1. UNPACKING / PRIMO UTILIZZO
Thank you for purchasing your STILO B200S /
B200P base. Carefully unpack the carton and check
the contents to ensure that all parts are present
and in good conditions:

2. FEATURES AND SIZE / CARATTERISTICHE EMISURE
STILO B200S / B200P is a universal base for
gooseneck microphones designed for positioning
on tables or desks.
It weighs 410g (14.46oz.) and assures high stability
even in case of accidental bumps against the
microphone. The base is equipped with a On-O
switch (STILO B200S) or Push-to-Talk button (STILO
B200P), and green light.
It features 2x 1.5V AA type batteries (not included)
to power any condenser or back-electret capsules
with 3V Phantom Power. It also accepts any exter-
nal Phantom power up to 48V coming from the
output audio cable.
STILO B200S / B200P è una base universale per mi-
crofoni a collo d’oca pensata per il posizionamento
su tavoli o scrivanie.
Pesa 410g (14.46oz.) e garantisce elevata stabilità
anche in caso di urti accidentali contro il microfo-
no. La base è dotata di interruttore On-O (STILO
B200S) o pulsate Push-to-Talk (STILO B200P), e
spia luminosa verde.
Usa 2 batterie stilo (Tipo AA) da 1,5V ciascuna (non
incluse) e può alimentare capsule a condensatore
o elettrete con Phantom a 3V. E’ predisposto per
accettare eventuale alimentazione Phantom ester-
na no a 48V proveniente dal cavo audio di uscita.

3. OPERATING SUGGESTIONS / SUGGERIMENTI OPERATIVI
yMicrophone head should not be toward speak-
ers, in order to avoid feedback eect.
yPay attention during gain/volume adjusting, in
order to avoid feedback.
yIn order to avoid overstretching, wear and tear,
never bend the gooseneck more than 90°.
yNon rivolgere il microfono verso i diusori
sonori, al ne di evitare l’eetto di feedback.
yPrestare attenzione durante la regolazione del
guadagno/volume, al ne di evitare il feedback.
yAl ne di evitare danni sici e usura prematura,
non piegare mai la parte essibile a più di 90 °
3.1. Battery Installation / Inserimento Batterie
yUse 2x 1.5V AA-Type Alkaline Batteries.
yOpen the cover on base bottom.
yInsert the batteries following the “+” (plus) and
“-“ (minus) signs shown inside the battery slot.
yClose the cover.
yUsare 2 batterie alcaline da 1.5V tipo AA.
yAprire il coperchio sul fondo della base.
yInserire le batterie seguendo i segni “+” (più) e
“-” (meno) mostrati nel vano porta batterie.
yChiudere il coperchio.

according to European regulations (2 years in
the case of purchase by private person - B2C;
1 year in the case of purchase by company -
B2B). The warranty is valid from the date of
purchase by the end user (private individual
or company), indicated in the purchase document
(receipt in the case of private person; invoice in the
case of company). The following cases / compo-
nents are not covered by the above warranty:
yAll accessories supplied with the product;
yImproper use;
yFailure due to wear and tear;
yAny unauthorized modication of the product
by the user or third parties.
HELVIA must meet the warranty obligations due
to any non-compliant materials or manufacturing
defects, by remedying free of charge at HELVIA’s
discretion by either repairing or replacing specic
parts or the entire equipment.
