1. ALLGEMEINE INFORMATION ZUM PRODUKT
1.1. Die KühltischvitrineHURAKAN SUSHI ist für die kurzfristige Lagerung, Demonstration
und den Verkauf bei Handels- und Gaststättenunternehmen von Produkten bestimmt, die bis
Temperatur des Kühlvolumens vorgekühlt sind. Das Auslegen von Produkten in
gastronomischen Containern mit den Maßen 325x176x40 mm (Option, Typengröße GN 1/3)
bietet optimale Temperaturverhältnisse.
1.2. Das Produkt ist für die Arbeit in Innenräumen bei einer Umgebungstemperatur von +12
bis + 25 °C und Relativfeuchtigkeit nicht mehr als 60% bestimmt.
1.3. Die Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten werden nur von
spezialisierten Reparatur- und Installationsunternehmen durchgeführt, die zur Ausführung
dieser Arbeiten berechtigt sind.
Nach den Ergebnissen der Installations- und Inbetriebnahmearbeiten wird ein "Akt von
Inbetriebnahme" in dreifacher Ausfertigung erstellt (ein Muster des Aktes - Anhang 1).
Die erste Kopie des Aktes bleibt beim Besitzer, die zweite Kopie bleibt bei der Organisation,
die die Einrichten und Inbetriebnahme durchgeführt hat, die dritte Kopie sollte dem
Herstellerbetrieb geschickt werden, damit sie in den Garantieschein aufgenommen wird.
Andernfalls ist der Herstellerbetrieb für die Gewährleistungspflichten nicht verantwortlich.
1.4. Der Herstellerbetrieb behält sich das Recht vor, geringe Konstruktionsänderungen am
Produkt vorzunehmen, die nicht in diesem Pass enthalten sind.
2. TECHNISCHE MERKMALE

4. SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
4.1. Bevor Sie die Vitrine an das 220-V-Netz anschließen, installieren Sie vor der
Steckdose einen automatischen 6,3-A-Schalter.
4.2. Die Vitrine muss an Stromnetz mit einem Erdungsleiter angeschlossen werden.
Die Erdungsfunktion sollte regelmäßig nach den "Technischen Betriebsbestimmungen der
Stromlieferungsanlagen der Verbraucher" überprüft werden.
4.3. Führen Sie bei der Inbetriebnahme des Produkts und mindestens einmal pro Jahr
eine vorbeugende Besichtigung, die folgende Arbeiten umfasst:
- Besichtigung aller Schutzeinrichtungen und Geräte der Automatik;
- Sicherheitsprüfung aller elektrischen Verbindungen und des Zuführungskabels;
- Sicherheitsprüfung der Verbindung der Erdungsleiter mit der Vitrine;
- Isolationswiderstandsprüfung des zum Produkt Zuführungskabels;
- Prüfung der Kriechstromfestigkeit zwischen dem Vitrinenkörper und
den angrenzenden geerdeten Geräten;
- Die Besichtigungsdaten sollten ins Journal der vorbeugenden Besichtigung
(Anhang 3) gegeben werden.
4.4. VERBOTEN:
- Benutzung der Vitrine im Falle der Isolationsbeschädigung von elektrischen
Leitungen und Erdungsleiterunterbrechung;
- Benutzung des Produkts ohne Erdung;
- Dauerbenutzung der Vitrine bei der Temperatur über 25 °C oder unter 12 °C;
- Benutzung der scharfen Gegenstände, um den Eisbelag vom
Verdunstungsapparat zu entfernen;

