Basic Operation
1. Turn on
Press and hold “MFB”button for 2 seconds until the blue light flashes. After the blue LED flashes
3 times, the red and blue LED lights flash alternately. The headset enters the connection status.
2. Turn off
Press and hold “MFB”button for 3 seconds until the red light flashes.
3. Answer call/ Hang up
Single press the multifunction button.

4. Reject a call
Press and hold “MFB”button for 3 seconds.
5. Redial the last call
Quickly tap the “MFB”button twice to redial the last dialed phone number.
6. Play music
Press the “MFB”button to play/pause music under music play status.
7. Track control
Press and hold the “volume+”button for 2 seconds to skip to the next song. Press and hold the
“volume-”button for 2 seconds to skip to the previous song.
8. Volume adjust
Press the “volume+”button or the “volume-”button to increase or decrease the volume.
9. Siri for iPhone
When the headset is not on the phone, click mute switch and you can use Siri for iPhone.
Indicator Light
●Matching status: red and blue light blinks alternately.
●The pairing is successful: blue lights flash.
●Charging status: red light keeps flashing.
●Charging completed: red light turns off, or blue light keeps flashing.
●Low-power status: red light turns on with indicate voice.
Bluetooth Headset Connection
Before using your headset for the first time, you must pair it with your Bluetooth-enabled phone.
1. Place the headset within 1 meter with the mobile phone.
2. Ensure that the headset is off ( see “Turn off”in “Basic Operation”section above). And the
mobile phone Bluetooth setting is activated.
3. Press and hold “MFB”button for about 2 seconds until the indicator light alternately flashes
blue and red, now the headset is under pairing mode.
4. Your phone will find the “A12”headset and press “A12”on the mobile phone, after connected
successfully, the headphone will turn to blue light blinking which means the matching is finished.
Now you can listen to the phone music and take a phone call.
5. If your mobile phone is below version 2.1, then you need to enter password “0000”.
Warm Prompt:
1. Mobile already matched will no need to match again, the headphone will automatically match
the previous device and make connection.
2. The maximum matching time is no longer than 10 minutes. If you exceeded such time it will
drop out the matching status. If you still can’t match successfully, please repeat the above steps
to match again.
3. The headphone will automatically shut down when it being no-connection over 11 minutes.
4. You will hear a voice prompt “disconnected”when you are out of Bluetooth range.
Pairing Your Headset with Two Mobile Phones ( Multipoint Connection)
A12 supports a multipoint function to allow simultaneous pairing of the headset with two mobile

phones.
1. Follow the pairing procedure as instructed in “Bluetooth Headset Connection”section to pair
the headset with the first mobile phone.
2. Turn off the Bluetooth of your first mobile phone, then the headset enters the pairing match
status.
3. Repeat the same pairing procedure on the second mobile phone.
4. On the first mobile phone’s menu, activate its Bluetooth connection with the headset.
5. Turn off the headset. Then turn on the headset again. The headset will automatically connect
two mobile phones. Now you can listen to the phone music and take a phone call.
Disconnection
If you want to disconnect the headset from your mobile phone, please take the following steps:
1. Turn off the headset directly (see “Turn off”in “Basic Operation”section).
2. Disconnect from the mobile phone
How to Enter the Pairing Status Again?
If you want to enter the pairing state once again while the headset has been connected, please
take the following steps:
1. Turn off Bluetooth on the mobile phone’s menu, and the headset will enter the pairing match
status again. Then you can connect other Bluetooth device.
2. Turn off the headset, then press and hold the “MFB”for 2 seconds until the indicator light
alternately flashes blue and red, now the headset is under pairing mode. Then you can connect
other Bluetooth device.
Steps of Connecting Computer
●First download a universal driver software.
●Installed successfully, you will have a little gray icon (Bluetooth icon) in the bottom right corner
of your computer.
●Then plug in the Bluetooth adapter, at this point, the gray Bluetooth icon will turn to blue.
Note: Notebook computer with Bluetooth function does not need external Bluetooth adapter
which need to buy separately. Right click on the Bluetooth icon, select “show the classic
interface”.
●When the Bluetooth headset turned off, press and hold “MFB”button for 2 seconds until red
and blue lights flashing ( matching), headset has entered the search state at this time.
●Right click on the computer interface, select the “search”equipment, the headset must be in
pair ( red and blue lights flashing) , then the computer will search for all nearby Bluetooth
devices.
●Double-click the computer and search for A12 Bluetooth headset.
●Right-click the A12 and select “Bluetooth audio high quality”.
Here, congratulations! Bluetooth headset has been successfully connected with computer, and
now you can listen to the music and voice chat from computer!

Wearing Instruction
A12 Earphones are designed with an emphasis on ergonomics, your convenience and comfort is
our priority. Adjustable ear hook fits a wide range of ear shapes. No worry that the headset will
fall and lose regardless of you are in walking, hiking, or exercise. Two optional ear caps are
equipped. The flip-boom arm allows to adjust the angle and fit this headset in right or left ear.
Here attaches two sets of ear pouches which can be used interchangeably depending on the
individual wearing habit. And you can adjust the sound quality of the earphones’tri-band and
noise reduction through the fit of the size of ear pouches and ear canals. Comfortable wearing
can bring you a perfect sense of listening and a good pleasure with enjoying the wonderful
sound.

Note:
1: The phone can't find the Bluetooth headset
Possible Reasons:
A. Bluetooth headset is not under ON and standby state.
B. Bluetooth headset program is error.
C. Bluetooth program of the phone is error.
Solutions:
A. After turning off the Bluetooth headset, hold the “MFB” button (red and blue indicator flashes
by turn) to enable Bluetooth pairing.
B. Recover the Bluetooth headset to default setting.
C. After restart the phone, remove all pairing data in the Bluetooth of the phone.
2: No sound from the headset
Possible Reasons:
A. The volume of the phone is unsuitable.
B. The Bluetooth headset and phone are not correctly connected.
C. The Bluetooth headset is out of the working range.
Solutions:
A. Adjust the volume of the phone.
B. Operate with the reference of the use steps.
C. Keep the headset in the range of 10 feet to the phone without any obstacle.
Cautions:
A. Do not have any other operation when searching Bluetooth for avoiding program error.
B. Please use Bluetooth near the phone to assure best effect.
▲Tips：
The Bluetooth range is up to 33 feet at barrier free and empty place. Some obstacles will
reduce call quality and distortion like wall, cloth and some other solid. Bluetooth is over 20 feet
(6 meters) in obstructed environment.

3:Charging red indicator doesn't light on
Possible Reasons:
It is not used for a long time.
Solutions:
Charge for about 30 minutes, and then the red indicator may light on.
