• Read guide thoroughly before installation
BSlide Chassis Out From Rack
Slide the chassis out far enough to expose the front rackmount holes on
the sides of chassis and provide enough room to install the rackmount
brackets.
AIdentifying the Sliding Rail Lock kit contents
PN: 500746-001
Locate the components for installing the rackmount brackets to lock the
chassis to the rack:
• Two rackmount brackets with handle
• 4x M4 screws for attaching the brackets to the gateway
• 2x M5 screws for locking the chassis to the rack
Before You Begin
Check your packing slip to verify
that you have all the necessary
items.
Make sure you have a #2 Phillips
screwdriver. You may also need a
flat-tipped screwdriver.
CInstall Rackmount Brackets
Attach one rackmount bracket on each side of the chassis, using two M4
screws on each side.

ELock Chassis onto Rack
Lock the chassis onto rack on each side with the provided M5 screw
through the center hole of the rackmount bracket
DSlide Chassis Back onto Rack
Slide the chassis back to where it can be attached to the rack.