- Benutzung der Vitrine, deren Glasmauern beschädigt sind und scharfe Kanten
haben;
- Benutzung der Vitrine mit Versorgungsnetzspannung, die von 220 V abweicht (+
10-15)%;
- Ausgabe den Kältemittel aus dem Produkt in die Atmosphäre.
4.5. Die Unterhalts-, Einrichtungs-, Fehlerbeseitigungsarbeiten und sanitäre
Behandlung sollten beim abgeschlossenen von Stromnetz Produkt durchgeführt werden.
4.6. Wenn irgendwelche Merkmale der abnormalen Funktion der Vitrine auftreten, ein
Kältemittelverlust festgestellt wird, muss man die Vitrine vom Stromnetz trennen und einen
Mechaniker beauftragen.
5. REIHENFOLGE UND HANDHABUNG MIT DEM PRODUKT
5.1. Man muss die Verpackung mit besonderem Vorsicht entfernen, weil das Produkt
Glasteile enthält. Beim Auspacken sollte die Vitrine in waagerechter Lage sein, der
maximale Neigungswinkel sollte nicht mehr als 15 ° sein. Während des Auspackens muss
man die Komplettierung des Produkts nach dem Abschnitt 3 dieses Passes und die
Integrität aller Komponenten und der Vitrine insgesamt überprüfen. Vor der Installation
sollte man die gesamte Vitrine und ihre Bestandteile reinigen.
5.2. Der Aufstellungsort muss den Zugang zum Produkt mindestens von zwei Seiten
ermöglichen.
5.3. Das Produkt sollte im Innenraum benutzt werden, wobei die Temperatur zwischen
+12 - + 25 ° C und die Relativfeuchtigkeit nicht mehr als 60% sein sollte. Das Produkt
sollte keiner Sonnenstrahlung ausgesetzt werden und der Abstand zu den nächsten
Heizgeräten muss mindestens zwei Meter betragen. Die Vitrine sollte nicht in den Weg der
Belüftung, einschließlich von Klimaanlagen installiert werden.
5.4. Die Vitrine sollte gemäß den aktuellen "Regeln für die Installation von
elektrischen Anlagen", "Technischen Betriebsbestimmungen der Stromlieferungsanlagen
der Verbraucher" und anderen normativen und technischen Dokumenten an das 220V,
50Hz Netz angeschlossen werden. Die Steckdose zum Anschluss der Vitrine muss einen
Erdungskontakt haben. An der Linie vom Anschluß der Spannung benutzt man die Leitung
mit Querschnitt nicht weniger als 1,5 mm2, muss die Linie gegen Stromüberlastung
geschützt werden. Bevor das Produkt in Betrieb genommen wird, muss es für mindestens
vier Stunden bei einer Temperatur von mindestens 18 ° C gehalten werden. Nach dem
Einschalten der Vitrine vergewissern Sie sich, dass keine fremden Geräusche vorhanden
sind - das Vorhandensein der Störgeräusche weist auf eine Störung im Betriebsmodus des
Produkts hin.
Achtung! Bei dem elektrischen Anschluss des Erzeugnisses sollte die Polarität des
Neutralleiters N und des
Leiters L eingehalten werden.

5.5. Das Laden des gekühlten Volumens erfolgt nach dem Start der Anlage und wenn
das Produkt die gewünschte Temperatur im Nutzvolumen erreicht. Die Höhe der
Auslegung von Produkten beträgt nicht mehr als 50 mm.
ACHTUNG! Die Glasfläche kann für das Auslegen von Lebensmitteln verwendet
werden, die keine Kühlung erfordern.
Die Temperaturregelung im Nutzvolumen der Vitrine erfolgt mittels der Einstellung
des Temperaturreglers.
5.6. Es wird nicht empfohlen, den Thermostat in die Position "Maximum"
einzustellen, um eine ununterbrochene Funktion des Aggregaten und das Beschlagen der
Glasflächen vorzubeugen. Ein vorübergehender Beschlag an den Glasflächen kann durch
den Betrieb der Vitrine unter Bedingungen, die nicht den Anforderungen entsprechen, die
im Abschnitt 1 des vorliegenden Passes angegeben sind (Ziffern 1.1, 1.2), hervorgerufen
werden, was kein Merkmal für fehlerhafte Funktion des Erzeugnisses darstellt. Im Falle der
übermäßigen Eisbelagbildung auf dem Verdunstungskörper, hervorgerufen durch erhöhte
Luftfeuchtigkeit, oder nicht entsprechenden Betrieb (übermäßige Füllung mit feuchten
Lebensmitteln) sollte man die Vitrine enteisen, indem sie vom Stromnetz getrennt wird, bis
sie vollständig enteist ist.
5.7. Das Waschen und Reinigen der Vitrine muss während der sanitären Tage
durchgeführt werden, deren Häufigkeit in den aktuellen Zulassungsdokumenten geregelt ist.
Dafür ist es notwendig:
-die Vitrine vom Netzwerk zu trennen,
-sorgfältig alle Oberflächen der Vitrine zu reinigen, auf der die Produkte gelegt
wurden, indem man Reinigungsmittel verwendet, die keine Abrasion enthalten,
-nach dem Trocken der Vitrine sie einzuschalten,
-auf die Vitrine vorgekühlte Lebensmittel zu legen, wenn die Temperatur des
Verdunstungskörpers erreicht ist.
5.8. Im Zeitraum zwischen Wartung und Reparatur von den Mitarbeitern des
Unternehmens, in dem das Produkt installiert ist, werden folgende Arbeiten durchgeführt:
a) Besichtigung des Zustands vom Produkt, seines richtigen Ladens, des
Kondensatabführungssystems;
b) visuelle Besichtigung des Maschinenraums, in der die Leitungsdichtigkeit überprüft
wird - das Auftreten von Ölspuren in lösbaren Verbindungen weist auf Kältemittelaustritt
hin; c) tägliche Reinigung und Abwischen des Produkts nach der Arbeit;
d) visuelle Kontrolle der Temperatur des Nutzvolumens;
e) periodische Reinigung mindestens einmal alle zwei Monate von Staub und
Schmutz.
5.9. Die Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten sollten nur von spezialisierten Reparatur-
und Installationsunternehmen durchgeführt werden, die zur Ausführung dieser Arbeiten
berechtigt sind. Während der Wartungsarbeit ist es notwendig:
-die Leitungsdichtheit zu überprüfen,
-die Passeigenschaften der Vitrine zu überprüfen,
-bei Bedarf die Anpassung der Betriebsparameter der Vitrine vorzunehmen,
-die Festigkeit der Gewindeverbindungen zu überprüfen,
-den Kondensator des Kühlaggregats zu reinigen,

