SAFETY INFORMATION
Please read this manual carefully before use and
keep it for future reference. The manufacturer
declines any liability for damage caused by
improper use or failure to follow the instructions in
this manual. Improper use or non-compliance with
the instructions will void the warranty.
1. This appliance must not be used by children between the ages
of 0 and 8. This appliance is intended for use by children 8
years of age and older if they are constantly supervised. This
appliance may be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, provided they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe manner
and understand the potential hazards.
2. Keep the appliance and its power cord out of the reach of
children under 8 years of age. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be done by children.
3. Children must not play with the device.
4. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualied persons in
order to avoid a dangerous situation.
5. The appliance, power cord and power cord plug must not be
immersed in water or other liquids. There is a risk of injury from
electric shock.
6. Wash the frying basket and frypot in warm water with a little
detergent. Use only a soft sponge for washing. Rinse and wipe
dry. Wipe the control unit with the heating element rst with a
paper towel to remove excess oil, and then wipe with a sponge
slightly dampened in warm water with a little detergent. Wipe
dry.
7. This appliance is not intended for use with an external timer or
a separate remote control system.

– kitchenettes in shops, ofces and other workplaces;
– appliances used in agriculture;
– appliances used by guests in hotels, motels and other
residential environments;
– appliances used in bed and breakfast establishments.
9. The appliance must be placed in a stable position with the
handles (if any) positioned so as to prevent hot liquids from
spilling.
10. Always observe the minimum and maximum lines when lling
the appliance with oil. Never exceed the maximum line.
11. Before connecting the plug to the electrical outlet, make sure that the voltage indicated
on the type plate of the appliance corresponds to the voltage in your power outlet.
12. Plug the power cord into a properly grounded electrical outlet. We recommend
connecting the appliance to a separate electrical circuit. Do not use extension cables.
13. Do not touch the appliance, the power cord or the plug with wet or damp hands.
14. Make sure that the power cord does not hang over the edge of the table or touch a
heated or hot surface, or place it over sharp objects.
15. Always place the appliance on a at, dry and solid surface. Do not place the appliance
on or near electric or gas stoves / hobs or in places where it may come into contact with
hot oven or other heat sources.
16. Do not place the appliance on a surface covered with a cloth or other ammable material.
17. Do not place the appliance near walls, curtains, draperies, objects or materials that are
sensitive to heat or can easily catch re.
18. Never cover the appliance.
19. Do not use the appliance near a bath, shower, swimming pool or other water source. Do
not use the appliance outdoors.
20. Switch off the appliance and disconnect the plug from the power supply when it is not
in use or would remain unattended; when you carry it, clean it or store it.
21. Always allow the appliance to cool completely before cleaning it.
22. Always disconnect the power cord by grasping the plug, not by pulling on the power
cord.
23. Do not use the appliance if it shows signs of damage, if it has been dropped, immersed
in water, if the power supply or the plug is damaged. Contact and authorized service
centre. Never repair the appliance yourself.
24. NEVER carry or manipulate the appliance if there is hot oil. Always wait for the oil to
cool completely.
25. The appliance is equipped with a protective thermal fuse. It automatically shuts it off in
case of overheating. This protects it from damage. The thermal fuse is a small red button
located on the back of the control unit. Press it with a thin point (such as a ballpoint pen)
to reset the fuse. Then unplug the power cord and let the appliance cool down for about
30 minutes.
26. Do not damage the heating element.
27. The appliance is equipped with a fuse that will not release it until the heating element is
properly inserted in the appliance.

28. This appliance is intended for domestic and indoor use. Do not use it outdoors.
29. This appliance is intended for frying food in normal quantities used in the household.
It is not intended for commercial use. Use the appliance only for its intended purpose.
30. Use this appliance only in accordance with the instructions in this manual.
31. Only use accessories that are supplied with the appliance or that the manufacturer
recommends or species as suitable. Use of other accessories exposes you to the risk of
damage to the appliance or injury.
32. The appliance heats up when in use. Avoid contact with hot surfaces. The appliance can
remain hot even after use.
33. Use only the handles with which the appliance is equipped.
34. Take extra care if children or pets move around the appliance when it is in use.
35. Never switch on the appliance without oil in the frypot. Do not pour water or other
liquids into the frypot.
36. Never cook oversized foods. Always put the food in the frying basket and then immerse
it in the oil. Do not use a ladle or other kitchen utensils to immerse in oil.
37. Never use metal scrubbers to clean the appliance. Pieces of wire may fall into the interior
of the appliance and cause a short circuit and a dangerous situation.
38. Always place the frying basket or frypot on heat-resistant surfaces.
39. Do not put any products packed in paper, cardboard, plastic, foil, etc. in the appliance.

