Indicates the network interface that supports power over Ethernet (PoE). DC/AC and PoE work in
hot backup mode. If either DC/AC or PoE is disconnected when DC/AC and PoE provide power
at the same time, the system does not restart.

Reset button. To restart the device, hold down the RST button for less than 3s. To restore the device
to factory defaults, hold down the RST button for at least 3s during the device running or hold down
the RST button, power on the device, and keep holding down the RST button for more than 5s.
重置按钮。运行时按住RST键短于3秒重启设备；运行时按住RST键不短于3秒或者按住RST键后上电并持续按
住RST键不短于5秒后恢复出厂配置。

Analog video output interface. The interface supports only D1 video output.

Carefully read and strictly comply with the following instructions and pay attention to the alarm information in this manual:

• The power adapter to be used by the device must meet the input voltage and current requirements described on the device label.
设备所使用的电源适配器必须满足设备标签上注明的电源输入电压和输入电流要求。
• Install a lightning arrester and effectively ground the device shell.
请安装避雷器，设备外壳必须有效接地。
• Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect type dispose of used batteries according to the instructions.
如果更换不正确的电池规格会有爆炸的风险，请按制造商说明书处理使用过的电池。
• This is a class A product. In a domestic environment this product may cause radio in ference in which case the user may be
required to take adequate measures.

• Use a soft and dry cloth when cleaning the camera body. Do not use strong and abrasive alkaline cleaner or volatile solvent such

• Keep the device away from water or any other liquids. Take proper water-proof measures when installing the device outdoors.

• Keep the device away from heat sources, fire sources (such as heating apparatus or candles), and strong magnetic fields (for
example, high-voltage power distribution cabinet).
安放设备时请远离热源、裸露的火源（例如电暖器、蜡烛等）和强磁场环境（例如高压变电箱）。
• Avoid any unauthorized modifications on the design of the structure, security, or performance.
未经授权，任何单位和个人不得对设备进行结构、安全和性能方面的改动。
• Installation and maintenance must be performed by professional technical engineers or system installation engineers.

• Use product-attached auxiliaries and recommended fittings.

• Carry a device by the device body. Do not pull the pigtails.

A Install the SD card/ 安装 SD 卡

3Connect the cables to the tails of the camera, perform insulation
operations on the cables (see Connect Cables), and put the cables
through the cable entry on the wall(To route cables from the side, use a
Phillips screwdriver to open the cable outlet on the side). Use the torque
of 5 to 7 kgf.cm to fasten the tapping screws.
将线缆与摄像机的尾线连接，对线缆进行绝缘处理（参见“连接线缆”），然
后塞入墙壁出线孔（如果要从侧方走线，请用十字螺丝刀打开图中标红的侧方
出线口出线）。使用 5~7Kgf.cm 的扭矩拧紧自攻螺钉。
B Surface-Mount/ 吸顶安装
2Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the transparent cover, lightly press
the inner cover without blocking the two holes, and remove the inner
cover.
使用十字螺丝刀卸下透明罩，然后双指轻压内罩非固定卡扣位置，卸下内罩。
Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the transparent cover, install the SD
card.
使用十字螺丝刀将透明罩卸下，插入 SD 卡。
4This camera uses the tri-axis design, allowing horizontal rotation of
±175 ° , vertical rotation of 0~75 ° , and chipset rotation of ±175 ° to
satisfy different installation angle. Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen
screws on the chipset, and adjust the surveillance angle. After the
adjustment is complete, tighten the screws on the chipset. After the
adjustment is complete, tighten the screws on the chipset.
该款摄像机为三轴工艺设计，水平方向可转动 ±175°，垂直方向可转动 0~75°
，机芯可以转动 ±175° ，适应不同角度的安装。使用十字螺丝刀将固定机芯的
螺丝拧松，调整监控角度，调整完毕后，拧紧固定机芯的螺丝。
5Lightly press the inner cover, and fix it to the chipset. Then align the
transparent cover with the base through the tapped holes, close the
transparent cover, and use a Phillips screwdriver to tighten the screws.
双指轻压内罩，将内罩卡槽对准卡扣，固定内罩，然后将透明罩和底座的螺孔
位置对齐，合上透明罩并使用十字螺丝刀拧紧螺钉。
Paste the drilling sticker in the camera installation position and ensure
that the center of the sticker overlaps the center of the cable outlet
on the wall. Obtain a drill bit with a 5 mm diameter and drill four 35
mm holes in the specified positions marked by the stickers. Use a claw
hammer to install an expansion bolt into the hole.
将安装定位贴纸贴在摄像机安装位置，贴纸中心请对准墙壁出线孔。依照贴纸
上的标注，选择直径为 5mm 的钻头，钻取深约 35mm 的导孔，并使用羊角
锤将膨胀螺栓打入钻好的孔内。

