Download, install, & connect the WiTouch Pro App
Smartphone Pairing
Download the WiTouch Pro App.
Using the screwdriver provided, remove the battery cover and
insert the AAA batteries.
Open your WiTouch Pro app.
WiTouch Pro can only be paired with one (1) smartphone at a time, or pairing will be lost.
Click at the bottom of your screen.
Refer to Page 5 in the User Manual at hollywog.com/contact or call [phone].
Click “PAIR” for iOS device. Click “OK” to pair for Android devices.
Click “OK” for iOS or “ALLOW” for Android to enable Bluetooth.
Press & HOLD the & intensity buttons at the same time until the LED stops
ashing and remains solid green. Let go of the buttons.
IF YOUR DEVICE WILL STILL NOT PAIR... ensure Bluetooth is ON, hold both PLUS (+)
and MINUS (-) buttons for approximately 10 seconds (hold past the solid green). After
approximately 10 seconds your LED will blink Yellow. Let go of the buttons. Bluetooth is now
ON and ready to be paired (Refer to steps 6-8 above to follow pairing directions). If you see
a green ash instead of yellow, REPEAT the approximate 10-second hold. The Yellow blink
indicates Bluetooth is ON and ready to be paired.
Turn device ON by pressing the ON/OFF button. The green LED
will begin ashing, indicating the device is in standby mode.
Location must be ALLOWED.*
This should take approximately 3-4 seconds ONLY.
NOTE: If DEVICE NOT FOUND repeat steps 6-8.

Apply Gel Pads
Place on Your Back
Start a Treatment
Using the WiTouch Pro WITHOUT a Smartphone
Remove one (1) pair of gel pads, and separate the two gel pads.
Remove the protective liners from the gel pads.
Within the App, choose one of the four treatment programs and
press START. Your 30-minute Treatment will begin.
Follow the APPLY GEL PADS instructions above.
Turn device ON by pressing the ON/OFF button. The green LED will begin ashing, indicating
the device is in standby mode.
Follow the PLACE ON YOUR BACK instructions above.
To start the WiTouch Pro Exclusive Treatment Program press the (+) button. To increase the
intensity, continue to press the (+) button one press at a time. Pressing the (-) button (one
press at a time) will decrease the intensity.
Adjust the intensity using and controls within the app,
or and on the device itself.
Align the center of the device over the spine and press the device
to your back.
Remove & discard the blue two-piece liner.
Adhere the exposed side of the gel pad to the black electrode
surface on the back of your unit. To ensure good adhesion,
rub rmly along the surface to remove large air bubbles.
Repeat steps 2 & 3 for the second gel pad.
