COMPOSITION
ActiveSelf is a servery system consisting of
modular units designed to meet the servery
requirements of both profit and cost sector
catering outlets. The careful choice of materials
and components and the design solutions
adopted, guarantee that the range is the best of
its kind for strength and reliability. Its modern
design may be further enhanced by the placing of
panels with beech-wood finishing, or by special
panels which can be painted in a colour of the
users choice, over the stainless steel panels. All
the refrigerated units of the new ActiveSelf are
ACTIVE because they feature an integrated
system that in case one of the temperature
probes breaks, the appliance continues to work,
guaranteeing the perfect food conservation
temperature. The refrigerated display units with
well on bridge are ideal for the display and
distribution of foods and cold drinks that require
conservation at low temperatures.The range
consists of 2 models on refrigerated cupboards
with 3 or 4 GN container capacity.

base in 304 AISI stainless steel
� Refrigerated well in 304 Stainless
Steel with rounded corners,
thermostatically controlled. 3 probes:
probe in the condenser, probe in the
evaporator, probe in the display
� Refrigerated well thermostatically
controlled
� Recessed control panel featuring
easy-to-read controls that can not be
damaged by cleaning. The ACTIVE
controls include the main ON/OFF
button, the Alarm Service button, the
HACCP button to monitor and record
all the critical events, 2 buttons to
increase and decrease temperature,
the temperature display, a
thermostat, a manual defrost button
and an automatic defrost
� 304 AISI stainless steel feet,
adjustable in height.
� Bridge-type units can accomodate
suitably-sized trolleys. Lower
compartment dimensions are

� FAS cooling system (Forced Air
System): the flow of air in the
refrigerated display cabinets is never
directly towards the food; the air is
made to circulate above the shelves,
always keeping the food fresh and
preserving it from the normal drying
process.
� Conservation temperatures when
the display is closed can be set
between +2 +10° C.
� At an ambient temperature of
25°C, the display ensures that food
maintains an average core
temperature, which does not exceed
+8°C, for 1 hour. For higher
ambient temperature or longer
distribution time it is necessary to
install a special kit with flaps.
� Open display with curtain
included. Max storage temperature
at 25°C is +4°C with closed curtains.
� Display with easy removable
shelves in tempered glass all with
lights as standard.
� A wide range of accessories is
available to make the ActiveSelf
flexible and suitable for all servery
requirements.
� All models comply with the
standards required by the main
international approval bodies and
are H marked.
� CFC and HCFC free.