-den Zustand der Schutzerdung zu überprüfen, den Übergangswiderstand zu
messen - er sollte nicht mehr als 0,1 Ohm betragen .
5.10. Der Transport des Produkts ist mit allen Transportmitteln möglich mit
Ausnahme vom Luftverkehr, nach den Regeln für die Güterbeförderung, die für diesen
Transportmittel gültig sind. Die Bewegunsgeschwindigkeit vom Straßenverkehr beim
Transport des Produkts ist nicht mehr als 60 km / h. Transport- und Lagerbedingungen -
nach der Gruppe von Lagerbedingungen 4 GOST 15150-69 und Temperatur nicht weniger
als minus 35 ° С. Die Gruppe der Lagerbedingungen 4 nach GOST 15150-69 sind

6. ABNAHME-, KONSERVIERUNGS- UND PACKUNGSBESCHEINIGUNG
Das Produkt entspricht den technischen bedingungen und wird als verwendbar
angesehen.
Beschauzeichen 7. HERSTELLERGARANTIE
7.1. Die Garantiezeit der Vitrine beträgt 12 Monate, wenn der Verbraucher die
Transport-, Lager- und Betriebsbedingungen des Produkts beachtet. Die Garantiezeit
beginnt ab Datum der Inbetriebnahme des Produkts, jedoch nicht später als 6 Monate ab
Herstellungsdatum.
7.2. Während der Garantiezeit garantiert der Herstellerbetrieb die Beseitigung der
festgestellten Mängel und den Ersatz der ausgefallenen Komponenten.
7.3. Die Garantie für das Produkt beinhaltet keine Wartung des Geräts während der
Garantiezeit.
7.4. Während der Garantiezeit werden keine Ansprüche akzeptiert, wenn:
-die Installations- und Betriebsvorschriften nach Anforderungen des Passes nicht
erfüllt werden,
-es keine monatliche Wartung der Ausrüstung von Organisation oder Personen
gibt, die zur Ausführung der entsprechenden Arbeiten berechtigt sind.
-in das Erzeugnis ohne die Vereinbarung mit dem Herstellerbetrieb zusätzliche
Bestandteile eingebaut wurden.
-Teile und Komponenten aufgrund von Fehlern während der Installation und des
Betriebs beschädigt sind.

1.1. Jahutatud laua HURAKAN mõeldud lühiajalist ladustamist, tutvustamise ja müügi ning
kaubandus-ja toitlustusettevõtetes, eelnevalt jahutatud temperatuurini jahutatud toodete hulk.
Näita tooteid Paagi suurus h176x40mm 325 gastronoomiline (valik tüüp GN 1/3) pakub
optimaalse temperatuuri režiim.

