Before attempting to start vehicle, the Fast-Starter must be removed from the vehicle’s 12V
socket. Otherwise permanent damage to the Fast-Starter may occur.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
•
Do not use the Fast-Starterwith a completely discharged battery.
•
Before attempting to start vehicles, the Fast-Starter must be removed from the vehicle’s 12V
socket. See “BOOST UPA WEAK VEHICLE BATTERY”section of details.
•
The Fast-Starter is shipped partially charged. You shouldinitially fully charge it beforeuse.
•
The Fast-Starter should always be stored in the OFF mode. Always recharge the Fast-Starter
after use and before storing.
•
The Fast-Starter is designed to recharge 12V batteries with the lowest voltage at 10.5V. If vehicle
battery is severely drained, call a service centre or tow truck.
•
CAR ALARMS: If you have a car alarm, put it into “valet mode” before attemptingto use the Fast-
Starter. Many popular car alarm models cut off power to vehicle’s electrical system. The Fast-Starter
will work while this type of alarm isengaged. Do not submerge inwater. Keep away from humidity.
•
For optimum performance, store intemperature between 0°C and 43°C.
•
During operation, the unit may feel warm. Discontinue use if it becomes too hot.
•
Do not attempt to reversepolarity.
•
8Afuses are usedin a protection system which regulates the discharge and rechargeof Fast-
Starter.
•
Always recycle your Lithium battery productsproperly.

CHECK THE FAST-STARTER BATTERY CAPACITY LEVEL:
Press the PowerButton ONCE to read the battery status of the Fast-Starter. Press once again to turn
off. The Battery Level Indicators will illuminate accordingly as follows:
4 - LED illuminated (100%ChargeCapacity).........Internal battery is fullycharged.
Fast-Starter ready and USB ready.
3 - LED illuminated (75%Charge Capacity)...........Internal battery is mostlycharged.
Fast-Starter ready and USB ready.
2 - LED illuminated (50%Charge Capacity)...........Recharge the unit as soon aspossible.
Fast-Starter NOT READY and USB ready.
1 - LED illuminated (25%Charge Capacity)...........Charge the unitimmediately.
Fast-Starter NOT READY and USB limited.
NOTE: The Battery Level Indicators will be automatically turned OFF in 5 Seconds.
BOOST UP A WEAK VEHICLE BATTERY:
Before plugging the Fast-Starter into the vehicle socket:
1. Make sure all vehiclelights (interior and exterior) and accessories (radio, etc) are turnedoff.
2. Make sure thevehicle’s 12V socket is clean, free of debris and receivingpower.
3. Press and hold the Power button for 3 SECONDS, ensure the 4xBattery Level Indicators are ON
(i.e. the unit’s battery is good for boosting). NOTE: If the lighter socket is not properly connected to
the Fast-Starter the indicators will switchoff after30seconds.
4. Insert the Fast-Starter into the vehicle’s 12Vsocket.
5. The charging process can take up to 20 minutes during which all of the Battery Level Indicators will
blink. When they stop blinking your Fast-Starter will turn off automatically.
6. Youare now readyto begin,but before attemptingto start your vehicle, TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS
AND ANYTHING DRAWINGPOWER.
7. REMOVE the Fast-Starter from the 12V socket.
WARNING permanent damage to Fast-Starter may occur if not removed before starting the
engine.
8. Start the engine of yourvehicle
RECHARGING YOUR RECHARGEABLE FAST-STARTER
This product was delivered partially discharged. Fully charge your Fast-Starter via 12V or Micro-USB
immediately after receipt. Charge via 12V only while driving.
1.
Ensurethe Power Button of the Fast-Starteris set in OFF position.
2.
Plug the Fast-Starter cigaretteplug to the 12V cigarettelighter socket for 2-4 hours for recharging.
3.
When all of the LEDs are on, then the Fast-Starter is fully charged.
NOTE: When charging the Fast-Starter, ensure the vehicle engine is running to prevent over drainage
of the car battery.The Fast-Starter can only be charged when thecar battery voltage is greater
than 11.5V (The circuitry has a built-in a power saver to protect the car battery.)
IMPORTANT: Recharge the unit after each use and every 3 months, to keep internal battery fully
charged and prolong the battery life.

NOTE: Prior to connecting any accessory, make sure that the Fast-Starter power button is set to
the OFF position. Accessories that can be connected are: MP3 Players, Mobile Phone,
Tablets, Smartphones, etc.
1. Connect the USB cable (NOT included)into the Fast-Starter USB-Out port.
2. Push thePowerButtonON and turn on your accessory.
PLEASE NOTE:
YoucannotchargeanyaccessorywhiletheFast-Starterisin rechargingmodeorbeing usedto boost
yourcar battery.
If the vehicle does not start, you can repeat the boost up process ONE MORE TIME, not more. If the
vehicle does not start, DO NOT attempt to start the engine more than twice. Call a service centre or
tow truck.
WARNING
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. READ ALL INSTRUCTION BEFORE USE.
Danger –shock hazard. Keep Fast-Starter away from water and other liquids.
Never operate if the unit is damaged or product is not working properly. Unplug when not in use.
MAYEXPLODE IF DAMAGED OF DISPOSED OF IN FIRE. Do not disassemble or alter. Change
and use only as specified in instructions. Misuse may cause excessive heat. Breakage may expose
contents and contact with skin may cause irritation or injury. Contains Li-Ion battery and must be
disposed of properly.
