INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Check you h ve the following items:
FC20 FC20.WM
FC20 fuel control system FC20.WM fuel control system
2 off top door keys 2 off top door keys
2 off bottom door keys 2 off bottom door keys
2 off override keys 2 off override keys
1 off w ll mounting pl te
2. Open the front doors using the keys provided.
MOUNTIN
3. Bolt the FC20 to firm level found tion by me ns of the four
12 mm di meter-mounting holes provided. For the FC20.WM
use the mounting pl te provided to mount to suit ble w ll.
ELECTRICAL
4. Remove the covers from the 220/240V supply nd the pulse
input connection junction boxes. For the FC20.WM the
220/240V termin l block is loc ted behind the override/fuse
p nel, which c n be removed by removing the four screws in
its f ce.
5. Connect const nt 220/240V AC 50 Hz supply, fused t 13
mps, to the 220/240V termin l block s shown on the wiring
det ils di gr m.
NB: The FC20 and FC20.WM must have a continual
220/2 0V AC supply, even when not in use.

6. The FC20 nd FC20.WM c n switch the live supply of up to
two extern l pumps (220/240V AC, m ximum 10 mps).
Connections re provided for this on the 220/240V termin l
block s shown in the wiring det ils di gr m. The FC20.4 nd
FC20.WM.4 c n switch the live supply of up to two extern l
pumps.
7. Connect the extern l pulse supply, from up to two pumps,
inside the pulse connections junction box s shown in the
wiring det ils di gr m. In the c se of the FC20.WM the pulse
connection termin l block is loc ted in the b se of the c binet.
An extr junction box/termin l block is provided for the FC20.4
nd FC20.WM.4.
8. Ensure ll the termin l screws re tight nd repl ce the
junction box covers.