Place the ceiling-mount bracket to the required installation location,
use a marker to mark the screw installation positions and drill holes in
the marked positions.

4Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the transparent cover.
使用十字螺丝刀将透明罩卸下。
Align the tapped holes of the camera with installation slots on the
ceiling-mount bracket plate, thread screws through the holes, and
tighten the screws.
将摄像机的安装螺孔对准吊装支架安装盘上的对应安装槽，将螺钉穿过螺孔，
拧紧螺钉。
C Ceiling-Mount/ 吊装
Obtain a drill bit with a 5 mm diameter and drill four 35 mm holes in the
specified positions marked by the marker. Use a claw hammer to install
an expansion bolt into the hole.
依照标记得位置，选择直径为 5mm 的钻头，钻取深约 35mm 的导孔，并使用
羊角锤将膨胀螺栓打入钻好的孔内。

For details about subsequent installation
operations, see steps 4 and 5 in B Surface-
Mount.
后续安装的具体过程请参见“B 吸顶安装”中的
4-5步骤。
3Thread the cables through the ceiling-mount bracket. Put the four
expansion bolts through the four screw holes at the bottom of the
ceiling-mount bracket, and tighten the screw.
将需要与摄像机尾线对接的线缆穿过吊装支架。将吊装支架底座上的 4 个螺
孔套在相应的膨胀螺栓上，拧紧螺钉。
6Align the tapped holes on the edge of the ceiling-mount bracket
plate with the tapped holes on the installation bowl, and use a Phillips
screwdriver to tighten the screws.
将安装盘边上的螺孔对准安装碗的四个螺孔，使用十字螺丝刀拧紧螺钉。

Remove the decorative box on the embedded bracket.
拧松嵌入式支架上的装饰盒，拆除装饰盒。

4Fix the camera and the embedded bracket on the ceiling. Fasten the
screws and Undercut flat screw on the embedded bracket. Then, fix the
embedded bracket on the ceiling. After the embedded bracket is fixed,
adjust the shooting angle of the camera.
将摄像机及嵌入式支架安装到天花板上，拧紧嵌入式支架上的螺丝和倒扣，将
嵌入式支架固定到天花板上。固定好后，调整摄像机的监控角度。
D Embedded-Mount / 嵌入式安装
Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the transparent cover and place the camera
in the embedded bracket. Align the installation screws of the camera with the
installation holes on the embedded bracket. Lead the M4 screws through the
screw holes and fasten the screws.
使用十字螺丝刀将透明罩卸下 , 将摄像机装入嵌入式支架中，将摄像机的安装螺孔对准嵌
入式支架安装盘上的对应安装槽，将支架自带的 M4 螺钉穿过螺孔，拧紧螺钉。
3According to the size of the stickers.Drill a hole with a diameter
of 178 mm on the ceiling.
按照贴纸尺寸，在天花板上打孔，直径为178mm，厚度
3mm~35mm。