5.3. Toodet tuleb kasutada siseruumides, mille temperatuur peab olema vahemikus +

1. PRODUCT GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1. Desktop refrigerating showcase HURAKAN is intended for short-term storage,
demonstration and selling of precooled to refrigerating volumes required for products in
trading and catering facilities. Product arrangement into deli boxes sized 325х176x40 mm
(optionally; standard size GN 1/3) ensure optimum temperature mode.
1.2. The Products is designed for operation in premises within the temperature range +12 -
+25°С and relative humidity of 60% or below.
1.3. Assembly, commissioning, maintenance and repair shall be carried out only by specialized
repair-assembly facilities entitled to conduct such activities.
According to results of assembly and commissioning the Act of putting into operation shall be
prepared (for a sample of the Act, refer to Annex 1) in three copies.
The owner keeps the first copy of the Act, the second copy is archived by the commissioning
organization, the third copy shall be sent to the manufacturing plant to register for further
warranty. Otherwise the manufacturing plant shall not bear the product warranty liabilities.
1.4. The manufacturing plant reserves its right to make insignificant changes to the Product that
are not described in this Appliance certificate.

4. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
4.1. Before connecting the showcase to the circuit of ~220 V, install before the
receptacle an automatic circuit breaker for 6.3 A.
4.2. The showcase shall be connected to the grid with a grounding conductor.
Grounding shall be checked from time to time pursuant to Operational regulations for
customers' electrical equipment.
4.3. Upon commissioning the Product and later, at least once a year, make routine
inspection including the following actions:
- inspection of all protective devices and automatic nodes;
- qualification inspection of all electric wirings and feeder cable;
- qualification inspection of the connection of grounding conductors to the Product;
- meggering of the feeder cable;
- inspection of resistance between the casing of the product and nearby grounded
equipment;
- Inspection data shall be put into the preventative maintenance file (Annex 3).
4.4. THE FOLLOWING SHALL NEVER BE DONE:
- Product operation in case of damaged wire insulation and failure of the ground
wire
- Product operation without grounding
- Long-term operation of the product in extreme conditions at the temperature of
above 25°С or below 12°С
- Application of sharp objects to eliminate snow cover from the refrigerant
evaporator box
- Operation of the product whose glass screens are damaged and have sharp edges;
- Operation of the product with the supply grid with the voltage other than 220 V
(+10-15)%
- Release of fluorocarbon refrigerant from the Product to the atmosphere.
4.5. Maintenance, adjustment, troubleshooting, and sanitary treatment of the product
shall be done with the latter disconnected from the mains.
4.6. If any showings of abnormal operation of the Product occur, if fluorocarbon
refrigerant leakage is detected, switch the showcase off the power supply and call for a
technician. 5. ASSEMBLY AND HANDLING

5.1. Package shall be removed with care as the product has glass components. When
being unpacked, the showcase shall be positioned horizontally, with the maximum
inclination angle to not exceed 15°. When unpacking it, one shall make sure the product has
all of its components in line with section 3 hereof and that the showcase itself and all of its
components are in sound condition. The entire showcase and its components shall be
cleaned before installation.
5.2. Showcase installation location shall ensure proper access to the product at least
from two sides.
5.3. The product shall be operated in a room with the temperature in the range of +12 -
+25°С and the relative humidity of maximum 60%. The product shall not be exposed to
direct sunlight, Distance to the nearest heating appliances shall be at least two meters. The
showcase shall not be installed on a way of air ventilating streams, including from
conditioners.
5.4. The showcase shall be connected to 220 V 50 Hz mains in line with the applicable
Electrical Installations Code, Regulations for Operation of Consumer Electrical
Installations, and other regulations. Receptacle for connection of the showcase shall have a
ground contact. Voltage supply line shall utilize wires with the section of at least 1.5 mm2.
It shall have overcurrent protection. Before the product is switched on, it shall be kept at the
temperature of minimum 18°С for at least four hours. After the showcase is switched on,
one shall make sure it does not produce any foreign noise. The latter may be the evidence
of the product malfunction.
Attention! N neutral and L phase polarity shall be complied with when the product is
connected to
the mains.
5.5. Items to be cooled shall be loaded into the product after it is powered on and
when the required temperature in the effective volume of the product is achieved. Food
presentation height shall be maximum 50 mm.
ATTENTION! Glass shelf shall only be used for presentation of food items that
do not require cooling.
Temperature in the effective volume of the showcase can be adjusted with the
temperature controller.
5.6. It is not recommended to set the thermostat to the MAX position to avoid
continuous operation of the unit and glass fogging. Temporary fogging of glass may be
caused by the showcase operation in the conditions that do not comply with the
requirements specified in section 1 hereof (see clause 1.1, 1.2), which does not mean the
product malfunctions. In case of excessive build-up of snow cover on the evaporator box
due to increased air humidity or improper operation (overloading with moist products), the
showcase shall be defrosted by disconnecting it from the mains until it is completely
defrosted.

