I. Overview
This instrument complies with the methods of GB/T 17623-1998 "Gas
Chromatographic Determination of Dissolved Gas Component Content in Insulating Oil"
and DL429.4-91 "Quantitative Determination of Water-soluble Acids"; used for samples
such as transformer oil in the laboratory The constant temperature shock degassing.
This instrument uses a 5-inch color LCD screen, which displays rich contents and is
easy to use. The user can customize the heating and oscillating time of the instrument
according to user needs, with flexible functions, simple and convenient operation, and
high temperature control accuracy. The instrument adopts high-quality motor and
advanced transmission mechanism, which has the characteristics of small size, light
weight and low noise.
When using this product, it is also necessary to comply with the relevant laboratory
requirements for the use of such equipment and relevant operating procedures. If you

Multi-function Automatic Oscillator is an instrument used for laboratory. The
Instrument auto heating and control temperature reach target value, Next shaking for
some time by user set, then stilling for some time by user set . The Instrument built in
degassing program for gas chromatography and mixing program for Water-soluble acid
and Can follow the user-defined run.

IV. Operation Instructions
4.1 Turn on the power and enter the below interface
4.2 Degassing
When press “Mode 1” key in main menu the instrument start degassing program and
then display the follow Page
Press the "start" key, and the instrument will automatically heat up, oscillate, and keep
constant temperature until the end of the test.

After the test is over, the buzzer of the instrument will emit a warning tone.
When the test is in progress, press the "Stop" button, and the instrument will stop
heating, oscillating, and constant temperature.
Press the "Exit" key to exit the current interface and return to the main boot interface.
4.3 water-soluble acid interface;
When press “Mode 2” key in main menu the instrument start mixing program for
Water-soluble acid then display the follow picture

Press the "Start" key, and the instrument will automatically heat up and oscillate to the
end of the test.
When the test is in progress, press the "Stop" button, and the instrument will stop
heating, oscillating, and constant temperature.
Press the "Exit" key to exit the current interface and return to the main boot interface.
4.4 User Define
When press “Mode 3” key in main menu the instrument can follow the user-defined run
then display the follow page.

The temperature, oscillation time and static time can be set arbitrarily according to
the requirements of use; the test is in progress, press the "stop" button, the instrument
will stop heating, oscillation, and constant temperature. Press the "Exit" key to exit the
current interface and return to the main boot interface.
4.5 Direct Shaking
Press "Start Oscillation Directly" to check whether the oscillation function of the
instrument is normal;
Extrapolation thermometer method
1. Remove the sealing screw of the thermometer socket of the upper door, and insert
the thermometer according to the size specified in the figure below (left figure).
2. Stick the thermometer on the size specified in the above picture (right picture) with
tape to make it higher by a step so that the thermometer can be positioned and stuck on
the socket.
V.Warm Tips
1. The instrument should be installed on a level and firm workbench;
2. The instrument must not be installed in a room with corrosive gas;
3. The instrument should not be placed in a place with high humidity;
4. Do not impact or bump the instrument display with your hands or hard objects
