This piece of equipment complies with the requirements of European Parliament and Council
Directive 2006/42/CE, of 17 May 2006, transposed into Portuguese law by Decree-Law no.
103/2008 of 24 June 2008.
The CE conformity declaration is attached to this Instruction Manual.
L’équipement fourni est conforme aux exigences de la Directive du Parlement Européen et
du Conseil, 2006/42/CE, du 17 mai 2006, et transposée en droit interne par le Décret-loi Nº
103/2008 du 24 juin 2008.
La déclaration de conformité CE est annexée au Mode d’Emploi.

3. GENERAL SAFETY RULES
NORMES GÉNÉRALES DE SÉCURITÉ
SWITCH OFF THE ENGINE AND ENSURE THE TRACTOR’S BRAKES ARE ON BEFORE
WORKING ON ITS MACHINERY.
3.1. Whenever connecting or disconnecting the machinery, make sure that you stand to
one side of the tractor and check that the bolts are properly fixed in place.
3.2. Always use suitable clothes and shoes and avoid the use of long or loose clothing.
3.3. Whenever you want to leave the tractor, even for a short time, observe the following:
- Switch off the ignition and remove the key;
- Activate any braking systems.
3.4. Never allow any people close to the machinery when it is in use. This prevents the
risk of them being injured by the machinery or by any foreign bodies thrown out of it.
3.5. Never transport persons or goods, other than those being used, inside the box.
ÉTEIGNEZ LE MOTEUR ET ARRÊTEZ CORRECTEMENT LE TRACTEUR AVANT DE PROCÉDER
AUX TRAVAUX DANS VOTRE ÉQUIPEMENT.
3.1. À chaque fois que vous procédez à des opérations d’accrochage et de décrochage
de l’équipement, placez-vous en position latérale par rapport au tracteur, en vous
assurant de la parfaite fixation des goupilles.
3.2. Toujours utiliser des vêtements et des chaussures appropriés et éviter d’utiliser des
vêtements larges ou lâches.
3.3. À chaque fois que vous voudrez quitter le tracteur, même momentanément, vous
devrez :
- Éteindre le contact et retirer la clé ;
- Actionner le système de freinage correspondant.
3.4. Ne permettez jamais que d’autres personnes s’approchent lorsque l’équipement se
trouve en cours d’utilisation, vous préviendrez ainsi tout risque que ces personnes
soient atteintes par la machine ou par un corps étranger qu’elle pourrait projeter.
3.5. Ne jamais transportez des personnes ou des biens (différents de ceux utilisés) dans
la benne.

All semi-trailer models are equipped with indicator signal and light devices, as per current
legislation.
Conformément à la législation en vigueur, tous les modèles de semi-remorques sont équipés

The transmission supplied with your machinery complies with the Machinery Directive.
Follow the instructions in both the instructions manual and the labels found on the
transmission for day-to-day use and maintenance.
Never remove the plastic protection from the transmission shafts.
Le cardan fourni avec votre machine est conforme à la Directive Machines.
Suivre les instructionsd’utilisation et de maintenance indiquées dans le mode d’emploi et par
les autocollants existants sur le cardan.
Ne jamais retirer les protections en plastique des cardans.

7. TRACTOR-TOOL CONNECTION AND ADJUSTMENTS
RACCORDEMENT TRACTEUR-ÉQUIPEMENT ET RÉGLAGES
First check that the semi-trailer is in good operating
and safety conditions, then engage the draw bar with
the tractor and fix the bolt in place with a pin.
Connect the towing chain (safety).
Fit the transmission shaft recommended by the
manufacturer and check that it is properly connected
at both ends (tractor and trailer).
Remove the prop and place it in its storage housing on
the trailer.
Connect the electrical system to the tractor's plug.
Après avoir vérifié que la remorque est en bon état de fonctionnement et de sécurité, engagez la
lance dans le tracteur, en fixant la goupille à l’aide d’un boulon.
Raccorder les chaînes de traction (sécurité).
Monter le cardan conseillé et assurez-vous qu’il est parfaitement emboîté dans les deux extrémités
(tracteur et remorque).
Retirer la béquille et placez-la dans son emplacement situé dans la remorque.
Raccorder le système électrique à la prise du tracteur.
Connect the hydraulic systems (hoses) to the tractor's circuit (option rear door and hydraulic brake).
Test the hydraulic circuits.
Test the operation of the rollers and conveyor.
Brancher les systèmes hydrauliques (tuyaux) au circuit du tracteur (option porte arrière et frein
hydraulique).
Essayer les circuits hydrauliques.
Essayer le fonctionnement des rouleaux et du tapis.
