First things first, pair your Alexa with the Hub Controller.
The pairing code can be found on your Hub Controller:
menu -> pairing
Available Hub Controller names:

Quick Guide
Note: Pair each Alexa device separately with its own pairing code.
Set temperature to a desired value.
Turn the heating on using methods below.
Replace ‘on’ with ‘off’ below to turn the heating off.
Use ‘boost’ instead ‘heating’ to use 60 min boost.
Method 1:
User: Alexa, open Hub Controller
Alexa gives instructions
User: What is the temperature in
‘living room’
Alexa replies with information requested
Method 2:
User: Alexa, ask Hub Controller what is
the temperature in ‘living room’
Alexa replies with information requested
Method 1:
User: Alexa, open Hub Controller
Alexa gives instructions
User: Turn heating on in ‘living room’
Alexa replies with information requested
Method 2:
User: Alexa, tell Hub Controller to turn
heating on in ‘living room’
Alexa replies with information requested
Method 1:
User: Alexa, open Hub Controller
Alexa gives instructions
User: Set temperature to 21 degrees
in ‘living room’
Alexa replies with information requested

Check the current status
Check heating status and current room temperature.
Turn heating or boost on/off
Change set temperature
Increase set temperature by half a degree.
Use ‘decrease’ to decrease the set temperature by half a degree.
Method 1:
User: Alexa, open Hub Controller
Alexa gives instructions
User: Increase temperature in ‘living room’
Alexa replies with information requested
Method 2:
User: Alexa, tell Hub Controller to increase
temperature in ‘living room’
Alexa replies with information requested
Remove or ‘delete’ previously paired Hub(s).
Method 1:
User: Alexa, open Hub Controller
Alexa gives instructions
User: Set default to ‘living room’
Alexa confirms default has been set
Method 2:
User: Alexa, tell Hub Controller to set
default to ‘living room’
Alexa confirms default has been set

Alexa: ‘Living room’ has been deleted
Method 2:
User: Alexa, tell Hub Controller to remove
‘living room’
Alexa: ‘Living room’ has been deleted
Set a default Hub
Tired of using Hub’s name? Have multiple Hubs?
Set a default Hub for ease of use.
Remove paired Hub
Now you can use all the previously mentioned commands without having
to use the Hub name e.g.
‘Alexa, ask Hub Controller what is the temperature?’ or
‘Alexa, ask Hub Controller to increase temperature?’
