Dear customer, please note the following information about the compatibility of USB
Type-C®hubs and adapters, including this device!
Your host computer must have a USB Type-C®interface.
The IB-HUB1423CR-C3 also works with computers and notebooks with USB 3.0/2.0/1.1
Type-A interfaces if the appropriate adapter (ICY BOX®IB-CB015) is available.
The hub also works on devices with the USB 3.1 (Gen 2) and Thunderbolt™3 interface with
the indicated transfer rate of 5 Gbit/s specified by USB 3.0.
The Type-C®interface can be connected to USB 2.0 standard in some notebooks and
computers. The hub only supplies the full speed of 5 Gbit/s to USB 3.0 interfaces.

Description:
Modern notebooks usually have several USB Type-C®ports but do without card readers
and USB Type-A ports. The IB-HUB1423CR-C3 has the most important connections on
board, so that the familiar use of notebooks and computers is still easy.

Application
1. Plug the IB-HUB1423CR-C3 into the Type-C®port of your host computer.
2. After the IB-HUB1423CR-C3 has been plugged in correctly the LED will turn on
blue!
3. The operating system will set up the USB device automatically and is ready for
operation in a few seconds when used for the first time.
4. Connect your USB Type-C®, Type-A devices and supported memory cards* to the
appropriate ports.
Note:
*SD card
Insert the SD card into the SD card slot with the beveled corner first. The golden pins of the
card must point upwards (if the ICY BOX®logo is visible).
*microSD card
Insert the microSD card into the microSD card slot with the beveled corner first. The golden
pins of the card must point downwards (if the ICY BOX®logo is visible).

4. Verbinden Sie Ihre USB Type-C®, Type-A Geräte und Speicherkarten*
mit den entsprechenden Anschlüssen.
