfüllöffnung wird das
Gewichtsrohr mit den Rundstählen
Ø20mm befüllt.
Hinweis: Um die nach DIN EN 748
verlangte Kippsicherheit zu erreichen, das
Gewichtsrohr mit der, in der Tabelle auf
Seite 4, angegebenen Anzahl an
Rundstählen befüllen!
16. Die Einfüllöffnung danach mit dem
Verschlussstopfen verschließen (7).
Steel filling:
15. The weight tube is filled with round
steel Ø20mm through the filling
opening.
Note: In order to achieve the overturning
safety required by DIN EN 748, fill the
weight tube with the number of round steels
specified in the table on page 4!
16. Then close the filling opening with
the sealing plug (7).

Quarzsand-Befüllung
13. Über die Einfüllöffnungen
wird das Gewichtsrohr mit
trockenem Quarzsand befüllt (z.B.
mit Hilfe eines Trichters). Dazu das
Tor leicht nach hinten kippen, damit
die Einfüllöffnung genau nach oben
zeigen.
Hinweis: Um die nach DIN EN 748
verlangte Kippsicherheit zu erreichen, das
Gewichtsrohr mit der, in der Tabelle auf
Seite 4, angegebenen Menge an
Quartzsand befüllen!
14. Die Einfüllöffnung danach mit den
Verschlussstopfen verschließen (7).
Quartz sand filling:
13. The weight tube is filled with
dry quartz sand via the filling
openings (for example with the aid
of a funnel). To do this, tilt the gate
slightly backwards so that the filler
opening points exactly upwards.
Note: In order to achieve the tipping safety
required by DIN EN 748, fill the weight tube
with the amount of quartz sand specified in
the table on page 4!
14. Then close the filling opening
with the sealing plug (7).

Wartungshinweise
Einmal im Monat müssen die Schraub-
verbindungen überprüft werden und
eventuell wieder festgezogen werden.
Regelmäßige Kontrolle auf Beschä-
digungen und Bruchstellen.
Drehmoment:
Bei M6-Schrauben: 6Nm
Bei M8-Schrauben: 16Nm
Die Tore sind nur stehend zu lagern.
Nicht auf den Torrahmen legen.
Einzelne Tore vor einer Wand oder
ähnliches stellen oder zu zweit mit dem
Torrahmen gegeneinander.

Once a month the screws must be
checked and possibly tightened.
Regular checks on damage and
breaking points
Torque:
For M6-screws: 6Nm
For M8-screws: 16Nm
The goals are to be stored only upright.
Do not lay on the goal frame.
Place individual goals in front of a wall or
similar or in pairs with the goal frame facing
to each other.
