Maintenance
Trailer
Inspect the trailer before every use.
Check all electrical connections to ensure that they are in good working order and replace
where necessary.
Check the trailer lighting board for correct operation. The trailer must not be used until the
lighting board is functioning correctly.
Check the tire pressure and tire tread of each tire on the trailer.
Mast
Weekly place a few drops of oil at the top of each mast section using the oilier on each
collar to ensure smooth operation.
Like any mechanical device, the mast should be used regularly to keep everything in good
working order. Long periods of inactivity can have an adverse effect on the working parts.
Rainwater can enter the mast by running down the sections but will not affect the mast in
any way. However, keep the drain holes clear.
After some years the PTFE bearing material and Nylon keys may require replacement.
NOTE: Please refer to the Mast Manual supplied with the Mast for detailed maintenance
instructions.