5.7. The showcase shall be washed and cleaned during sanitary days. Frequency
thereof shall be governed by the applicable regulations. To do this, the following actions
shall be taken:
-disconnect the showcase from the mains
-carefully clean all showcase surfaces where the food items used to be with non-
abrasive detergents
-power on the showcase after it dries out
-when the temperature of +5°С is achieved in the evaporator box, load precooled
food items to the showcase.
5.8. The following works shall be done by the employees of the company that uses the
product during the periods between maintenance and repair activities:
a) monitoring of the product condition, its proper loading, and the condensate
withdrawal system
b) visual inspection of the motor unit: the pipelines shall be check for any loss of
tightness: oil spots in the dismountable connection indicate a fluorocarbon refrigerant leak
c) daily cleaning and wiping of the product after its operation period is complete
d) visual control of the effective volume temperature
e) periodic (at least once every month) cleaning of the condenser to remove any dust
and dirt.
5.9. Maintenance and repair of the products shall be carried out only by specialized
repair-assembly facilities entitled to conduct such activities. The following shall be done
during maintenance activities:
-tightness of the pipelines shall be checked
-passport features of the showcase shall be checked
-if required, adjust the showcase features
-proper tightening of the threaded connections shall be checked
-cooling unit condenser shall be cleaned
-condition of the grounding shall be checked; transition resistance shall be
measures: it shall be maximum 0.1 Ohm
5.10. The product may be transported with any means of transportation except for
airborne ones in line with the cargo transportation regulations applicable to the respective
type of transport. The vehicle speed transporting the Product shall not exceed 60 km/h.
Transportation and storage conditions shall follow storage condition group 4 under GOST
15150-69, with the temperature to be minus 35 °С as a minimum. Storage condition group
4 under GOST 15150-69 means any sheds or rooms where the temperature and humidity
fluctuations insignificantly differ from those in the open air.
Showcases may be stacked in three layers.
5.11. Only the persons taken the instructions on safety precautions and provided with
the handling rules for the Product can use the Product.
6. ACCEPTANCE, CONSERVATION AND PACKAGE CERTIFICATE
The product complies with the technical specifications and has been found ready for
operation.

7. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

7.1. Guaranteed service life of the product amounts to 12 months provided that its user
complies with the product transportation, storage, and operation conditions. Warranty
period commences from the date of the product commissioning, but not later than 6 months
from the date of manufacture.
7.2. During the warranty period, the manufacturer guarantees that it will eliminate any
defect found and replace any failed component.
7.3. Product warranty does not include maintenance of the equipment within the
warranty period.
7.4. No claims shall be accepted during the warranty period if:
-The rules of installation and operation contained herein are ignored.
-The product is not maintained on a monthly basis by companies or individuals
entitled to perform respective work,
-Any extra components have been integrated into the product without prior
approval of the manufacturer.
-Product components and units are damaged due to installation and operation

1. INFORMACIÓN GENERAL SOBRE EL ARTÍCULO
1.1. La vitrina refrigeradora de mesa HURAKAN está diseñada para el almacenamiento de
corta duración, la demostración y venta en las empresas de comercio y gastronomía de
productos preenfriados hasta la temperatura del volumen refrigerado. La colocación de
productos en recipientes gastronómicos con dimensiones de 325x176x40 mm (opción, tamaño
estándar GN 1/3) proporciona el régimen de temperatura óptimo.
1.2. El producto está diseñado para trabajar en interiores a una temperatura ambiente de +12 a
+ 25 C y una humedad relativa de no más del 60%.
1.3. El montaje, la puesta en marcha, el mantenimiento técnico y la reparación se llevan a cabo
únicamente por empresas especializadas en reparación y montaje autorizadas para realizar
dichos trabajos.
En base a los resultados de los trabajos de montaje y puesta en marcha, se elabora un "Acta de
puesta en marcha" (la muestra del acta se indica en el Anexo 1) en tres copias.
El propietario se queda con la primera copia del acta, la segunda copia se guarda en la
organización que realizó el trabajo de puesta en marcha, la tercera copia debe enviarse al
fabricante para inscribirla en el registro de garantía. De lo contrario, el fabricante no responde
por las obligaciones de garantía.
1.4. El fabricante se reserva el derecho de realizar pequeños cambios de diseño en el artículo
que no estén reflejados en esta ficha.