Align the transparent cover with the screw holes on the camera base
and fasten the transparent cover with the Phillips screwdriver. And then
tore off the protective film.
将透明罩和摄像机底座的螺孔位置对齐，合上透明罩并使用十字螺丝刀拧紧螺
钉。然后撕掉透明罩保护膜。
Align the decorative box with the screw holes on the embedded
bracket and fasten the screws. Then, the installation is complete.
将装饰盒和嵌入式支架上的螺孔位置对齐，拧紧螺丝固定，安装完成。

E Indoor Wall-Mount/ 壁装
CAUTION/ 注意
• In outdoor installation, a lightning arrester must be installed and the lightning arrester must be grounded.
室外安装时，必须安装避雷器，避雷器必须接地。
• The strong current cables and weak current cables must be separately laid. The distance between the strong current cable and the weak current cable must be greater than or equal to 5 cm. When connecting cables to the device,
do not connect the strong current cable to the weak current interface to avoid device damages.
强电和弱电必须分开布线，两者间的距离不小于 5cm。线缆与设备连接时，禁止将强电接到弱电接口上，以免造成设备损坏。
• If you have to cut off tail cables that cannot be threaded, reserve the labels on the tail cables. Use insulated rubber tapes and waterproof tapes to wrap all tail cables to prevent short circuit and water leakage. Wrap unused cables
with waterproof tapes to prevent water seepage.
如果尾线因无法穿线而必须剪断时，请保留尾线标签。请务必使用绝缘胶带和防水胶带对所有尾线进行绝缘和防水处理，以免造成短路和漏水。对于不用的线头，需要用防水胶带包住，防止渗水。
NOTE/ 说明
Before making an RJ11 plug connector, assemble components of the RJ11 plug connector of the
waterproof connector for network cables in sequence. Please make the cables according to the standard.
在制作水晶头前，请先将网线防水接头的水晶头侧部件按如图所示顺序组装。请按照标准制作网线。
Connect the network cable. Mount the rubber ring of the waterproof connector onto the network cable port
and install the remaining components of the waterproof connector in sequence.
连接网线。先将线防水接头部件中的细橡皮圈套在网线接口外，再将剩余部件按如图所示顺序安装。

F Connect Cables/ 连接线缆
Place the wall-mount bracket to the required installation location, use
a marker to mark the screw installation positions and drill holes in the
marked positions.
将壁装支架放置于安装位置，使用记号笔绘制螺钉安装位置，并根据绘制的螺
钉安装位置钻孔。
21 Obtain a drill bit with a 5 mm diameter and drill four 35 mm holes in the
specified positions marked by the marker. Use a claw hammer to install
an expansion bolt into the hole.
依照标记得位置，选择直径为 5mm 的钻头，钻取深约 35mm 的导孔，并使
用羊角锤将膨胀螺栓打入钻好的孔内。
3Thread the cables through the ceiling-mount bracket. Put the four
expansion bolts through the four screw holes at the bottom of the
ceiling-mount bracket, and tighten the screw.
将需要与摄像机尾线对接的线缆穿过吊装支架。将吊装支架底座上的 4 个螺
孔套在相应的膨胀螺栓上，拧紧螺钉。

Connect the power cable and the ground cable. A bare wire supports the 1.5 mm² (length is less than or equal
to 25 m) power cable at most, and a crimping terminal supports the 1.0 mm² (length is less than or equal to
20 m) or 0.75 mm² (length is less than or equal to 15 m) power cable. The ground impedance must be less
than or equal to 5 ohms.and the ground cable length is less thanor equal to 25 meters. Use the OT terminal
with an inside diameter of 3 mm.
连接电源线和接地线。接裸线最大支持 1.5mm²（长度最大支持 25m）电源线，配压线端子支持 1.0mm²（长度最大支
持 20m）或 0.75mm²（长度最大支持 15m）电源线。接地线要求阻抗≤ 5Ω, 长度≤ 25m，用内径大小为 3mm 的 OT 端子。

