HOW TO ASSEMBLE
YOUR BIKE
COMMUTER
(Elecric Bike)

1. Open the carton and remove the bike. If you remove the
basket rst you’ll be able to remove the entire bike as a single
piece.
2. This is how it will look once out of the box. Remove all foam
packaging, and cable ties. Take care to only remove the
cable ties.

7. You can adjust the angle of the handlebars by losing o󰀨 this
screw and adjusting. Make sure this screw is tight to lock you
handlebars in place.
8. Optional: If you want to install the front mud-guard, remove
the front light by undoing this screw and removing the nut on
the other side.

9. Assemble the mudguard, the clip with a hole on it at the top
of the mud guard goes between the front fork, and the light
assembly.
10. It should look like this. Re-tighten this screw and nut on the
other end to lock it in place.

tighten up the screw. This will allow for enough space to
install the front basket.

13. Install the front basket and then re-install these 4 screws. 14. It’s now a good time to ip the bike upside down. It will make
it much easier for the next steps. A handy tip is to use some
of the foam packaging to make sure the screen doesn’t get
scratched on the ground.

15. If you’ve installed the mud-guard, undo these screws on
each side of the fork, place the mud-guard arm in front of
the hole and re-install the screws on either side.
16. Next step is to install the front wheel. Take note of the gap
here between the brake pads – this is where the disc brake
will sit when you put the front wheel in.

will sit between the brake pads and the wheel hub will rest
inside the forks.

19. Place the front wheel quick release mechanism through the
entire front assembly so that it looks like this.
20. On the other side, put in the spring and the end cap. Now
simultaneously tighten both sides by counter-rotating the
quick release handle on one side and the end cap on this
side.

23. Now is a good time to ll your tyres with air. We recommend
45psi but refer to your tyre side-wall for exact details.
24. Adjust your seat to the correct height. Make sure this screw
is tight, and the push in the quick release lever to lock it in

25. Now it’s time to connect the electrics together. It’s a simple
joiner and will bring your eBike to life. With one hand hold
the cable coming from the screen with the green plug. With
the other, nd the female socket to join together.
26. Align the arrows together and push the cables to make
the connection. All of the colour green should disappear to
ensure a good connection.

31. By undoing this plug you’ll nd your charging point, and also
your USB outlet point (handy for charging up your other
devices)
32. Your charger simply plugs into the wall and then into your
battery. You can leave the battery on the bike, or simply
remove your battery (by putting in the key and then turning
the key. Note that your back pedal-arm will need to face the
rear of the bike to allow your battery to pop out easily.
