Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der DC0103 überwacht Drehzahlen (vorzugsweise Überwachung auf
Drehzahl-Unterschreitung).
Er nimmt Impulse externer Impulsgeber auf und schaltet das Ausgangsrelais
je nach eingestelltem Schaltpunkt max (D
max
) und Schaltpunkt min (D
min
).
Das Ausgangsrelais
- zieht an, wenn die maximale
Drehzahl erreicht ist,
- fällt ab, wenn die minimale
Drehzahl unterschritten wird.
•Einstellbereich: 30 ... 25 000 Impulse / min.
•Intelligente Schaltpunkteinstellung während des laufenden Betriebs
(“teach in”).

Montage
Befestigen Sie das Gerät mit Schrauben auf einer Montagevorrichtung.
Montage des Impulsaufnehmers
Für optimale Funktion sollten folgende Montagemaße eingehalten

Elektrischer Anschluß
Schalten Sie die Anlage spannungsfrei .
Öffnen Sie die Klarsichthaube und schließen Sie das Gerät folgen-
dermaßen an:
Das Gerät ist mit integrierten C-Mos-Bauteilen bestückt. Diese
können durch elektrostatische Entladung (ESD) zerstört werden.
Daher dürfen außer Schaltern und Anschlußklemmen keine Bau-
teile berührt werden.

Prüfen Sie, ob das Gerät sicher funktioniert.
Bei sachgemäßem Betreiben sind keine besonderen Maßnahmen not-
wendig; ebenso sind keine besonderen Maßnahmen für Instandhaltung
und Wartung notwendig.
Beachten Sie für Betrieb und Wartung der Impulsgeber die Angaben des
Herstellers.

Function and features
The DC0103 monitors rotational speeds (mainly with regard to under-
speed).
It takes pulses from external pulse pick-ups and switches the output relay
depending on the set switch point max (D
max
) and switch point min (D
min
).
The output relay
- is energised when the maximum
rotational speed is reached
- is de-energised when the speed
is below the min. rotational
speed.
•Setting range: 30 ... 25 000 pulses /min.
•Intelligent switch point setting while machine is in operation (“teach-in”).

Electrical connection
Disconnect power.
Open transparent front panel and connect the unit as follows:
The unit is equipped with integrated C-Mos components. They
can be destroyed by electrostatic discharge (ESD). Thus no com-
ponents except for push-buttons and connection terminals may
be touched.

Operation
Check the safe functioning of the unit.
If operation is correct no special measures need to be taken nor any
measures for maintenance and upkeep.
For operation and maintenance of the pulse pick-ups the manufacturer’s
instructions must be observed.

Fonctionnement et caractéristiques
Le DC 0103 contrôle des vitesses de rotation.
Il reçoit des impulsions issues de générateurs d’impulsions externes et
commute le relais de sortie en fonction du point de commutation réglé
max (Dmax) ou du point de commutation min (Dmin).
Le relais de sortie
- est enclenché lorsque la vitesse
de rotation maximum est atteinte
- est déclenché lorsque la vitesse
est au-dessous de la vitesse de
rotation minimum
•Gamme de réglage: 30 ... 25000 impulsions /min.
•Réglage intelligent du point de commutation pendant que la machine
est en marche (autoapprentissage).

Raccordement électrique
Mettre l’installation hors tension.
Ouvrir la face transparente et raccorder l’appareil de la manière
suivante:
L’appareil est équipé de composants C-Mos intégrés. Ceux-ci
peuvent être détruits par des décharges électrostatiques. Pour
cette raison aucun composant ne doit être touché, à l’exception
des boutons-poussoirs et des bornes de raccordement.

Fonctionnement
Contrôler régulièrement le fonctionnement de l’appareil.
En cas de bon fonctionnement il n’est pas nécessaire de prendre des
mesures particulières, pas plus qu’au niveau de la maintenance et de
l’entretien.
Respecter les informations des constructeurs pour le fonctionnement et
l’entretien des générateurs d’impulsions.