Use the insulation tape to insulate the connection part of each cable. Then use the waterproof tape and
insulation tape to wrap the cables together into a bundle. Wrap a layer of PVC insulation tape and three layers
of waterproof tape. Then wrap three layers of PVC insulation tape. Ensure that the connection parts of the
cables do not overlap with each other; otherwise, the cable bundle may not pass through the holes because it
is too thick.
先用绝缘胶带对每条线缆对接处做好绝缘防护，然后将所有电缆进行整体绝缘防水处理。绝缘防水处理先缠绕一层 PVC
绝缘胶带，再缠绕三层防水胶带，然后再缠绕三层 PVC 绝缘胶带。对单根线缆做整体缠绕处理时，不同线缆接口处要错开，
避免某处缠绕后过大而影响穿线。
• Stretch the waterproof tape evenly until the tape turns twice as long as before. Then use the stretched
waterproof tape to wrap the cable bundle from the insulation sheath to the protection leather hose (for
example, the PVC conduit).
均匀拉伸防水胶带，使其长度为原长度的 2 倍后再缠绕。防水胶带务必从线缆束绝缘外皮开始缠绕至防护皮管（如
PVC 管）。
• When wrapping the tape, ensure that the upper layer covers more than 50% of the lower layer. Each layer
of tape must be tightened and compacted firmly.
缠绕绝缘胶带和防水胶带时需保证上一层胶带覆盖下一层的 50% 以上，每一层都要拉紧压实。
G Connect Cables/ 连接线缆
Connect the alarm cable. It is recommended that twisted pair cables be used as alarm cables. The diameter of
the cable core ranges from 22 AWG to 28 AWG. The impedance of the entire cable is less than or equal to 100
ohms.
连接告警线缆。告警线缆建议使用双绞线，线芯的线径为 22AWG ～ 28AWG，整条线路的阻抗≤ 100Ω。

Open Internet Explorer, enter an IPC IP address,IP address can be set automatically via DHCP, or a static IP
address can be set manually (192.168.0.120 by default) and press Enter.
当通过PC机直连访问IPC时，请保证PC机IP地址和摄像机IP地址在同一网段 。在Internet Explorer地址栏里输入摄像
机的IP地址，IP地址可以手动进行设置（默认为192.168.0.120），按“Enter”键。当网络中有DHCP服务器时,IPC
可以通过DHCP服务器自动获取IP地址。
Enter the user name and password. The default user name and password are admin and HuaWei123
respectively.
输入用户名和密码。默认用户名为管理员用户“admin”，默认密码为“HuaWei123”。
Click Login.
单击“登录”。
• If a Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server is configured for the current network and
the IPC automatically obtains its IP address from the DHCP server, the system will automatically set
the IP address.
当网络配备DHCP（Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol）服务器时，系统将自动配置IP地址。
• PC minimum configuration:Intel fou-generation Core i7,with a clock speed of 3.3G，Video RAM
1.0GB，Memory 8.0GB DDR3 1600MHz .It is recommended that only one channel of 4K video be
enabled to prevent frame freezing or artifacts due to insufficient PC performance.
PC机最低配置：CPU，Intel第六代酷睿i7处理器，主频3.3G及以上，显存1.0GB及以上，内存8.0GB DDR3
1600MHz及以上，建议请求一路4K视频，以免因PC机性能不足造成卡顿或花屏。
• Supported browsers (on a 32-bit operating system): Internet Explorer 8 and Google Chrome 32 or
their later versions; Mozilla Firefox 35 to Mozilla Firefox 51; Google Chrome 45 or later versions need
to install the Internet Explorer tab plug-in.
支持的浏览器（32位）：Internet Explorer 8、Google Chrome 32及以上版本；Mozilla Firefox 35~51版
本。Google Chrome 45及版本以上需要安装Internet Explorer tab插件。
• To avoid security risks, change the password when logging in to the system as the admin user for the
first time.
首次使用admin用户登录时，请务必修改密码，以免造成安全隐患。
NOTE/ 说明
Setting IPC Basic Parameters/ 配置摄像机基本参数
Log in to the web client as the administrator.
以管理员用户登录 Web 客户端。
Choose Preview > Common , you can set ISP , Video and OSD parameters.
选择“预览配置 > 常用参数“，可以配置摄像机基本的图像参数、视频流参数和 OSD 参数。
Choose Preview> IP/Time , you can set IP address and time parameters
选择“预览配置 > IP/ 时间“，可以配置摄像机的 IP 地址和时间信息。

