WHAT IS COVERED
The manufacturer warrants this lighting fixture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three
(3) years from date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and only to products used
in normal use and service. If this product is found to be defective, the manufacturer’s only obligation, and your exclusive
remedy, is the repair or replacement of the product at the manufacturer’s discretion, provided that the product has not
been damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, modifications, alterations, neglect, or mishandling.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty shall not apply to any product that is found to have been improperly installed, set-up, or used in any way not
in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product. This warranty shall not apply to a failure of the product as a
result of an accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, faulty installation, or any other failure not relating to faulty
material or workmanship. This warranty shall not apply to the finish on any portion of the product, such as surface and/or
weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear.
The manufacturer does not warrant and specifically disclaims any warranty, whether express or implied, of fitness for a
particular purpose, other than the warranty contained herein. The manufacturer specifically disclaims any liability and shall
not be liable for any consequential or incidental loss or damage, including but not limited to any labor / expense costs

PLANNING INSTALLATION
Read all instructions before assembly. Before starting installation of this fixture or removal of a previous fixture, disconnect
the power by turning off the circuit breaker or by removing the fuse at the fuse box. To avoid damaging this product,
assemble it on a soft, non-abrasive surface, such as carpet or cardboard.
NOTE: Keep your receipt and these instructions
for proof of purchase.

Installation
Attaching the nipple
Attaching the arm to the
decorative ball
□Screw the nipple (G) about 1/3 in. into the
decorative ball (H).
□Place the hole on the bottom of the arm (E) over the
mounting point (B).
□Place the hole on the top of the arm (E) onto the
nipple (G).
□Screw the finial (F) onto the nipple (G) to secure the
arm (E).

□Screw the mounting screws (DD) into the cross bar
(AA).
□Mount the cross bar (AA) to the outlet box using
the outlet box screws (CC).
□Wrap the ground wire from the fixture around the
ground screw (BB) on the cross bar (AA), and then
connect the ground wire from the fixture to the
ground wire from the outlet box.
□Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white
wire (neutral wire) from the outlet box.
□Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black
wire (live wire) from the outlet box.
□Cover the three connections using the three wire
connectors (EE). Wrap the three wire connections
with electrical tape for a more secure connection.
□Position the wires back inside the outlet box.

□Align the mounting screws (DD) to protrude through
the appropriate holes on the wall plate (A).
□Place the washers (C) over the mounting screws
(DD).
□Screw the lock nuts (D) onto the mounting screws
(DD) to secure the fixture against the wall.
□Install a 60-Watt maximum, medium-base
incandescent bulb (sold separately) into the socket
(I).
NOTE: CFL equivalent energy-saving bulb that
does not exceed 13 Watts (sold separately) can
also be used.
Applying caulk
□Caulk the space between the wall and the upper
3/4 area of the wall plate (A) to prevent water
seeping into the outlet box.
□Leave the bottom 1/4 area uncaulked for drainage
of any water which might leak into the enclosure.

Care and Cleaning
CAUTION: Before attempting to clean the fixture,
disconnect the power to the fixture by turning the breaker
off or removing the fuse from the fuse box.
□Clean the fixture with a soft, dry cloth.
□Do not use any cleaners with chemicals, solvents, or harsh abrasives.

PLANIFICACIÓN DE LA INSTALACIÓN

□Atornillar la entrerrosca (G) about 1/3 in. en la bola
decorativa (H).
□Coloque el agujero que hay en la parte inferior del
brazo (E) sobre el punto de conexión (B).
□Coloque el agujero que hay en la parte superior del
brazo (E) en la entrerrosca (G).
□Atornille el embellecedor (F) en la entrerrosca (G)
para fijar el brazo (E)

□Atornille las tornillos de montaje (DD) en el la barra
cruzada (AA).
□Mount la barra cruzada (AA) el la caja de salida
usando los tornillos de la caja de salida (CC).
□Envuelva el cable a tierra del accesorio alrededor
del tornillo de toma de tierra (BB) sobre la base de
montaje (AA), y conéctelo al la caja de salida.
□Conecte el cable blanco de la instalación al cable
blanco (cable neutral) de la caja de salida.
□Conecte el cable negro de la instalación al cable
negro (cable vivo) de la caja de salida.
□Cobra las tres conexiones usando los tres
conectores de cables (EE). Envuelva last res
conexiones de cables con cinta eléctrica para una
conexión más segura.
□Posicione los cables de vuelta al interior de la caja
de salida.

□Alinee los tornillos (DD) para que penetren en los
agujeros apropiados de la placa de pared (A).
□Coloque las arandelas (C) en los tornillos (DD).
□Atornille las tuercas (D) en los tornillos (DD) para

□Instale un bombilla incandescente de base medio de
60 Vatios máximo (vendido por separado) en el
portalámpara (I).
NOTA: Se pueden usar también bombilla de
ahorro de energía equivalente a CFL que no
excedan la13 watts (vendido por separado).
Appliquer calafatear
□Calafatear el espacio entre la pared y 3/4 parte del
área de la parte superior de la placa de la pared (A)
para prevenir que el agua entre en la caja de
salida.
□Deje 1/4 parte de la parte inferior sin calafatear
para el drenaje del agua que pudiera entrar en el
recinto.

PLANIFICATION DE L'INSTALLATION
