C07-1A-6 Angular Positioner Operation Manual

PANEL DESCRIPTION：
(1)DISPLAY
Display setting value. After adjust setting value by
(2)(3)(4), press "ENTER" to enter the data.
(2)START ADJ. Press to set starting angle.
(3)END ADJ.
Press to set end angle.
(4)EN/DIS RUN-CTRL
Press to select run-control enable/disable of this angle.
(5)MAIN Press to return the main page.
(6)DIR ADJ.
Press to select mounting direction of encoder, turn right or
left.
(7)ORG ADJ.
Press to clear display value.This angle will be set to orgin.
(8)(▲)
(1)Display mode:Press to displsy upward forms.
(2)Setting mode:Press to increase setting value.
(9)(▼)
(1)Display mode:Press to displsy downward forms.
(2)Setting mode:Press to decrease setting value.
(10)ENTER
Press to enter the setting value.

PARAMETER SETTING：
3-1.
Start and end setting value of angle 1～9.
3-2.
Run-control enable/disable of angle 1～8,(Angle 9 is fixed output).
3-3.
Reset origin setting.
3-4.
Setting mounting direction of encoder.

OPERATION DESCRIPTION：
4-1.
Main Page：
ANGLE：Display angle.
OUT：Display output status of 9 forms.
4-2.
Parameter Setting：
he following settings mode, must first press the "▲▼" key, and then turn
on the power, can be set。
4-2-1.Go to Parameter setting mode：https://youtu.be/18eXTTZ4cFo
After pressing〝▲ ▼〞keys, press the POWER.
After this display on screen will blink three times, the main page is entered. As below:
4-2-2.Start and end angle 1～8 & Run-control enable/disable of angle 1～8.
(P.S. Angle 9 is fixed output, don’t select Run-control enable/disable)
When pressing “DISPLAY”, first angle value displays.
The setting way refers to 4-2-3, 4-2-4 and 4-2-5.
Pressing〝▲ ▼〞keys will be changed over angle 1～9 in turn.

4-2-3.Start angle setting
When pressing ”START ADJ”key, “START”is blinked.
Start angle value is increased/decreased by pressing〝▲ ▼〞keys.
After pressing “ENTER”key, the blink stop and this angle saved.

4-2-4. End angle setting
When pressing ”END ADJ”key, “END”is blinked.
End angle value is increased/decreased by pressing〝▲ ▼〞keys.
After pressing “ENTER”key, the blink stop and this angle saved.
4-2-5. Run-control enable/disable
When pressing “EN/DIS RUN-CTRL”key, the display is in turn from 0 →1→2
→3→0.It is controlled by IN1、IN2.

After pressing “DIR ADJ”key, change over CW/CCW by pressing〝▲ ▼〞keys.
After pressing〝ENTER〞,the data is confirmed and this display will be changed over
back to the main page. As below:

When pressing ”ORG ADJ”key,
Select YES/NO by pressing〝▲ ▼〞keys to confirm that the angle is the origin.

Select ‘YES’and pressing “ENTER”key, than this display will be changed over back to the
main page.
Select ‘NO’and pressing “ENTER”key, than select YES/NO by pressing〝▲ ▼〞keys to
confirm that the angle is the origin again.
▲▼
Select ‘NO’, than this display will be changed over back to the main page.
Select ‘YES’, than “ORG”is blinking.
After input the origin value by “▲▼”keys, pressing “ENTER”key to save and change
over back to the main page.
4-3. Encoder Abnormality
When the encoder is abnormal, all outputs are OFF. As below:

When the memory is abnormal, all outputs are OFF. As below:
