Alarm input interface (D indicates the positive pole. G indicates the negative pole.). The rated
power of the adapter for the alarm input device is less than or equal to 30 W, and the rated voltage
is less than or equal to 110 V DC or 125 V AC.

Install the Device/ 设备安装
• Use a C-mount lens with the C/CS adapter.
当您使用 C 型接口镜头时，请配备 C/CS 转接环一起使用。
• Connect to the IRIS interface when installing an auto iris lens.
安装自动光圈镜头需要连接 IRIS 接口。
C Outdoor Wall-Mount/ 室外壁装

Open the upper cover of the shield and remove the mounting plate. Fix the
camera to the mounting plate and install the mounting plate on the shield.
打开护罩的上盖并拆下安装板，将摄像机固定到安装板上，再将安装板安装回护罩上。
CAUTION/ 注意
• Install shields outside box cameras deployed outdoors.
枪型网络摄像机安装在室外必须配套安装护罩。
• After the cables are connected, you must fasten the O-ring and use
waterproof tape to cover the gap to prevent water from entering the
camera.
连接好线缆后，必须将防水密封圈拧紧，并使用防水胶带覆盖缝隙，以免因
漏水而造成设备损坏。
• During the installation, adjust the focal length to the maximum value
and place the lens near the shield as close as possible (does not touch
the shield). For details about how to connect the wiring terminal of
the shield, see the label on the upper cover of the shield.
安装时将镜头的焦距调至最大，并将镜头尽可能的靠近（不要抵住）护罩的
玻璃。护罩接线端子的连接方式请参见护罩上盖内部的说明。

Use a marker to mark the screw installation positions and drill holes
in the marked positions. Use a claw hammer to install the expansion
bolts into the holes. Remove the flat washer, spring washer, and nuts.
使用记号笔绘制螺钉安装位置，并根据绘制的螺钉安装位置钻孔。 使用羊
角锤将膨胀螺栓打入钻好的孔内。 再将平垫、弹垫和螺母拧下。
Use screws to fix the wall-mount bracket to the wall.

Unfasten the screws on the universal joint to enable the universal
joint to rotate freely. Fix the shield on the universal joint, adjust the
shield position, and tighten all screws on the universal joint.

1Use a hold hoop to install the pole-mount bracket on the cross
arm (refer to step 2 in E Outdoor Pole-Mount), install the universal
joint into No.2 hole on the pole-mount bracket, as shown in the
following figure (properly adjust the horizontal monitoring angle
during installation).
使用抱箍将抱装支架安装到横臂上（参见“室外立杆包装中的步骤 2），
然后将万向节安装到包装支架 2 号孔位（如下图，安装时注意调整好水
平监控角度）。
2Unfasten the screws on the universal joint to enable the universal
joint to rotate freely. Fix the shield on the universal joint, adjust
the vertical monitoring angle, and tighten all screws on the
universal joint.
拧松万向节上的螺钉，使得万向节可以自由转动。将护罩固定到万向节
上，调整好垂直监控角度，拧紧万向节上的所有螺钉。

Install the Device/ 设备安装
G Connect Cables/ 连接线缆
Connect the power cable. A bare wire supports the 1.5 mm² (length is less than or equal to 25 m) power cable
at most, and a crimping terminal supports the 0.5 mm² (length is less than or equal to 10 m) power cable.
连接电源线。接裸线最大支持 1.5mm² （长度最大支持 25m） 电源线，配压线端子支持 0.5mm² （长度最大支持 10m）
电源线。
Insert the SD card.
插入 SD 卡。
Connect to the ground.
接地。
The ground impedance must be less than or equal to 5 ohms, and the
ground cable length is less than or equal to 25 meters. Use the OT
terminal with an inside diameter of 3 mm.
要求接地阻抗≤ 5Ω，长度≤ 25 米。使用内径大小为 3mm 的 OT 端子。
Connect the audio cable, prevent
the audio port from being imposed
by a vertical force that will make
the port loose.
连接音频线缆 , 尽量避免音频接口

Connect the video cable.

To connect the video device to the camera through the BNC interface,
use the BNC female to RCA male adapter.
当视频设备通过 BNC 接口连接摄像机时，需要使用“BNC 母头转 RCA 公头”。
CAUTION/ 注意
• In outdoor installation, a lightning arrester must be installed and the lightning arrester must be grounded.
室外安装时，必须安装避雷器，避雷器必须接地。
• The strong current cables and weak current cables must be separately laid. The distance between the strong
current cable and the weak current cable must be greater than or equal to 5 cm. When connecting cables to the
device, do not connect the strong current cable to the weak current interface to avoid device damages.
强电和弱电必须分开布线，两者间的距离不小于 5cm。线缆与设备连接时，禁止将强电接到弱电接口上，以免造成设备损坏。
• If you have to cut off tail cables that cannot be threaded, reserve the labels on the tail cables. Use insulated
rubber tapes and waterproof tapes to wrap all tail cables to prevent short circuit and water leakage.
如果尾线因无法穿线而必须剪断时，请保留尾线标签。请务必使用绝缘 胶带和防水胶带对所有尾线进行绝缘和防水处理，以
免造成短路和漏水。
Connect the network cable.
连接网线。
Connect the alarm cable and RS485 cable.
连接告警线缆、RS485 线缆。
Use a small screwdriver to press the plastic key on the interface, insert
the cable, and remove the screwdriver to automatically fix the cable.
使用小螺丝刀按压接口上方的塑料按键，插入线缆后，松开小螺丝刀即可固定
线缆。
It is recommended that twisted pair cables be used as alarm cables.
The diameter of the cable core ranges from 22 AWG to 28 AWG. The
impedance of the entire cable is less than or equal to 100 ohms.
告警线缆建议使用双绞线，线芯的线径为 22AWG ～ 28AWG，整条线路的阻
抗≤ 100Ω。

• When the camera is not connected or cannot
be connected to a video surveillance platform
for a long time, you are advised to disable video
buffering of the camera to increase the service
life of the SD card.
若摄像机长时间无法接通平台或者不对接平台使
用，建议手动关闭摄像机的平台离线缓存补录
功能，以提高SD卡的使用寿命。

Login name
登录名
User name used to register the camera with the video surveillance platform. The value of this
parameter is in the login name@domain name format. The login name indicates the device ID. The
domain name consists of 10 digits.

Password
密码
Password used to register the camera with the video surveillance platform. The value of this
parameter must be the same as the registration password configured on the video surveillance
platform.

GB/T 28181 server code. GB/T 28181 server code that consists of 20 self-defined digits.

Open Internet Explorer, enter an IPC IP address,IP address can be set automatically via DHCP, or a static IP
address can be set manually (192.168.0.120 by default) and press Enter.
在Internet Explorer地址栏里输入摄像机的IP地址，IP地址默认通过DHCP自动获取，也可以手动进行设置（默认为
192.168.0.120），按“Enter”键。
Enter the UserName and Password. The default UserName is admin and the default Password is
HuaWei123.
输入用户名和密码。默认用户名为管理员用户“admin”，默认密码为“HuaWei123”。
Click Login.
单击“登录”。
• If a Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server is configured for the current network and
the IPC automatically obtains its IP address from the DHCP server, the system will automatically set
the IP address.
当网络配备DHCP（Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol）服务器时，系统将自动配置IP地址。
• Supported browsers (on a 32-bit operating system): Internet Explorer 8, Mozilla Firefox 27, and
Google Chrome 32 or their later versions

• To avoid security risks, change the password when logging in to the system as the admin user for
the first time.

The default coding protocol of IPCs is H.265. Verify that the connected surveillance platform supports
H.265. Otherwise, see the Conguration Guide to modify the coding protocol of IPCs.

Troubleshooting/ 常见问题处理
Q : What can I do if the indicator of the box camera is off?
A : Check whether the power cable is loose. If the power cable is loose, reconnect the power cable.
问： 枪机的指示灯不亮？
答：检查电源是否松动，重新插拔电源。
Q : After you enter the IPC IP address in the address box and press Enter, the Internet Explorer displays
"There is a problem with this website's security certificate."
A : Click Continue to this web (not recommended) to continue browsing this website. Then install the root
certificate or upload your own certificate. For details, see Configuration Guide.
问：在 IE 浏览器中输入设备 IP 地址后，网页显示“此网站的安全证书有问题”？
答：单击“继续浏览此网站（不推荐）”，继续访问设备 Web 页面 , 然后安装根证书或上传用户自己的证书文件，具
体操作请参见《配置指南》。
Q : When the root certificate is downloaded, the Internet Explorer displayed "There is a problem with this
website's security certificate", Click "Continue to this website(not recommended)" to access the login
page, the Certificate Error is displayed in the address box.
A : Choose " Settings > System Configuration > Configuration Management " , upload a valid certificate.
After the certificate is uploaded, restart the browser.
问：根证书下载安装完成后，IE 仍提示“此网站的安全证书有问题”，单击“继续浏览此网站（不推荐）”进入登录
页面后，地址栏中出现“证书错误”提示。

Q : What can I do if I forgot the password of the admin user?
A : Use an account with the administrator rights to log in to the web page, choose Setting > System
Configuration > Device Maintenance, and click Restore or hold down the Reset button for at least
3s to restore the camera to factory defaults.
问：忘记 admin 用户的密码？
答：使用其他拥有管理员权限的帐号登录 Web 页面，选择“配置 > 系统配置 > 设备维护“，单击”恢复默认配置“后
恢复系统默认配置，或者长按 Reset 键 3s 以上恢复系统默认配置。
