ÂÍÈÌÀÍÈÅ
Íåâûïîëíåíèå ïðàâèë òåõíèêè áåçîïàñíîñòè ïðè âûïîëíåíèè
ýëåêòðîìîíòàæíûõ ðàáîò ìîæåò ñòàòü ïðè÷èíîé òÿæ¸ëîé òðàâìû
è âûõîäà èíñòðóìåíòà èç ñòðîÿ.

Îçíàêîìüòåñü ñ íàçíà÷åíèåì èíñòðóìåíòà, åãî êîíñòðóêöèåé
è ðóêîâîäñòâîì ïî ýêñïëóàòàöèè.
Ðàáîòàéòå òîëüêî èñïðàâíûì èíñòðóìåíòîì. Ïåðåä êàæäûì
ïðèìåíåíèåì èíñòðóìåíò äîëæåí áûòü îñìîòðåí. Èçîëèðóþùèå ïîêðûòèÿ
ðóêîÿòîê íå äîëæíû èìåòü äåôåêòîâ, êîòîðûå ïðèâîäÿò ê ñíèæåíèþ
ìåõàíè÷åñêîé ïðî÷íîñòè. Íå äîëæíî áûòü òðåùèí, ñëîìàííûõ ãóáîê,
ðóêîÿòîê.
Èñïîëüçóéòå îòâ¸ðòêè è øàðíèðíî-ãóáöåâûé èíñòðóìåíò
òîëüêî ïî íàçíà÷åíèþ. Íå ïðèìåíÿéòå èíñòðóìåíò â êà÷åñòâå ðû÷àãà,
çóáèëà, óäàðíîãî èíñòðóìåíòà, êëèíà.
Ïðàâèëà ýêñïëóàòàöèè
Óäåðæèâàéòå èíñòðóìåíò òàê, ÷òîáû êèñòü ðóêè âî âðåìÿ ðàáîòû
ðàñïîëàãàëàñü äî ïðåäîõðàíèòåëüíîãî óïîðà ðóêîÿòîê. Íåïðàâèëüíûé
çàõâàò ðóêîÿòîê ìîæåò ïðèâåñòè ê òðàâìå.
Óäåðæèâàéòå èíñòðóìåíò ïîä óãëîì 90° ê ýëåìåíòàì, êîòîðûå
òðåáóåòñÿ ïåðåêóñèòü.
Ïðè ïåðåêóñûâàíèè ïðîâîëîêè èñïîëüçóéòå çàùèòíûå ýêðàíû (øèðìû)
è ñðåäñòâà èíäèâèäóàëüíîé çàùèòû: î÷êè, çàùèòíûå ëèöåâûå ìàñêè,
ïåð÷àòêè, îäåæäó, îáóâü è ãîëîâíûå óáîðû.
Âûáèðàéòå èíñòðóìåíò, ñîîòâåòñòâóþùèé âèäó ðàáîò.
Âûáèðàéòå îòâ¸ðòêó, ñîîòâåòñòâóþùóþ òèïó êðåï¸æíîãî ýëåìåíòà.
Òèïû øëèöåâ îòâ¸ðòîê PH è PZ ïîõîæè, íî íå ÿâëÿþòñÿ
âçàèìîçàìåíÿåìûìè. Íå ïðèìåíÿéòå îòâ¸ðòêè òèïà PH äëÿ âèíòîâ ñ òèïîì
øëèöåâ êîíòàêòíîé ÷àñòè PZ è íàîáîðîò.
Èñïîëüçóéòå ïîäõîäÿùèé òåìï ðàáîòû. Ðàáîòàéòå èíñòðóìåíòîì
íå òîðîïÿñü, áåç ñïåøêè.

Îòâ¸ðòêà ðåìîíòó íå ïîäëåæèò.  ñëó÷àå ïîâðåæäåíèÿ èçîëÿöèè
èíñòðóìåíòà, îáðàçîâàíèÿ òðåùèí, ãëóáîêîé êîððîçèè ëîïàòêè, ïîëîìêè
øëèöåâ — îòâ¸ðòêó çàìåíèòü.
Øàðíèðíî-ãóáöåâûé èíñòðóìåíò ðåìîíòó íå ïîäëåæèò.  ñëó÷àå
ïîëîìêè ãóáîê, ðóêîÿòîê, ïîâðåæäåíèÿ èçîëÿöèè èíñòðóìåíòà, îáðàçîâàíèÿ
òðåùèí, ãëóáîêîé êîððîçèè — èíñòðóìåíò çàìåíèòü.
Ïðè íîðìàëüíîì ôóíêöèîíèðîâàíèè ïî èñòå÷åíèè ñðîêà ñëóæáû
ñëåñàðíî-ìîíòàæíûé èíñòðóìåíò íå ïðåäñòàâëÿåò îïàñíîñòè â äàëüíåéøåé
ýêñïëóàòàöèè.
Îáñëóæèâàíèå
Ïî îêîí÷àíèè ðàáîòû î÷èñòèòå èíñòðóìåíò âåòîøüþ. Íå èñïîëüçóéòå
äëÿ î÷èñòêè ïëàñòèêîâîé ðóêîÿòêè ðàñòâîðèòåëè è íåôòåïðîäóêòû.
Õðàíèòå èíñòðóìåíò â ïîìåùåíèè, íå ñîäåðæàùåì àãðåññèâíîé ñðåäû,
ïîâûøåííîé âëàæíîñòè, òåìïåðàòóðû è ïðÿìûõ ñîëíå÷íûõ ëó÷åé.
Õðàíèòå èíñòðóìåíò â òðóäíîäîñòóïíîì äëÿ äåòåé ìåñòå.
Òðàíñïîðòèðîâàíèå, õðàíåíèå è óòèëèçàöèÿ
Òðàíñïîðòèðîâàíèå èíñòðóìåíòà îñóùåñòâëÿåòñÿ â óïàêîâêå
èçãîòîâèòåëÿ ëþáûì âèäîì êðûòîãî òðàíñïîðòà, îáåñïå÷èâàþùèì
ïðåäîõðàíåíèå óïàêîâàííûõ èçäåëèé îò ìåõàíè÷åñêèõ ïîâðåæäåíèé,
çàãðÿçíåíèÿ è ïîïàäàíèÿ âëàãè, ïðè òåìïåðàòóðå îêðóæàþùåãî âîçäóõà
îò ìèíóñ 40 °Ñ äî ïëþñ 50 °Ñ.
Õðàíåíèå èíñòðóìåíòà íåîáõîäèìî îñóùåñòâëÿòü â óïàêîâêå
èçãîòîâèòåëÿ â ïîìåùåíèÿõ ñ åñòåñòâåííîé âåíòèëÿöèåé ïðè òåìïåðàòóðå
îêðóæàþùåãî âîçäóõà îò ìèíóñ 40 °Ñ äî ïëþñ 50 °Ñ è ìàêñèìàëüíîé
îòíîñèòåëüíîé âëàæíîñòè 98 % ïðè 25 °Ñ.
Óòèëèçàöèÿ èíñòðóìåíòà ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ ïî òðåáîâàíèÿì
çàêîíîäàòåëüñòâà íà òåððèòîðèè ðåàëèçàöèè.

