This machine must be pr tected fr m c nditi ns
which may damage the pump, tank, h ses and ther c mp nents.
•Freezing f water in this machine will cause seri us damage. The MX200H, solution hoses, and tools
ust be protected fro freezing te perature. Store, transport, and use this equip ent only in te peratures
well above freezing. (32ºF or 0ºC). If you suspect the MX200H has been frozen, do not plug in or turn on
achine until you are sure it has thawed co pletely.
•If the equip ent cannot be stored or transported in a war environ ent, it can be guarded fro freezing by
running an anti-freeze solution through the inco ing water lines, che ical feed syste , solution pu p, solution
lines, tools and pu p-out pu p. The achine is filled at the factory with anti-freeze to eli inate da age during
ship ent in cold weather.
oThe anti-freeze solution ust be co pletely flushed fro the achine before it is returned to service.
•The MX200H ust not be used to pick up fla able or co bustible aterials or used in areas where these
aterials ay be present.
•Solvent-based or water-based solutions containing solvents ay da age the pu p, hoses, and other
co ponents. Do not assu e che ical co patibility. Contact your distributor or Hydro-Force if you have
questions regarding the co patibility of your che icals with the achine.
•Do not clean with solutions that are at te peratures above 130ºF.
•Rinse the solution tank, che ical syste , and pu p with fresh water after each day’s use.
•Do not allow pu p to run dry. Always aintain adequate solution level to supply solution pu p.
•HP hoses ay rupture if worn or da aged. Do not use HP solution hoses if hose covering is cut, bulging, or
otherwise da aged. Exa ine HP solution hoses daily and replace or repair hoses as needed.
•Use a Hydro-Filter II and clean the recovery tank daily to keep pu p-out filter and pu p fro beco ing
clogged. Store the MX200H with the recovery tank lid open.
•Keep Vacuu Inlet Filter clean and check float for proper operation. Do not operate the MX200H without the
Vacuu Inlet Filter in place. Use def amer t eliminate f am build-up during cleaning and prevent
f am/m isture fr m entering vacuums.
Use c mm n sense t pr tect y urself and thers while using this equipment.
•Keep pets and children away fro the achine when in use.
•Keep all body parts, hair, and loose clothing away fro openings and oving parts. Always wear appropriate
work clothing and safety equip ent when operating unit.
•Use extra care when cleaning on stairs. Wet carpet on stairs can be slippery.
•Do not ove the MX200H up or down stairs when tanks are full of water. Drain solution and recovery tanks,
and secure base latches before oving unit up or down stairs. Lift using only the achine handles designed &
designated for oving and lifting.
•Water ay be spilled, drip, or be exhausted fro vacuu s during operation. Place unit in area where water will
not cause da age or use drop cloth to protect surfaces.
