Safety warning
Before using this appliance, you should always follow these basic precautions,
including:
1.read all the manual;
2. Before use, check that the voltage of your wall outlet is the same as the
voltage on the label on the bottom of the appliance.
3. Do not operate the appliance when its cord or plug is damaged, or if the
appliance has been dropped or damaged in any way. Return the appliance to
the nearest authorized service location for inspection, repair, or adjustment.
4. Do not hang the power cord on the edge or corner of the table or on a hot
surface.

13. Remove the blender or noodle hook from the mixer before washing.
14. Check that the control switch is OFF before inserting the plug into the wall
outlet. When disconnected, push the switch to OFF and remove the plug from
the wall outlet.
15. Avoid contact with moving parts。
16. Keep hands, clothing and spatula away from the mixer when the appliance
is working to reduce personal injury and damage to the mixer。

Know your machine
Congratulations on your purchase of a new handheld blender
When using a new handheld blender, even if you feel you are familiar with this type
of appliance, you must read and follow the instructions in this manual, save this
manual for future reference, and especially pay attention to the "Important
Guarantee" section
These appliances are suitable for standard household electrical outlets and are not
intended for industrial or commercial use;
Before first use
• • Remove all packaging materials and promotional labels before using this
product for the first time.

• Before using this product for the first time, please clean and dry the stainless
steel stir sticks, pasta sticks, whisks, measuring cups, and cutting cup
containers.;
• When using this appliance for the first time, you may notice a strange smell from
the motor. This is normal and the smell will disappear as the motor runs.。
Warning:Do not plug the power cord into a power outlet until the stainless steel
stir bar, stir noodle stick, double egg fork, lantern stick, and vegetable cup
container are fully installed in the host; "OFF" position.
CONTROL BUTTON
• Release button – release dough hooks,double beater,whisk。
• Press button1-5,you can adjust the speed of dough hooks,double beater,whisk.
• "L","H"button is used for blender and chopper,press pulse can start working.
Assemble asseccories
• enssure the plug is off of power.
• Ensure the speed button is on 0 position.
• Insert the corresponding accessories into the correct mounting holes .
Each pair of whisks and noodle bars has a large-diameter meson, while the other
does not have a meson; make sure to insert the opposite hole when installing the
appliance (Figure 1).

When installing the stainless steel stirring rod, turn the baffle apart, insert
the accessory counterclockwise into the hole, and check whether it is
installed in place (Figure 2)
You can then stir the stir bar with the food in a measuring cup. (Figure 3)

• Install the cutting cup in the corresponding hole of the appliance, and be sure to
put the cutting knife into the container before putting the food in the cutting cup
(Figure 4).
Warning: The shredder is very sharp, please be careful!
When installing the cutting cup lid, flip the baffle off, insert the accessory
counterclockwise into the hole, and check whether it is installed in place. (Figure
5)
Place the utensil with the lid of the cutting cup on the cutting cup, and rotate the
mixer clockwise until it is in place. (Figure 6) Check whether the installation is
correct and firm. If you find it difficult to put the cutting knife into the container

Hand mixer (double beater/dough hooks/whisk)
• Ensure they insert in right place.
• Power on.
• Put ingredients in a container suitable for mixing, hold the handle of the
appliance, start the appliance and start stirring the food to be mixed.
• To avoid the risk of food splashing and injury, you can adjust the appropriate
whipping speed in the following ways during use.
You can use the pulse speed knob at any time (except “0”). The power and speed of
the device can be maximized by the pulse button (the speed can be set to “5”).
Move the appliance in a circle to make the mixer The noodle bar can effectively stir
food.
• Stop the blender occasionally using a plastic spatula to scrape off the sides of
the mixing bowl and continue mixing。.
Warning: When using the blender, do not place the blender or noodle bar near
the side of the mixing bowl, otherwise it will be dangerous..
Warning: In order to prevent the blender from overheating, do not operate it
for more than 10 minutes each time. Allow the equipment to cool to room
temperature before using it.。
Use handblender (use for handblender)
Make sure that the stainless steel stir bar is inserted into the slot and secure.
Plug into a standard household electrical outlet.
Stir the fruits / vegetables and water into a measuring cup, hold the blender handle
and place the inner surface of the edge of the blender
To avoid the risk of ingredients splashing and injury when opening the device,
make sure to hold the beaker with one hand
Press the speed selector setting on PULSE. Press the pulse button to start the
device. For better mixing, you can move the stainless steel stirring rod in the
measuring cup slightly.
Note: To prevent the blender from overheating, do not run it for more than 1
minute at a time. Allow the device to cool to room temperature before using
it. Do not stir without load as this will increase the temperature of the bottom
of the mixing tube and may cause burns. Do not use it for mixing dry food..
Use chopper
Make sure the cutting cup is inserted into the slot and secure.
Make sure the meat / vegetables are in a shredder bowl for processing.
Plug into a standard household electrical outlet.

Place the meat / vegetables in separate shredder bowls for processing. Grasp the
blender handle.
The speed selector is set to “PULSE”. Press the pulse button to start the device.
For better mixing, you can press and hold the pulse button slightly every few
seconds.
Note: To prevent the blender from overheating, do not run it for more than 1
minute at a time. Allow the device to cool to room temperature before using it.
Remove the blender or noodle stick / lantern stick / stainless steel blender /
cutting cup
Set the speed selector to "0" to "OFF".
Turn off the device at the power source.
Unplug the device.
Press the "back button" button to exit the noodle stick / lantern stick / double egg
fork.
Turn the stainless steel stirring rod clockwise to remove it from the blender.
Turn the stirrer counterclockwise to remove it from the lid of the cutting cup, and
then rotate the lid of counterclockwise to remove it from the container of the cutting
cup.
Recipe:The container filled with 90g honey+100g raisin.
Note: When operating the hand blender, do not release the whisks / noodles /
stainless steel stirrers or rotating stirrers / cutting cups; remove the
accessories from the bowl / measuring cup (beating only after all
accessories are completely stopped) Egg waffle / stir noodle stick / stainless
steel stir stick / cutting cup).
Note: While pressing the "back button" button to remove the accessory,
always set the speed selector to "0" (OFF).

Clean and maintainance
1. Unplug the appliance before cleaning and wait for it to cool down completely.
2. Wipe the outer surface of the main unit clean with a damp cloth and then polish it
with a dry cloth.
3. Wipe off excess physical particles on the power cord.
4. Rinse the utensils with water and wipe them clean with a dry cloth.
5. Wash the egg beaters and noodle bars with hot washing water and wipe them
with a dry cloth. The egg beaters and noodle bars can be washed in a dishwasher.
Note: The main unit must not be immersed in water or liquid.
