HE-APGisfreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipundernormaluseandservice.TheobligationofHE-APG
underthiswarrantyshallbelimitedtotherepairorexchangeofanypartorpartswhichmayprovedefectiveundernormal
useandservicewithintwo(2)yearsfromthedateofmanufactureoreighteen(18)monthsfromthedateofinstallationby
theoriginalpurchaserwhicheveroccursfirst,suchdefecttobedisclosedtothesatisfactionofHE-APGafterexamination
byHE-APGoftheallegedlydefectivepartorparts.THISWARRANTYISEXPRESSLYINLIEUOFALLOTHER
WARRANTIESEXPRESSEDORIMPLIEDINCLUDINGTHEWARRANTIESOFMERCHANTABILITYANDFITNESS
