The Instruction of Adjustment of BK3 Models’ Table Level
Step 1
Move the cutting head of the machine to the original point(zero point). Install the dial
gage. Find the screw under the table, and then switch the screw point under the first
panel with a wrench. Ensure the distance between the table and the bottom of the fixed
head seat is 58mm approximately. Insert the dial gage and fix it well, write down the
value of the first point.

Step2
Move the cutting head to the place of the second screw. Unscrew screws in the middle
and at the bottom by using the active wrench,then adjust the height same as in the first
point by adjusting the height of the screw, then adjust all the following screws in turns,
making sure average error is ± 0.05mm.

When the table not even during the machine working, first remove the felt, then adjust
the table according to the above steps. After this, use the 498 glue to bond the felt again.
