Thank you for selecting our product. Please read this manual to operate the product safely and
to ensure its maximum service life. We strongly advise to keep the manual for the whole life of
the product.
!This product is intended for use in public catering enterprises.
1. PREPARE FOR OPERATION
●Remove all packing materials, leaflets, plastic bags, etc. from the surfaces and from
inside the product prior to use.
●Then set the thermostat to maximum value and switch on the empty oven. Wait for 15
minutes. This burn-in procedure removes all foreign smells that could appear due to
application of materials preventing external impacts during transportation to the heating
elements. Ventilate the room.
●Thoroughly wash all accessories prior to use.
●Never block the power socket with the oven.
2. PRIOR TO USE
●Make sure that the oven door is operable. Part of the door is glass, and it should be
handled with care. Never allow cold water on the hot glass surface.
●Oven should be installed on smooth plane surface at height of ~85 cm from the floor.
●Do not move the oven when in use.
●DO NOT USE the oven if:
- power supply cable is damaged;
- the product fell down, does not work or has external damages.
●Never place the oven near other heat sources.
●Never leave any foreign objects on top of the oven.
●Never block the ventilation holes.
●The product is not intended to be built-in.
●Do not place anything on the open door of the oven.
●If the product is not used for a long time and is going to be cleaned, disconnect it from
the power source.
3. SAFETY DURING CONNECTION
●Prior to connecting the product make sure that:
- power network voltage conforms to the rated value;
- power socket is rated for 16A.
●Make sure that the power cord is not in contact with hot parts of the oven.
●If the power cord is damaged, only qualified service engineer can replace it.

5. MAJOR ASSEMBLIES AND COMPONENTS
6. OPERATION
Procedure:
a) Make sure that the oven is positioned correctly, and the personnel has been instructed. This
measure helps to reduce the risk of burns.
b) Connect the power cord to the power supply network and switch the oven on.
c) Set the required cooking temperature.
d) Set the required cooking time on the timer.
Temperature setting: temperature control governs a thermostat, which adjusts the temperature
inside the chamber in the range of 0-250°С. The oven is not operating if the minimum value is
set.
7. SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
●Shut the oven down and let it cool.
●Disconnect the oven from the power source.
●Use soft cloth for cleaning the oven.
●Do not wash the oven under water jet!
●Do not use abrasive materials and aggressive agents for cleaning!
●All accessories must be cleaned by hands and thoroughly wiped dry.
●Use special glass-cleaning agents for the door glass, and wipe it dry using soft cloth.
●If oven was out of use for a long time, remove all dust and dirt from its surface prior
to switching it on. It is recommended to perform a burn-in procedure similar to the one before
the first switch-on.
