This system requires Distilled Water to operate which is not included.
This item is available in most grocery stores. Reverse osmosis water,
tap water, bottled water or any other kind of water will not work.

Perform a visual inspection of the machine. Look for any damage that may have
occurred during shipping. Contact us if there is any damage to the machine or to
any of the accessories. Our contact information is at the end of this document.

Open up the water tank lid and take out the cap by turning it counter clockwise,
as shown below:

Fill up the Water Tank with distilled water. Be careful not to overflow the tank. Pay
attention to the water level indicator. Fill up to just below the full line. As shown:

Put the cap back in place. Make sure to turn it clockwise to fix it in place. Close the
water tank lid, as shown below:

Attach power cord and plug it in to a wall outlet

Open up both oxygen and hydrogen ports, as shown below:
Note
You must open both ports even if you only plan on using one of them.

Flip the power switch on the back of your machine to the “on” position.

Press the On/Off button to turn the machine on. You’ll hear a welcome message.

Set up your desired operation time by pressing the buttons shown below:

To start the production of Hydrogen and Oxygen press the play button:

You’ll hear a confirmation message and you will also see the Work green LED turn on.

Feel free to pause the operation at any time by pressing the play button:

Press the “Sleep” button to dim the screen and the machine’s internal lights. You may use this
function when using your H2Pro300/600 machine in dark environments or when sleeping.

Using your H2Pro 300/600 machine to inhale Hydrogen

Insert the cannula into the Hydrogen outlet port on the side of the machine, as shown:

Check for water inside the water trap. To pour the water inside simply open it up from the
center, as shown:

Plug in one hose to the Oxygen outlet port on the left of the machine. Plug in the
remaining clear plastic hose into the Hydrogen outlet port on the right side
of the machine.

Insert the cannula into the “T” splitter, as shown:

Connect together both clear plastic hoses to the “T” splitter, as shown:

Drop your stone diffuser into a glass with drinking water.

Insert the stone diffuser into the Hydrogen outlet port on the side of the machine,
as shown:
Using your H2Pro300/600 Machine to make Hydrogen Water
Note
Only use your stone diffuser plugged in directly to the Hydrogen outlet port. Using your stone
diffuser with Oxygen and Hydrogen will greatly reduce the amount of Hydrogen that the water
can absorb.

Please wait before drinking your Hydrogen water. It may take up to
30 minutes to fully charge 1 liter of water with Hydrogen.

Troubleshooting 13
I’m not sure my machine is producing any gas
- You may submerge your nasal cannula or stone diffuser into a glass
with water to check for any malfunctioning. If you see gas coming out of
the canula your machine is working as intended.
The confirmation voice is too loud
Solution:
- Press the “Sleep button”. Without releasing the “Sleep” button press
the “Negative sign” button to reduce the voice volume.
The confirmation voice is too quiet
Solution:
- Press the “Sleep button”. Without releasing the “Sleep” button press
the “Plus sign” button to increase the voice volume
There’s a red light on inside the machine and an
error code on the screen
Possible cause:
-Your machine might be tilted. Make sure it sits flat and that you’re
placing it on a flat surface. Once you do so your machine will turn off.
Turn it on by pressing the On/Off button.
Note
You may mute the confirmation voice completely by repeating the instructions above until
you don’t hear any voice at all

Take your H2Pro300/600 machine and place it near a sink or bucket.

Pull the drain fitting out and plug it into the gray plastic hose, as shown:
Perform the following once a month

Take the lid off the bottom part of the back of the machine, as shown:

Plug in the drain fitting into the drain port.
Note
Water will start flowing as soon as the drain fitting is plugged into the drain port.

Press down on the silver part of the drain port to release the drain fitting.
Perform the following once a month

Detach the gray hose from the drain fitting and put it back in place.
Finish up by closing the lid.

Warranty 16
Thanks for purchasing our products at Hydrogen for Health operated
by Dell Property LLC.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within
60 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same
condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. You will be
charged a 3% restocking fee. This fee pays for our selling fees that are
not refunded to use upon your refund.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and
process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original
payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card
payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on
your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return
after 60 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. You will be charged a
shipping fee equal to the amount of the cost to originally ship the
product to you.

the Products. Please follow all instructions and use the Products only as directed.
Assumption of the Risk: By buying, using, participating in the use of Hydrogen4Health Products, you understand and agree
that ingesting hydrogen can be a high risk activity and, to the extent permitted by law, YOU EXPRESSLY AND
VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE PARTICIPATING
IN SUCH USE WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER FAULT OF HYDROGEN4HEALTH
including but not limited to equipment malfunction from whatever cause, or any other fault of Hydrogen4Health. Additionally,
you agree to indemnify, defend, release and hold Hydrogen4Health harmless from any third party claims arising from such
high risk activities or use of any other Hydrogen4Health Product.
Limited Replacement Warranty: Hydrogen4Health warrants to the original purchaser that the Products are free from defects
in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to
obvious abuse, neglect, misuse or installation. Hydrogen4Health sole liability is limited to repairing or replacing products
that are returned within this 1 year period, subject to the terms of our Return Policy.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: THE ABOVE STATED WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A

damages that result from the use of any Products. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability of
special or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to your purchase, but it is intended to
be the maximum limitation as permitted by law.
Warning: Use and misuse of Hydrogen4Health Products, sold through Hydrogen4Health’s website or otherwise, involves
serious risks including injury, disability and death. Purchasers, users and participants assume all risk of injury.
Hydrogen4Health cannot and will not be responsible for the misuse or unauthorized and improper use of Hydrogen4Health
Products. Hydrogen4Health’s Products are intended for use only in connection with the corresponding Hydrogen4Health
video. Use of the Products is for personal and domestic use only. Hydrogen4Health Products are not intended for use by
children. Anyone under the age of 18, may use the product only under full supervision and care of their parent or guardian
who purchased the product.
Products sold through Hydrogen4Health are not medical devices and are considered experimental.
Inspect Before Each Use: This product must be inspected for use to ensure it has not been damaged in shipment.
If damaged, do not use and immediately return the product to Hydrogen4Health for a replacement.
Applicable Law and Resolution of Disputes: Your order from Hydrogen4Health shall be interpreted and construed in
accordance with laws of the State of Utah without regard to its choice of law principles. You agree that any dispute or claim
arising out of or in connection with your order or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or
claims), shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah and for this purpose you
hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.Any cause of action or claim you may have with
respect to the purchase of Hydrogen4Health products or any other claim related to the use of products must be commenced
within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Hydrogen4Health’s failure to enforce strict performance of any
provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of
conduct nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions.
Shipping Policy
We are not responsible both domestically and internationally if your order is stolen from your property delivery address. We
can not collect from Insurance if it is confirmed to have been delivered by the Postal Service and stolen from your Mail box
or property. We can only respond if the parcel is confirmed to never have been delivered by the Postal Service and deemed
lost and therefore never successfully delivered. You are responsible for the security and safe delivery by the Postal Service.
We consider our obligation fulfilled and completed once the Postal Authority has given us delivery confirmation to the
specified address you put in your order. Your only recourse is to contact your local Postal Authority and discuss your
situation with them.