4. INDICACIONES DE MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD
4.1. Antes de conectar la vitrina refrigeradora a la red eléctrica de ~220 V, instalar un
disyuntor de 6.3 A delante de la toma de corriente.
4.2. La vitrina debe estar conectada a una red eléctrica con un conductor de tierra. El
buen estado de la puesta a tierra debe verificarse periódicamente de acuerdo con las "Reglas
para el funcionamiento técnico de las instalaciones eléctricas de los consumidores".
4.3. Al poner en marcha el Artículo y luego, al menos una vez al año, realizar un
examen preventivo,que incluye la ejecución de los siguientes trabajos:
- inspección de todos los dispositivos de protección y automatización;
- verificar la confiabilidad de todas las conexiones eléctricas y el cable de entrada;
- verificar la confiabilidad de la conexión de los conductores de tierra al artículo;
- verificar la resistencia del aislamiento del cable que conduce al artículo;
- verificar la magnitud de la corriente de escape entre el cuerpo del artículo y el
equipo de tierra cercano;
- los datos de la inspección deben ser anotados en el libro de inspecciones
preventivas (Anexo 3).
4.4. ESTÁ PROHIBIDO:
- usar el artículo con el aislamiento de los cables eléctricos dañado y rotura del cable
de tierra;
- usar el artículo sin conexión a tierra;
- uso prolongado del artículo en condiciones extremas a temperaturas superiores a
25°C o inferiores a 12°C;
- usar objetos afilados para quitar las "capas" de nieve de la caja del evaporador;
- uso del artículo cuyas vallas de vidrio protectoras están dañadas y tienen bordes
afilados;
- uso del artículo con una tensión de red alimentadora que sea distinta de 220 V
(+10-15)%;
- exponer el refrigerante del articulo a la atmósfera.

4.5. El trabajo de mantenimiento técnico, ajuste, eliminación de deficiencias y
desinfección deben realizarse con el artículo desconectado de la red eléctrica.
4.6. Si hay signos de algún funcionamiento deficiente del artículo, si se detecta fuga
del refrigerante, es necesario desconectar la vitrina de la red eléctrica y llamar a un
mecánico. 5. PROCEDIMIENTO DE INSTALACIÓN Y MANEJO DEL ARTÍCULO
5.1. Retirar el embalaje con extremo cuidado, ya que hay partes de vidrio en el interior
del artículo. Durante el proceso de desembalaje, la vitrina debe estar colocada en una
posición horizontal, el ángulo máximo de inclinación no debe exceder los 15°. Al
desempacar, es necesario verificar la integridad del artículo de acuerdo con la sección 3 de
la presente ficha y verificar la integridad de todos los componentes y de la vitrina en
general. Antes de la instalación, se debe limpiar toda la vitrina y sus componentes.
5.2. El lugar para colocar la vitrina debe garantizar la posibilidad de acercarse al
artículo como mínimo por los dos lados.
5.3. El artículo debe ser usado en interiores, la temperatura debe estar dentro de +12 -
+ 25°C, y la humedad relativa de no más de 60%. El artículo no debe exponerse a la
radiación solar, y la distancia a los dispositivos de calefacción más cercanos debe ser de al
menos dos metros. La vitrina no se debe ser instalada en los flujos de aire de la ventilación,
incluso de los aires acondicionados.
5.4. La vitrina debe estar conectada a la red de 220V, 50Hz de acuerdo con las
"Reglas de instalación de instalaciones eléctricas" vigentes, "Reglas para la operación
técnica de las instalaciones eléctricas de los consumidores" y otros documentos normativos
y técnicos. El enchufe para conectar la vitrina debe tener un contacto de conexión a tierra.
En la línea de alimentación, utilizar cables con una sección transversal de al menos 1,5
mm2, la línea debe estar protegida contra las sobrecargas de corriente. Antes de poner el
artículo en funcionamiento, este debe mantenerse a una temperatura de al menos 18°C
durante al menos cuatro horas. Después de encender la vitrina, asegúrese de que no haya
ruido externo: su presencia indica la deficiencia del modo de operación del artículo.
¡Atención! Cuando el artículo está encendido, se debe tener en cuenta la polaridad del
neutral N y
fase L.
5.5. La carga del volumen refrigerado de la vitrina se realiza después de la puesta en
marcha de la unidad y cuando el artículo alcanza la temperatura deseada en el volumen útil.
La altura de la colocación de los productos no debe ser más de 50 mm.
¡ATENCIÓN! Utilizar el estante de vidrio para colocar productos que no
requieren enfriamiento.
El ajuste de la temperatura en el volumen útil de la vitrina se realiza ajustando el
regulador de temperatura.
