I.Overview
The HZDL-1000A high current generator adopts advanced manufacturing
technology and large-capacity special transformers, and an ammeter with LED digital
display. It is equipped with aluminum alloy case and PC panel. It has the characteristics
of large output capacity, small size, light weight and beautiful appearance. It is mainly
suitable for occasions requiring large current tests such as CT ratio and contact
resistance of the power system.
II.Main technical indicators

2. Output current: AC: 0~1000A. Output voltage AC:0~6V

IV.Operation method
First, turn the high current adjustment knob counterclockwise to the zero position,
connect the test product, connect the external power supply AC220V, and close the main
power switch, then the power signal light is on, press the run button, the work signal light
is on, and the power signal light is off , Adjust the high current adjustment handle (voltage
regulator), the high current output terminal has current output, and the LED digital display
ammeter has a display. The maximum no-load output voltage of the booster is 0~6V, and
the output current is 0~1000A.
V.Matters needing attention
1. The cross section of the input power cable of this tester should be greater than 2mm2,
and the cross section of the high-current output connection cable should be greater than
100mm2, and the length of the output connection cable should be as short as possible.
2. As long as it can meet the output current requirements. Try to use parallel outputs.
3. Long-term continuous output should be avoided.
4. For safe use, the ground terminal should be reliably grounded.
