HP StorageWorks 2/16-EL User manual

The HP StorageWorks SAN Switch 2/16-EL provides the
con iguration lexibility and per ormance needed by
corporate storage network in rastructures. The SAN Switch
2/16-EL delivers sixteen high per ormance auto sensing 1
and 2 Gb Fibre Channel ports. It’s ully non-blocking and
provides uncongested sustained, 2 Gb ull duplex
throughput. The SAN Switch 2/16-EL has universal,
sel -con iguring (F, FL, E) ports and includes Web Tools,
Quickloop and Advanced Zoning eatures. The switch
eatures highly networked capabilities that can be
incorporated into power ul, lexible storage area
networks (SANs). SFPs (removable-small- orm- actor-
pluggable optical transceivers) are ordered separately.
The SAN Switch 2/16-EL o ers storage networking
eatures which include redundant power supplies, and
cooling; making it ideal or supporting corporate
in rastructure implementations. The switch scales to a
maximum o 4 switches in a SAN and is upgradable to
ull SAN scaling with the purchase o an optional
upgrade license.
