This passport is intended for acquaintance with rules of safe operaon, transportaon and product storage.
1. GENERAL DATA
1.1 Name of the product – Gymnascs mat (hereinaer referred to as product)

1.4 Product is designed for gaming. It can be used separately or together with children's sport and playing sets.
1.5 The product is intended for use by children of 3 years and older.

3. SAFETY MEASURES
3.1 Use the product only on horizontal surfaces.
3.2 It is not recommended to play on the product with hard and sharp objects in order to avoid damage to the
fabric.
3.3 It is recommended to exercise on the product in soathlec shoes.
3.4 Exact types of exercises for children must be determined upon consulng with the specialist.
3.5 Children using the product must be supervised by adults.
3.6 It is prohibited to use the product near heang appliances and equipment, as well as close to open flame
sources at a distance of less than 2 meters.
4. USE OF THE PRODUCT

4.1 Before first use treat the product with soap soluon;
4.2 Before each use of the product, it is necessary to check it for the presence of foreign objects by visual and tac-
le method.
4.3. In case of contaminaon of the product, it is recommended to wash it with detergents that do not contain
complex chemical compounds (aggressive and chlorine-containing).
ATTENTION: Do not use the product if it is wet.
4.4. Aer a longme interval in use, check the condion of the product.
5. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. The product is transported in the producer’s original package by any kind of transport, which provides its
safety.
5.2. The product should be stored out of the reach of children.
5.3. Storage condions correspond to 2 (C) in accordance with GOST 15150-69. Before the product is installed in
its working posion it should be stored in the producer’s original package in a dry room with natural air venlaon.
6. WARRANTY
6.1 The manufacturer guaranes compliance of the product with the requirements of STO 32.40.39-002-
54082460-2019 provided that the customer observes the rules of transportaon, storage, assembly and operaon
of the product.
6.2 Product warranty period is 12 months since the date of purchase.
7. ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATE
The product “Gymnascs mat 5.013.06” corresponds to STO 32.40.39-002-54082460-2019 and is recognized as
ready for operaon.

9. DISPOSAL
