TROUBLESHOOTING YOUR HEADSET
Mobile phone or device can’t find headset >
>>> Solutions:
• Confirm if the headset is turned on. (Whether the LED indicator light is on
or Red and Blue lights are flashing).
• If the headset is turned on but it still can’t be found, please restart your
phone/device and the headset.
After reconnecting the headset with your phone/device,
there is always static, noise or it disconnects >
>>> Solutions:
The wireless headset’s battery is low, charge the headset.
Bluetooth’s radio frequency is blocked by water, and the human body is made
up of mostly water. If you keep your phone in your left pocket it is possible,
that the connection may be weak. This can cause some interference issues.
Trying holding your phone in your hand or placing it in your right pocket. If
you wear an armband, try placing it on your right arm.

MORE TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION
Max distance between headset and Bluetooth device >
The max distance between headset and device is 10 meters in clear line of
sight. If you exceed the max distance, or if too many things are blocking the
clear line of sight, the signal may fade and cause other connectivity issues.
The red light is not on while charging >
The headset has been idle for a long time and has not been used.
Charge the headset for about 30 minutes, then the red light should light up.
*** Note: Overcharging headset or prolonged exposure to high temperature
will reduce the capacity and life of the headset battery. Be mindful of leaving
the headset exposed to the sun, in your car or by a window. When not in use
keep your headset in the provided case for battery longevity.
Restore Factory Settings >
Hold the MFB for 3 seconds while charging, until the red and blue lights flash
three times to restore factory settings.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR HEADSET FOR THE PERFECT FIT
Accessories in the headset box >
In addition to the USB charging cord there are a selection of ear bud sizes and
a plastic toggle for the headset connecting wire.
If your ear buds are uncomfortable you may need to choose a smaller ear bud
size. If they slip out of place during use or exercise, a larger ear bud may be
the right fit for you.
Changing the ear bud for your comfort >
Pull off the rubber ear bud to be replaced. Snap on the new ear bud. Apply
gentle pressure and the ear bud will pop over the in ear speaker.
Applying the cord toggle >
The cord toggle simply takes up any slack in the cord for a more comfortable
experience. Pinch a small loop in your headset cord. Push the flat part of one
side of this loop through the toggle, then the other side. In each case twist the
cord in the toggle opening to secure. You should now have an adjustable loop.
While wearing the headset slide the toggle closer or further from your neck to
take up any slack in the cord.
