Setting Up
When you wish to link with the BACNet/IP device, please follow steps below to use the CAS BACNet
Explorer to search on-line device:

2. Apply the CAS BACNet Explorer tool
Step 1: Press the “License”
Step 2: Fill out one e-mail address to apply the “Product Key” and it can be used for 60-minutes.
If you need to use several times, you can use same e-mail account to apply it.
Step 3: Press the ”Request a key”, it will enter its website and key-in the e-mail account to execute
the “Apply” button and then get their product key from your e-mail.
Step 4: Please copy the “Product Key” into this space.
Step 5: Press the “Activate” to enable this tool.

3. BACNet/IP network setting
Step 1: Select the “Network”
Step 2: Select the “BACnet IP” and “BACnet Ethernet”
Step 3: Key-in the “BACNet IP Port”
Step 4: To make sure the the PC and BACNet/IP device is linking, to press the “Refresh” button to
get the on-line device.
Step 5: To select the BACNet IP device to press the “OK” button.

3. Press the ”Discover” button and select all device to press ”Send

Sample: the object ID is ”9999” and this ID is the node address of the iView Developer software
setting.
Note: The node address of the iView Developer software (Before Ver1.2.57) is 0~32767.
Please set the object ID to 0~32767.
Device AV1=456.000 (Floating Point)

Select [Device/Server: Honeywell àBACnet/IP Protocol]
Setting HMI IP address to 192.168.1.34, and the Node Address=9999 (Object I.D.)
