2. Control Functions
2.1 Operation using the button
1) Click [START] button to start-up of the generator
2) After the output of the start motor signal from DO1, start motor signal off automatically when it reaches
the following conditions:
- Speed detected by speed sensor (MPU) is detected at 550 [RPM]
- Speed which is calculated at the power frequency detected is detected at 550 [RPM]
- 10 sec elapsed after starting
3) DO2 governor output signal is held to the operating conditions according to the type of governor from the
start motor signal output.
4) Click [STOP] button to stop of the generator
It is held in a stop condition 10 [sec] while in order to safely stop the generator.
- Case of the electric governor: the governor output signal off between 10 [sec]
- Case of the stop solenoid: the stop solenoid output signal off between 10 [sec]
5) Since there is no [Start-up failure] and [Auto Restart],
Regardless of whether you want to start, until you press the [STOP] button, and is held in operating conditions.
Thus, then press the [STOP] button to start again after a failed start,
The [START] button to start again after 10 seconds of the stop condition.
2.2 Operation using the external key switch
1) Directly start / stop circuit configuration using the external key switch.
The RUN signal of the key switch connect toDI4
2) The generator start by key switch
Because it is a method using the key switch, signal of DO1 start motor is not output
3) RUN signal is input from the key switch to the DI4 and then DO2 governor signal is held in operating conditions
4) The generator stop by key switch
It is held in a stop condition 10 [seconds] during which the signal is canceled during the operation of the DI4

3.1 How to setup menu entry & How to set
1) On the main screen, press [WARNNIG RELEASE] button 5 [s] or more to move to the menu screen.
2) If you want to change the parameters,
- After move to the left digit in the Launch button, set the value by 1 increases the number of digits.
that you navigate to the location of the change, corresponding to the [STOP] button.
- If you press the [WARNNIG RELEASE] button then the current value is saved and move to the next menu.
- After setting the menu of over current delay time, to return to the main screen.