Setting Basic Network Parameters/ 配置基本网络参数
Log in to the web client as the administrator.
以管理员用户登录 Web 客户端。
Choose Settings > Network , you can set basic network parameters.
选择“高级配置 > 网络”，可以配置网络的基本参数。
Set the network parameters as planned.
根据规划的数据配置基本网络参数。

the product, please read the following warranty statements carefully.
1. Warranty Period
Unless otherwise stated specifically by Huawei, the following periods apply:
Duration of Hardware Warranty: 12 months
Duration of Software Media: 3 months
The start date of the warranty:
The warranty starts on the 90th day after the date of the product shipment from Huawei, or the date of receiving
service request, whichever is earlier.
Notes:
1. If there is any conflict with contract terms and conditions, the contract terms and conditions shall prevail.
2. When you purchase a product from Huawei, please confirm the date when the product will be shipped from Huawei,
and check other warranty-related information.
3. For expansion and replacement parts, you are entitled to either of the following warranties (whichever is longer):
(1) A 90-day warranty starting from the date the replacement parts are shipped
(2) The remaining warranty of the original equipment
4. Warranty service is provided for the lithium battery modules for the S series switches, but the terms related to
hardware warranty service response time in the Huawei Enterprise Standard Warranty do not apply to the lithium
battery modules.

Troubleshooting/ 常见问题处理
Q : After you enter the IPC IP address in the address box and press Enter, the Internet Explorer displays "There
is a problem with this website's security certificate."
A : Click Continue to this web (not recommended) to continue browsing this website. Then, install the root
certificate or upload your own certificate. For details, see Configuration Guide.
问：在 IE 浏览器中输入设备 IP 地址后，网页显示“此网站的安全证书有问题”？
答：单击“继续浏览此网站（不推荐）”，继续访问设备 Web 页面 , 然后安装根证书或上传用户自己的证书文件，具体操
作请参见《配置指南》。
Q : When the root certificate is downloaded, the Internet Explorer displayed "There is a problem with this
website's security certificate", Click "Continue to this website(not recommended)" to access the login page,
the Certificate Error is displayed in the address box.
A : Choose Settings > System > Configuration Management > Certificate Management , upload a valid
certificate. After the certificate is uploaded, restart the browser.
问：根证书下载安装完成后，IE 仍提示“此网站的安全证书有问题”，单击“继续浏览此网站（不推荐）”进入登录页面后，
地址栏中出现“证书错误”提示。

Q : What can I do if I forgot the password of the admin user?
A : Use an account with the administrator rights to log in to the web page, choose Settings > Maintain >
Device Reset > Device Operation, and click Restore or hold down the Reset button for at least 3s to
restore the camera to factory defaults.
问：忘记 admin 用户的密码？
答：使用其他拥有管理员权限的帐号登录 Web 页面，选择“高级配置 > 维护 > 设备重置 > 设备操作“，单击”恢复默认
配置“后恢复系统默认配置，或者长按 Reset 键 3s 以上恢复系统默认配置。
Q : The text "Heating…" is displayed on live video, and images cannot be displayed.
A : If the IPC is started in low-temperature environment, the IPC may enter the low-temperature protection
mode. In this case, the text "Heating…" will be displayed on the live video. When the temperature of the
IPC rises, images can be properly displayed.
问：Web 实况出现“Heating...”字样，图像画面无法显示。
答：在低温环境下启动 IPC，设备有可能会进入低温保护模式，实况页面显示“Heating...”字样，等 IPC 温度上升后，画
面会自动恢复正常。
