General
informations
JETBIO is an air disinfection device. The device sprays a disinfectant product into the
atmosphere, the APABIO, thus forming a mist which is then deposited on all surfaces
in contact with air.

Safety instructions (read very carefully)
Any electric machine must be used exclusively for the use for which it is
intended, respecting the standards mentioned in the user manual.
Improper or improper use of any electrical device can result in injury,
electric shock, fire or explosion.
Current machines are built according to criteria for prevention against
accidents at work, and are often tested and approved by Organizations
responsible for the study and prevention of accidents at work. However,
all these precautionary measures can in no way eliminate the dangers
caused by careless use.
The different information sections below indicate potentially dangerous
situations for the operator or for the equipment.
CAUTION: Danger of fire or explosion.
• Do not spray water near plugs.
• Do not use the device to spray or suck on highly corrosive (acids or
bases), flammable and / or explosive liquids.
• Never use the machine in an explosive atmosphere. This appliance is not
equipped with an explosion-proof compressor. The electric compressor
sparks at start-up,which can cause an instant fire or explosion if the device
is used in the presence of flammable vapors / liquids or combustible dust.
• Never use flammable liquids or use the device in or near flammable
liquids or vapors or combustible dust.

WARNING: electrical hazard.
• Before connecting the machine to the electrical network, check that the
operating voltage corresponds to that indicated on the machine's rating
plate.
• Make sure that the electrical network is provided with an effective earth
and a circuit breaker.
• Check that the cable plug exactly matches the network plug.
• Do not modify the plug.
• Do not use reducers, adapters or multiple sockets if you do not know the
power absorbed by each use.
• If extension cords are used, they must be adapted to the power absorbed
by the machine and must be fitted with plug / socket connections which
correspond perfectly. In addition, these extension cords and connections
must be of the “water protection” level.
• Pay attention to the power cable. It must be resistant to water, tears and
chemical agents. A damaged cable must never be reshaped with
insulating tape, but must be replaced by a new cable. If the power cable is
damaged or broken, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its
service agent or other qualified person, in order to avoid any danger.
• Do not pull on the cable to move the machine or to extract the plug.
• Only pull the plug when the appliance is switched off.
• Never insert or remove the plug with wet hands.
• Disconnect the cable before carrying out maintenance.

FOR YOUR SAFETY :
• Do not allow the machine to be used by children or persons unable to understand
the dangers relating to the use of electrical equipment.
• Do not bring the end of the suction hose near your face or that of others, especially
never do it towards your eyes and ears.
• In the event of abnormal operation (motor too noisy, excessive heating or other
suspicious signals), switch off the machine and remove the plug. For any
intervention, contact the manufacturer exclusively.
• If liquid comes out of the machine from places other than the outlet nozzle, switch
off the machine immediately.
• After use, store the device in a dry, closed and clean place.
The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for damage / injury caused to persons or property,
following the improper use of the device as used procedures which are not mentioned in this user
manual.
Caution: Any repair of the machine must be carried out by qualified personnel.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Please dispose of the packaging materials and used components of the device in a manner that
protects the environment, in accordance with local waste disposal regulations.
Don't forget to recycle.

Protocol and Instructions for disinfecting a room with the JETBIO 2020
To operate the JETBIO 2020 disinfection device, the following operations must be carried
out in order:
1. Transfer the APABIO product (or other) from a 5-liter container into an empty
1-liter bottle or use the funnel provided, then pour the product into the tank through the
filling notch on the top of the hood of the 6.5 liter tank.
2. Position the machine inside the room to be disinfected, (as close as possible to the exit
door), check that there are no openings in order to obtain the best possible seal and not
distribute the product in related rooms. (especially if they are occupied by human beings)
You must direct the JETBIO Vortex jet at 45 ° towards a wall and at 45 ° upwards, in order
to create a circular "draft" effect (for better misting efficiency, you can raise JETBIO 2020
on a table or trolley on wheels) If you are equipped with the "Rotation Table" accessory
you will position the JETBIO in the center of the room, the rotation table will rotate 360 °.
3. Check that the flow corresponds to your needs by acting on the flow valve
(screw = increase the flow) (unscrew = reduce the flow). To adjust and check the desired
droplet size, (use water) place your hand in front of the JETBIO jet at 30 cm. Your hand
should get wet, not dripping with product. For optimal disinfection, you need about one
minute of diffusion for 8 to 10 m3 to disinfect.
4. Connect to a 5/15 Amp electrical outlet. Single phase 230 Volts AC 50/60 Hz
5. Operate the feed lever.
6. Set the misting time you want by pressing the "SET" button, then
press and hold the "SET" button Adjust the misting time by pressing the arrow (pointing up
to increase the misting time) or l 'other arrow (pointing down to reduce misting time). The
fog time can be adjusted in one minute intervals.

7.Press the "START" button, the device will start and the product will be released. You leave
the room. You close the room and prohibit access. (ex: a Panel (Disinfection in Progress).
8.At the end of the diffusion time, you must wait at least 30 minutes of contact time to let the
APABIO disinfectant product act. (Virucidal effect)
9.At the end of the diffusion time and the contact time, restart the ventilation or ventilate
until you obtain an ambient hydrogen peroxide level of less than 1 ppm (average exposure
value recommended). You can then enter the premises, turn off the machine by placing the
lever in the OFF position and then disconnect the power cable.
Caution:
If you must enter the premises during the distribution of the product or before
the end of the contact time, you must imperatively equip yourself with the KIT
of personal protective equipment: which is: a FFP3 mask, an integral suit,
glasses protective clothing, gloves and over shoes.
NOTE 1: The JETBIO machine has been studied and validated to work with the APABIO or
DESOGERME disinfectant product at a minimum flow rate of 16 ml / min (minimum setting).
At 50 ml / min (maximum setting)
We cannot guarantee correct operation with different products.
NOTE 2: The liquid flow in the nozzle is regulated by the control valve which will determine
the average size of the droplets. A weak flow produces a (“dry” mist) with small droplets which
diffuse quickly and widely in the room. A larger flow allows you to gradually obtain larger and
therefore more humid droplets (wet mist).
NOTE 3: Connect the machine's power cable to a specified outlet, equipped with an earth
connection. Read the warnings on safety standards carefully!

Device maintenance
Warning: The maintenance of the parts located inside the machine can only be carried
out by the after-sales service unless prior agreement.
The JETBIO model is a professional machine. The warranty on these machines lasts
for one year and covers all failures caused by manufacturing defects. The warranty
does not cover breakdowns caused by improper use of the machine.
For sustainable use of the machine, apply the following recommendations:
1. At the end of the disinfection, before storing the machine, you must purge the
machine by running it empty. After disinfection, loosen the machine head and transfer
the excess liquid from the tank to an appropriate container. Switch on JETBIO for 1
min with the valve open to the maximum. This operation is used to expel all the liquid
remaining in the internal circuits of the device.
2. After using different products and before storing the machine, you must purge the
machine as specified in step 1. Then fill the tank with clean water and mist for one to
two minutes. This operation is used to clean the organs present in the machine body,
such as pipes, fittings and to avoid any interference with other products.
3. After 500 hours of use, we recommend that you send the machine to our after-sales
service center to check the operation of all internal and external parts of the device, in
particular the BLOWER TURBINE.
Reminder: the maintenance of the parts located inside the machine can only be
carried out by the after-sales service unless prior agreement.
