How to Insert SIM Card
Small Watch Touch Screen Watches
1. Remove the screws on 1. Inset the Nano SIM

- SIM Cards of Airtel, BSNL*, Vodafone, Idea will work except JIO Mobile SIMs
- Mobile Data plan has to be enabled (Watch uses 2G data only)
- Please load currency in case post-paid SIM
- Test the SIM Card in a regular phone to check all the services (incoming, outgoing calls and Mobile
data are activated)
* BSNL SIM Cards need activation to work in the watch –call customer care numbers given on the
product box

Watch Features
The watch location is based on 3
different methods.
1. LBS: relatively accurate, as
this is the GSM master
used to find a position
2. GPS: Most accurate
outdoors, as GPS satellites
are well connected in
outdoors.
3. Wi-Fi: Relatively accurate
both indoors and
outdoors. Here the watch
uses the nearby wi-fi
networks to find position.

Download SeTracker2 application from app store
Open the app Allow access to microphone & other tools of the
phone, Choose ‘Register’ in the app
Choose Email id and fill rest of the details
Ensure that the Area is selected “Asia and Oceania”
Click ‘Register’
Note- Choosing wrong Area option can fail the watch
configuration in later stages
SeTracker App will open the window to bind the Watch
Scan the QR Code of the Watch
QR Code is on the back of the watch for
Small watches
Touch Screen watches have QR Code in
the Watch Menu ‘App’ option
Note –Unable scan the QR Code then
enter the number manually on the space
given

Watch Settings can be added and
updated using this option
SOS Numbers
These 3 numbers are called up when SOS button on the watch is pressed in the
same order of entry.
Watch will keep calling these numbers in the order given until the call is
answered
Phone Book
Phone book allows you to enter 15 additional phone numbers.
•Phone number entered here are the only family/friends who can call the watch
and child can only call these numbers as well
•Anyone trying to call the watch number that are not listed in the app, will not be
able to connect. This avoids all telemarketing calls
Note - GPS Touch Screen watch have a dial pad option to call any number from the
watch, this option can be disabled from the SeTracker2 app

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the battery life of the watch? My watch is discharging fast? I’m unable to charge the watch?
Watch needs to be charged daily with the USB connector given with the watch ONLY
Watch can discharge fast on following conditions
•Frequent GPS Location update –Keep “Location update schedule”- to 10Min for 1 Hour
•Children using extensively due to curiosity when newly purchased
•Not using the USB cable provided when charging the watch resulting incomplete charging
Normal Usage of watch, battery should last up to 12 hours or more
Getting Echo on calls? Low volume? Not very clear voice on two-way calls?
Echo happens when the watch and smartphone are close by.
Use the volume buttons on the watch to adjust
Watch has an in-built mike and keeping it close gives better clarity calls, call support in case the issue
persists
What is the difference between LBS, GPS & WPS?
LBS - Base station positioning is to calculate the mobile phone location by the
differences of the mobile communication towers, and it depends a lot on the
coverage density of the base station near you. If there are many base stations, the
positioning is accurate. If there are few base stations, the positioning is not so
good. Generally, the positioning accuracy is 50-2000 meters
GPS –Global Positioning System can be accurately located anytime
anywhere without much effort. However, it takes some time to search
for satellites after GPS starts. usually about 2 minutes. High accuracy
positioning can be located within 5 Meters (when gets signals from at
least four satellites)
Disadvantages: GPS positioning is greatly affected by weather and
location. When the weather is bad, or indoors, in the corner of the tall
building, underground garage, (when the sky is not visible), GPS positioning will be get affected.
WIFI - The purpose of WIFI positioning is to solve indoor precise positioning
issue, principle is similar to base station positioning. Each wireless AP has a
globally unique MAC address. WIFI positioning relies on detecting the MAC
address of all nearby wireless access points (WIFI Access Points), comparing the
coordinates of the MAC address in the database, and then calculating the
location.
Is watch water resistant?
No, All models are not water resistant.

Can I do video calling in Big Camera Watches?
No
