The HYLA GST ltration system is based on the fascinating natural phenomenon – geyser. The air
and dust entering the HYLA water pan create an upward stream of water – the HYLA geyser. This
effect is assuring optimised ltration by creating a mixture of water droplets and dust particles at
the separator.
Only the high-quality materials we use and our meticulous production methods (certied by ISO
9001) will guarantee the life span and reliability of our product.

The HYLA GST Cleaning System aspirates and cleans the air by means of water-based ltration.
Applications:
•Air cleaning and deodorizing
•Usual domestic dry vacuuming

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read all instructions before using the HYLA GST Cleaning System.
WARNINGS
When using any electrical appliance, certain basic precautions should always be
followed. To reduce the risk of re, electric shock or injury:
• Do not leave any electric appliance when plugged in. Always unplug appliance
from outlet when not in use and before cleaning or servicing it in any way.
• Use indoors only.
• Use only as described in this manual. Use only the manufacturer’s recommended
attachments.
• Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If your HYLA is not working as it should,
has been dropped, left outdoors or dropped into water, please return it to a
service centre.
• Do not pull or carry by cord, or use the cord as a handle, close the door on the
cord or pull the cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not run appliance over
the cord. Keep cord away from heated rooms.
• Do not unplug by pulling on the cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
• Do not handle plug or cord with wet hands.
• Keep hair, loose clothing, ngers and all parts of the body away from openings
and moving parts.
• Turn off all controls before unplugging the appliance.
• Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
• Do not use to pick up ammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or
use in areas where they may be present.
• This appliance is provided with double insulation. Use only identical replacement parts.
• Do not use without water as lter in the water pan.
• Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches
or hot ashes.
• Do not use the Electro Nozzle outdoors or on wet surfaces.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly qualied persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• Always turn off the appliance before connecting or disconnecting the Electro Nozzle.
• This unit is intended for attended operation only.
Caution: the Electro Hose contains electrical connections:
• Do not use to suck up water.
• Do not immerse in water for cleaning.
• The Electro Hose should be checked regularly and must not be used if damaged.
Caution: Risk of explosion if remote control unit battery is replaced by an incorrect
type. Dispose of used batteries according to instructions.

Please always turn off the main switch of the HYLA System before connecting
or disconnecting the Electro Nozzle. The Electro Nozzle power cord should
be connected to the exible electro hose outlet on the handle, and the
electro exible hose is then connected to the motor unit. The main switch
will turn on the Electro Nozzle. To activate the Electro Nozzle, release from
its parking upright locked position by pressing the button located to the left of
the swivel neck. You will notice a green light indicating operation. You can also use the remote
control
unit to switch on/off the Electro Nozzle and the HYLA.
Maintenance:
• Disconnect power from the Electro Nozzle.
• Textile bers can be removed from the brush by cutting them and vacuuming.
WARNING:
Never use the Electro Nozzle outdoors or on wet surfaces. If the Electro Nozzle is overloaded,
the built-in protection turns off the Nozzle and the red light indicator warning may come on. In
this case do not touch the brush roller. Disconnect the power from the Electro Nozzle and clear
any objects blocking the roller. The Electro Nozzle will operate when re-powered. Make sure body
parts and any loose clothing are well clear of rotating parts.

A crevice tool is integrated.

The All-purpose Brush can be used for hard
oors and carpeted oors. It is designed for
dry pick up only.
• Do not use the Electro Nozzle, Hand

• Fill the water pan with approx. 1 litre water.
• When vacuuming liquids, please use caution
not to exceed maximum level in the water pan.

• Remove exhaust grid on motor unit assembly.
• For full power while blowing, switch on the HYLA, connect the exible hose
to the suction connector rst and then connect the hose to the exhaust.
1. Turn off the main switch and disconnect the power cord
from the power source.
2. Empty the water pan immediately after use and rinse with
clean water.
3. Wipe the underside of the motor unit assembly using a
wet cloth. Do not rinse the motor unit assembly with
water!
4. It is important to store the HYLA System with the
handle in the opposite position, which will allow
it to dry after use.
WARNINGS
• Disconnect the power cord from the power
source before removing the motor unit
assembly from the water pan!
• DO NOT use the system without water!
• The HYLA GST Air and Room Cleaning System is
not designed for vacuuming larger quantities of
mineral dust!
• DO NOT vacuum ammable liquids!