Ãàðàíòèéíûé ñðîê ýêñïëóàòàöèè èíñòðóìåíòà — 1 ãîä ñî äíÿ ïðîäàæè

Basic product data
Hand-held fitting and assembly tools (hereinafter — the tool) ARMA2L 3 K1
series of IEK trademark are used during performance of fitting and assembly,
electrical installation and construction works.
Ñombination pliers of K1 series of IEK trademark (hereinafter — pliers) —
multifunctional hand tool, designed for carrying out fitting and assembly works.
Operation at temperature of 70 °C at a maximum relative humidity of 20% is
allowed.
The round nose pliers of K1 series of the IEK trademark (hereinafter — the
round nose pliers) are designed for gripping wire, metal core, rod, and
Needle-nose pliers of K1 series of the IEK trademark (hereinafter — needle-
nose pliers) are designed for shaped bending wire during performance of
electrical installation works. Tapered shape of the jaws makes it possible to make
bends with different radii. The torque is max 5 N·m.
Hand-held fitting and assembly tools include hinged pliers and screwdrivers.
Cable cutter of K1 series of IEK trademark (hereinafter — cable cutter)
is designed for cutting of copper or aluminum cables up to 12 mm thick.

Side cutters of K1 series of the IEK trademark (hereinafter — cutters) are
designed for cutting wires, cables during carrying out fitting, electrical installation
and construction works. The load for wire-cutting does not exceed 570 N.

Pliers and screwdrivers of the K1 series are equipped with decorative
handle covers that are not insulating against electrical voltages.

Disregard for the safety regulations for electrical installation works may
cause severe electrical injuries and failure of the tool.
When working with the cable cutter, do not exceed the specified
maximum cable cross-section.

Operating rules
ATTENTION
Hold the tool so that the hand reaches the safety stop of the handles during
operation. Improper grip of the handles could cause injury.
Do not hit the upper jaw of the tool with a hammer when you cut the wire, as
this will cause tool breakage.
Choose the right tool for the type of work.
Use an appropriate pace of work. Handle with the tool slowly, without
rushing.
The screwdriver cannot be repaired. In case of damage to the tool insulation,
formation of cracks, deep corrosion of the blade, breakage of slots - replace the
screwdriver.
Pliers cannot be repaired. In case of breakage of jaws, handles, damage of
tool insulation, formation of cracks, deep corrosion - replace the tool.
The fitting and assembly tool does not pose a danger in further use if it
functions normally at the end of its service life.
Familiarize yourself with the purpose of the tool, its design and operating
manual.
Choose the right screwdriver for the type of fastener. PH and PZ screwdrivers
have similar but not interchangeable slots. Do not use PH screwdrivers for screws
with PZ contact slot and vice versa.
Work only with tools that are in good condition. The tool should be inspected
before each use. The insulating coatings of the handles should be free of defects
that lead to a reduction in mechanical strength. There should be no cracks,
broken jaws or handles.
Use screwdrivers and pliers only for their intended purpose.
Do not use the tool as a lever, chisel, impact tool, and wedge.
Hold the tool at a 90° angle to the part you want to cut.
When cutting wire, use protective shields (screens) and personal protective
equipment: goggles, face masks, gloves, clothing, shoes, and hats.
Maintenance
Clean the tool with a rag at the end of work. Do not use solvents or petroleum
products to clean the plastic handles.
Store the tool in a room free of corrosive environments, high humidity,
temperature, and direct sunlight.
Keep the tool out of the reach of children.

The tool is disposed of in accordance with the legislation in the sales
territory.
The warranty period is 1 year from the date of sale, provided the user
observes the rules of operation, transportation and storage.
The tool should be stored in the manufacturer's package in rooms with
natural ventilation at ambient air temperature from minus 40 °Ñ to plus 50 °Ñ
and maximum relative humidity of 98 % at 25 °Ñ.

Tool service life — at least 5 years.
The tool is transported in the manufacturer's package by any type of covered
transport that protects the packed products from mechanical damage,
contamination and moisture, at ambient air temperature from minus 40 °Ñ
to plus 50 °Ñ.
