11. This appliance has NO user-serviceable parts. Do NOT attempt to
examine or repair this appliance yourself. ONLY qualied and approved
service personnel should perform servicing.
12. This appliance is intended for HOUSEHOLD and INTERIOR USE ONLY
and cannot be used for any other purpose. This item is NOT a toy.
13. Keep the appliance out of the reach of children and pets. This appliance
is NOT intended to be used by children and strict supervision is
necessary when used near children.
14. Do NOT leave the appliance unattended while it is in use.
15. Do NOT use any attachments or accessories that are not recommended
or sold and approved by the manufacturer for this appliance.
16. Always operate the appliance on a dry, at, stable, heat-resistant
surface to avoid accidents.
17. Be certain the beaters are securely in place before using the appliance.
18. Do NOT let cord hang over the edge of a table or counter.
19. Avoid contact with moving parts. To reduce the risk of injury to persons
and/or damage to the appliance, do not put your hands, hair, clothing or
other objects near the beaters while the appliance is in use.

20. Remove beaters before washing & cleaning the appliance
21. Do not use appliance for other than intended use. Do not use the
appliance to mix heavy ingredients or the motor may overheat.
22. Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 5 minutes.
Allow the motor to rest in between each use.
WARNING: During the rst few minutes of initial use, you may notice a little
smoke and/or a slight odor. This is normal and should quickly disappear. It
will not recur after appliance has been used a few times.

EXTENSION CORDS
A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risk resulting from
becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. Longer detachable
power-supply cords or extension cords are available and may be used if
care is exercised in their use. If a longer detachable power-supply cord or
extension cord is used:
1 . The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord should be
at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance.
2 . The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the
countertop or tabletop where it can be tripped over, snagged, or pulled
on unintentionally by children or the user.

POLARIZED PLUG
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To
reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to t into a polarized
outlet only one way. If the plug does not t fully into the outlet, reverse the
plug. If it still does not t contact a qualied electrician. Do not attempt to
modify the plug in any way.
HOW TO OPERATE
BEFORE FIRST USE:
1 . Unpack the appliance and all its parts. Remove all packaging materials,
including any stickers or labels.
2 . Before using your appliance for the rst time, wash the beaters and
bowl in hot, soapy water or in the dishwater. Rinse and dry.
3 . Read these instructions carefully.
4 . Clean the surface of the appliance with a damp cloth. Wipe dry with a
soft cloth immediately. Do not use abrasive cleaning materials.
5 . NEVER IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE OR CORD IN WATER OR ANY OTHER
LIQUID.
6 . Position the appliance on a stable, dry, level, heat-resistant surface
near an electrical outlet.
7 . Unroll the electrical cord.
8 . Operate this appliance on a separate outlet and circuit from other
appliances to avoid overloading the circuit.

USING THE APPLIANCE:
This appliance may be used with the stand or without the stand.
1 . Be sure the speed control is in “0” (“OFF” position), unplugged from an
electrical outlet and the arm is lifted.
2 . Insert beaters one at a time, by placing the stem end of the beaters into
the opening on the bottom of the appliance, turn the beaters slightly
and push in until the beaters click into place. See g.1
3 . Accommodate bowl on stand. See g.2
4 . Lower the arm of the stand by pressing the tilt button, See g. 3
5 . Proceed to place the mixer on top of the arm of the stand, by pressing
the lock/unlock button, then releasing the button after the mixer is
securly placed on the arm. See g. 4
6 . Pour ingredients into the bowl.
7 . Plug the appliance into an appropriate outlet.
8 . Turn the appliance “ON” and adjust the speed control from 1 to 5
depending on the ingredients.
9 . Do not insert accessories during use.
10. When the mixing is complete, set the speed control to “OFF”.
11. Make sure the motor stops completely before lifting the arm.
12. Lift the arm presing the tilt button. See g.3. Which allows more space to
easily remove the bowl
13. Unplug the appliance from the outlet.

