General Description
TheseriesofdevicesareFlashMemoryA/Dtype8-bithighperformanceRISCarchitecture
microcontroller.OfferinguserstheconvenienceofFlashMemorymulti-programmingfeatures,
thesedevicesalsoincludeawiderangeoffunctionsandfeatures.Othermemoryincludesanarea
ofRAMDataMemoryaswellasanareaoftrueEEPROMmemoryforstorageofnon-volatiledata
suchasserialnumbers,calibratuibdata,etc.
Analogfeaturesincludeamulti-channel12-bitA/Dconverterandacomparatorfunctions.Multiple
andextremelyflexibleTimerModulesprovidetiming,pulsegenerationandPWMgeneration
functions.ProtectivefeaturessuchasaninternalWatchdogTimer,LowVoltageResetandLow
