1. Connect your WiFi 6 Gateway
2. Power your WiFi 6 Gateway
Plug the provided power adaptor to the DC12V
port and press ON/OFF buon. Verify the
Power, MGMT, LOS, WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi and Voice
(For HKBN Home Telephone Service Customer)
LEDs are in green before use.
Plug the fiber patch cord into the SFP WAN port of the WiFi 6 Gateway.
3. Connect your devices to the Internet
You can connect to Wi-Fi network by using the
default SSID and password which can be found
on the boom of the Gateway.
Via Wi-Fi:
Use an Etherent cable to connect your device
to the LAN port of the Gateway.
Via an Ethernet cable:
WiFi 6 Gateway (Rear)

Basic Troubleshoong Tips:
WAN LED status (Red ON)
If customer can’t access Internet and/or use HKBN Home
Telephone Service through the WiFi 6 Gateway, please check the
LED status of . If the LED is red (Figure 1), we recommend
you to reboot your WiFi 6 Gateway by pressing the On/Off
buon unl the LED changes to green for a normal connecon
status.
If it’s sll disconnected, please check whether the Ethernet cable
of the WAN or the fiber patch cord of the SFP ONT port is
properly connected.
Wi-Fi LED status (OFF)
If you find that the Wi-Fi LED indicator is OFF (Figure 2), please check the Wi-Fi switch buon
on the back of the Gateway (Figure 3) to confirm whether the Wi-Fi funcon is being turned off.