CAUTION: Do not use appliance continuously for more than 5 minutes.
After every 5 minutes of continuous use, pause for 3 minutes, and then
resume appliance use for another 5 mins (or less if needed). Always use
plastic or wooden utensils when removing batter/mixture from the bowl,
to avoid scratching the stainless steel surface.
SPEED SETTING
1 . Speed 1-2: Should be used when stirring liquid ingredients or when
mixing dry and liquid ingredients together in a recipe and when
preparing any of the ready-mix or packaged instant batter.
2 . Speed 3-4: Should be used when preparing cake mixes or for directions
calling for medium speed. Used to cream butter and sugar together.
3 . Speed 5-6: Is used to whip egg whites or whole eggs, whipping cream,
evaporated or powdered milk.
4 . Turbo: Maximun speed 6. Used to accelerate the mixing process, and
should only be used for very short periods of time.
CLEANING
This appliance contains no user serviceable parts and requires little
maintenance. Proper maintenance will ensure years of use of your
appliance. Clean the appliance after every use following these steps.
1 . Remove the plug from the outlet.
2 . Press the button to remove the mixer from arm. See g.4
3 . Press the eject button to eject the beaters. FIG. 5
4 . Remove excess batter from beaters using a silicone or wood spatula.

5 . Wash the beaters and bowl in soapy water.
6 . The appliance should be cleaned using a cloth dampened with warm
water and detergent. Make sure you do not immerse the appliance in
water. Wipe dry with a soft cloth.
7 . Do not use harsh cleansers or solvents as they may damage the casing.
CAUTION:
DO NOT IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE, THE ELECTRICAL CORD
OR THE PLUG IN WATER OR ANY LIQUIDS.
STORAGE
1 . After following the steps of cleaning and maintenance, collect the
electrical cord.
2 . Store the appliance in a dry and clean place.

• In a large mixing bowl, pour in your dry ingredients.
• Mix the ingredients together lightly on the lowest setting until sifted
• In a small bowl separate the egg whites from the yolks.
• Use the highest setting to beat the egg whites until they peak.
• Then in the large mixing bowl add in your milk, butter milk, vanilla, egg
yolks, egg whites and melted butter.
• Beat all the ingredients together on the 2nd setting until you have a
smooth batter.
• Carefully pour the batter into your Holstein wae maker & bake.

• 2 cups buttermilk
• 2 1/2 cups low fat milk
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 1 cup unsalted butter, melted

• 1/4 cup unsalted butter
• 1 cup reduced fat milk
• 3/4 cup our
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 2 tbs granulated sugar
Ingredients:
Steps:
• Melt the butter with the milk in a small saucepan over low heat.
• While the butter is melting, in a medium bowl combine the our, salt, and
sugar using the lowest setting to sift the ingredients together.
• Then add the eggs, and vanilla & mix on the 2nd setting for about 1 minute or
until thick
• Slowly add in the warm milk and butter mixture, mixing on the lowest setting.
• Then heat a skillet & melt butter or spray with non-stick.
• Pour a spoonful of mixture onto the skillet, moving the batter around to form
a thin layer.
• Use a spatula to ip after 1 minute.
• Cool in the refrigerator before serving with fresh fruit

• 1/2 tbs unsalted butter

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 1/2 tbp maple syrup
• pinch of salt
Steps:
• Put the butter in a medium mixing bowl & soften it.
• Then place your mixer inside the bowl and turn to the lowest setting.
• Slowly add in the maple syrup while mixing.
• Once all the syrup is poured in, turn the mixture setting up and beat until
smooth.
• Refrigerate the butter to harden again for serving.

Mashed
Potatoes
• 2 pounds red potatoes
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 oz parmesan grated
• 1 tsp salt
Ingredients:
Steps:
• In a large pot bring water to a boil.
• Cut your potatoes into 4’s
• Boil the potatoes with their skins on for 30 minutes or until you can stick a fork in
them
• Place the potatoes in a large mixing bowl
• Pour in the rest of your ingredients
• Take your hand mixer and press down with your beaters in the middle of the bowl
squishing the potatoes
• Start by mixing your ingredients on the lowest setting and as more of your
ingredients blend together gradually increase the hand mixers speed.
• Mix for about 5 minutes or until all the ingredients are well blended.
• Serve warm.
• 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
• 2 garlic cloves minced
• 1/4 tbsp basil
• 1/4 tbsp parsley
• 1/2 cup sour cream

Cake Pops
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup of oil
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 tsp of vanilla extract
• 1 cup of our
• 1 tsp of baking soda
Ingredients:
Steps:
• Sift your dry ingredients.
• Mix together your wet ingredients and slowly add the sifted dry mixture.
• Once ready, fold in the pecans and carrots.
• Carefully pour the batter into your Holstein cakepop maker & bake.
• Decorate to your preference.
• 1 tsp of baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 tsp of cinnamon
• 3 cups of grated carrots
• 1 cup of chopped pecans

Steps:
• Sift your dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
• Mix together your wet ingredients and slowly add the sifted dry
mixture.
• Mix until smooth.
• Then, fold in your strawberries gently.
• Carefully pour the batter into your Holstein cupcake maker & bake.