USE
Before rst use
Remove the appliance and its accessories from the packaging. Before disposing of the
packaging, be sure to remove all components. Check the appliance and accessories for
damage.
Wipe the surface of the appliance and the control unit with the immersion heater with a
slightly dampened cloth. Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
Wash the lid, frying pot and frypot in warm water with a little detergent. Use only a soft
sponge for washing. Rinse and wipe dry.
Fryer assembly
1. Place the fryer on a dry, level and solid surface at a sufcient distance from the power
outlet, but out of reach of ammable substances and heat-sensitive objects.
2. Make sure all parts are clean and dry.
3. Insert the frypot into the fryer body.
4. Insert the control unit into the frypot so that the edges of the heating element rest on
the edge of the frypot. The control unit must be located outside the frypot.
5. Then insert the frying basket, and nally put on the lid.
Note: Disassemble the fryer in the reverse order.
Filling and changing oil
Always use oils or liquid fats suitable for frying. We recommend using oils or fats with
a high so-called smoke point, i.e. the temperature at which the oil begins to burn and
harmful substances begin to be released. Burnt oil smoke is a secondary, visible sign of
burnt oil.
Solid fats may contain water which, when heated, can cause excessive splashing.
Therefore, solid fats are not suitable for use in a fryer.
Do not combine oils or liquid fats. Always use just one kind.
You do not have to change oil after each use. Change it as needed as it darkens and
thickens.
Warning: Always make sure the fryer is turned off and unplugged before lling or

changing the oil. Allow the oil in the fryer to cool before replacing it. Keep in mind
that heated oil in the fryer reaches high temperatures and there is a risk of serious
burns and injuries if handled incorrectly.
Filling:
• Remove the lid and take out the frying basket.
• Pour enough oil into the frypot so that the level is between the minimum and
maximum lines marked on the frypot. Never ll the fryer above the maximum line. Do
not use the fryer if the oil level is below the minimum line.
Replacement:
• Always make sure that the oil has cooled down completely before changing it.
• Remove the lid, remove the frypot and control unit. Wipe the frypot and heating
element with a paper towel to remove excess oil.
• Carefully remove the frypot and pour the used oil into the bottle. Dispose of used oil
in an environmentally friendly manner. Never pour oil into the drain!
• Wipe the frypot with a paper towel and wash together with the frying basket in warm
water with a little detergent. Rinse and wipe dry.
• Wipe the heating element with a slightly damp cloth. Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
• Insert the frypot into the fryer body and ll with new oil. Insert the control unit with the
heating element and replace the cover.
Tip:
To extend the life of the fryer oil, you can lter it after each use and pour it into a suitable
container and store it in the refrigerator. This will prevent the formation of unwanted
substances.
However, always make sure that the oil is cool.
Never pour hot oil into a plastic container or bottle. High temperatures can melt or
damage the plastic.
Using the fryer
1. Place the fryer on a dry, level and solid surface at a sufcient distance from the power
outlet, but out of the reach of ammable substances and heat-sensitive objects. Make
sure that the power cord is placed out of the reach of children or that the cord does
not catch on something and the fryer is tipped over.
2. Remove the frying basket and insert the lid.
3. Make sure that the control unit with the heating element is properly tted and that the
fryer is lled with sufcient amount of oil.
4. Check the thermal fuse button on the back of the control unit for damage.
5. Make sure the thermostat is in the OFF position.
6. Plug the plug into a power outlet.
7. Turn the thermostat to the required temperature and the indicators a will light
up.
Note: If you are preparing several types of food with a different frying temperature,
always start frying at the lowest and gradually increase the temperature.
8. Put the food you want to fry in the frying basket. If you are frying frozen food, remove
pieces of ice or ice encrustation. This will prevent the oil from splashing. Do not
overll the frying basket. We recommend dividing a larger amount of food into smaller

portions.
9. Once the indicator goes off, the fryer is ready for use.
10. Carefully remove the lid and immerse the food frypot in hot oil. Insert the lid.
11. The indicator will turn on and off during use. This signals that it switches on the
heating element and heats the oil to the required temperature. This is a normal
occurrence.
12. You can check the frying process in the window. If necessary, carefully remove the lid
and lift out the frying basket.
13. Once the food is fried, carefully remove the lid and take out the frying basket. There
is a holder under the handle of the frying basket, which you place on the edge of the
frypot to allow excess fat to drip. You can gently shake the frying basket, if necessary.
Then move the fried food to a plate lined with a paper towel to remove excess fat.
Warning: Be very careful when removing the lid and removing the basked from hot
oil. Scalding from the accumulated steam may occur. Do not touch the frying basket
with your hands. Always use the handle to move the basket.
14. Before frying other foods, make sure that the oild is hot enough nd the indicator is
off.
Warning: Do not touch the thermostat while the food is frying. There is a risk of
burns from escaping steam from the ventilation openings.
15. After frying, turn the thermostat to the OFF position and disconnect the plug from the
mains socket. Allow the fryer to cool completely.
Warning: Always use heat-insulated handles when handling the fryer, lid or frying
basket.
