III Usage and Environment Requirements
This wrapping machine is a type of packaging equipment with PLC control. It use the tension
of the stretch film to wrap various types of loose products or pallets. Its preferred environment is
dust and moisture proof.
IV Safety and Cautions
Please read below very carefully before install：
（1）Please ensure proper earthening.
（2）Do NOT put your hands into the rotating box when the machine is in operation.
（3）All electric connections must be carried out by professionals.

（i）Operations
SEMI-AUTO MODE
(1) After loading the film, push “Apply Film”button to clamp the film. Then put the
horizontal profile onto the roller conveyor, and push “Start”button to start.
(2) When he horizontal profile is conveyed to the sensor, conveying stops, rotating motor
drives the film carriage to rotate and wrap.
(3) After the first cycle, clamp cylinder pulls out, and the blowing magnet valve motions.
Then clamp cylinder pulls back and blowing stops, conveying resumes.
(4) When the horizontal profile is conveyed to the out sensor, rotating motor drives the
film carriage to finish end reinforcement cycles, and then clamp cylinder pulls out to
grab the film and cut the film.
MANUAL MODE
1）Press on the foot pedal, the machine starts.
2）Machine goes through step 2 & 3 as in semi-auto mode
3）Press again on the foot pedal, the machine goes through step 4 as in semi-auto mode.
CAUTION: heating time for film cutting should not be more than one second.
（ii）User Interface Setting and Usage of Main Segments.
Start：push to start

Power Indicator：to indicate the status of power connection
Conveying Speed：rotate to change the speed of conveying.
Para Set：to set the wrapping cycles and reinforcement cycles.
Reset：push to reset
Apply Film：push to open the clamp and again to clamp the film
Wrapping Speed：Rotate to set the speed of rotating
Emergency Stop：push to emergency stop.
