IMPORTANT CUSTOMER INFORMATION
To minimise twisting and warping all Hutton garden furniture products should only be used on firm level ground.
Softwood is a natural material which can twist and split during periods of wet/dry, hot/cold weather. If cracks do appear, it is a
natural occurrence and not a fault with the product or material. The best way to treat this is to use a cloth and rub a little PVA
wood glue into the crack and once dry sand the area lightly. This will not affect the treatment of the product.
Assembly Instructions
BA-Buxton Arbour
1. Attach one side panel to the back panel using three 70mm
screws.(Making sure the panel frame is on the inside as
shown in the photograph).
2. Repeat for the other side.
3. Attach each square frame (storage box sides) to the side
panels at the bottom. Screwing them from the inside of the
square frame into the side panels using two 70mm screws at
each side.
4. Fix the front of the storage box to the square side frames
using four 70mm screws
5. Slot the base into place.

When assembling, loosely fix together until fully assembled then tighten all the bolts.

6. Place the storage box lid (hinged section) onto
the box frame and fix down with two 80mm screws
through the pilot holes at each end.
7. Join the two roof sections together using four
80mm screws, ensuring the joint is as tight as possible,
in the same way as the centre rail is fixed.
8. Fix the roof to the posts using four 70mm
screws.
9. Finally screw the four fascia
pieces into place by using 60mm screws into each
piece. Use two screws at
